This research aims to identify the effectiveness of the principles of lean production in reducing waste in (the Central Refineries Company / Al-Dora Refinery). The data was collected using a questionnaire form. The form was responded to by 60 employees from among those who were invited to participate, as the questionnaire included Measuring the main variables of lean production and waste, and relying on the (Spss.V.24)program in statistical analysis. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this analysis, such as arithmetic means and standard deviations, and testing the effect of these variables. The results of this research have shown that the dimension of organizing the work site, S5, is relatively weak compared to the rest of the dimensions of the variable, the pillars of lean production, and it needs to be re-attentioned by senior management more seriously in order to obtain the most important advantages of this pillar, which is reducing waste. There is also a significant relationship that confirms the impact of Lean production and waste in production institutions

Financial corruption is a global concern, especially in developing countries, an obstacle to sustainable development, and an obstacle to poverty eradication. This study examines the relationship between financial corruption and poverty, and attempts to follow up its effects on some indicators of sustainable development in Iraq. This study aims to; Explore and clarify the relationship between corruption and poverty. The economic analysis of the study indicated that there is a link between the variables that form this relationship. The basic hypothesis of this study is: ‘There is a strong and positive relationship between the spread of financial and administrative corruption and the increase in poverty levels in Iraq." This study indicates some conclusions and recommendations in order to develop policies against financial crimes.

The Court of Cassation is the supreme judicial commission that examines the decisions issued by the civil courts , personal status courts (family courts) and criminal courts regarding the crimes with sentence of more than (5) years. In criminal courts decisions, the Court of Cassation apply two kinds of functions, the mandatory cassation and discriminatory interference. After Appealing to cassation court this court has its right to observe the integrity of the application of the rule of law on the judgments in judicial cases that are subject to appeal. These cases can be related to substantive or formal rules, in order to ensure the validity of the law’s actions on the incident presented to the trial court. The security of image transmission is an important issue in digital communication. As well as it is necessary to preserve and protect important information for several applications like military, medical and other services related to high confidentiality over the Internet or other unprotected networks. In this paper a proposed encryption scheme was introduced that using Lorenz system with a circular convolution and discreet cosine transform (DCT). The diffusion process was achieved using three levels of Arnold transform permutation: - namely, block level, inside each block and pixel level. The image was divided into blocks of sizes 8x8 pixels and shuffle by applying Fisher-Yates permutation image pixels. The DCT was applied to each block and multiplied by the H kernel matrix to achieve the circular convolution. Next the logistic map is used for diffusion to get the cipher image. A new key generation method is applied in order to produce the key values for generating the chaos numbers sequence. Finally applying the discreet wavelet transform (DWT) to the image will produced four quarters (LL, LH, HL and HH). The cosine of each pixel in the LL and HH quarters were computed. The sine of each pixel in the LH and HL quarters were also computed in order to generate the keys for the chaos sequence. By using this way of keys generation in every image, the differential attack possibility will be negligible
