ANÁLISIS DE LA ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA Y ESTILOS DE VIDA EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS 大学生身体活动与生活方式分析

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las relaciones entre las formas de motivación autodeterminadas, las necesidades psicológicas básicas y variables pertenecientes a estilos de vida saludables, así como hallar las diferencias en función del género, en estudiantes universitarios. Los cuestionarios validados se aplicaron a una muestra de 218 sujetos, 79 chicos y 139 chicas (M = 20,80 años; DT = 2,12). Los resultados mostraron que las formas de motivación más autodeterminadas se relacionaron de forma positiva con las necesidades psicológicas básicas, y con variables de estilo de vida que realzan la salud, y de manera negativa con el consumo de tabaco. Además, los chicos presentaron niveles más altos que las chicas en motivación intrínseca y extrínseca, necesidades psicológicas básicas, hábitos alimenticios, hábitos de descanso y práctica de actividad física. Se destaca la importancia de fomentar estrategias motivacionales para fomentar en los estudiantes un estilo de vida saludable.
本研究的目的是分析自主动机形式与健康生活方式的基本心理需求和变量之间的关系,并发现大学生的性别差异。对218名受试者进行了有效的问卷调查,其中79名男性和139名女性(M = 20.80岁;DT = 2,12)。结果表明,更多自主动机形式与基本心理需求和改善健康的生活方式变量呈正相关,与吸烟呈正相关。此外,男孩在内在和外在动机、基本心理需求、饮食习惯、休息习惯和体育活动方面的表现高于女孩。本研究的目的是评估学生的动机策略对健康生活方式的影响。

DIFERENCIAS EN LOS PATRONES MOTORES DEL GESTO DE LANZAMIENTO EN ESCALADORES 登山者发射手势运动模式的差异

The aim of the present study was to describe and compare the motor patterns of climbers with different skill levels when using the dyno technique. The sample of participants was 10 climbers, 5 high skill climbers and 5 low skill climbers. Kinematic variables of position, velocity and acceleration of different body segments were measured. A 23-point anatomical model, together with the IBV KINESCAN software, were used to digitize the movement patterns. A MANOVA showed differences according to the skill level in some kinematic variables. Specifically, the skilled climbers achieved higher velocity of the centre of mass, hip and elbows during the impulse phase. Results suggest that the skill in the dyno technique allowed climbers to generate faster movements in certain body segments in order to reach a handhold positioned at a higher height than the starting position. DIFERENCIAS ENTRE LA PSICOMOTRICIDAD DINÁMICA Y NORMATIVA EN EL DESARROLLO INFANTIL 儿童发展中动态和规范精神运动的差异

Psychomotricity in school contexts can be applied according to two currents: normative psychomotricity and dynamic psychomotricity. Although there has been research into the benefits of each one of these psychomotricity currents separately, there are no studies that compares the two types with one another . The aim of the present study was to establish if there were any significant differences between the two currents of psychomotricity at the level of general and psychomotor development in children at preschool age. At the same time, the study aimed to determine any emotional differences among 5-year-old children. Seventy-five pre-school children (aged between 3 and 5 years) were evaluated through standardised tests in two public schools, where 50.7% of the sample were girls. The results indicated that, in general, psychomotor development was significantly better in the group that had followed the dynamic Rev.int.med.cienc.act.fís.deporte vol. 21 número 81 ISSN: 1577-0354 48 methodology than in the group that had been taught using the normative methodology.

AUTOESTIMA Y PRÁCTICA DEPORTIVA EN ADOLESCENTES 青少年的自尊与体育实践

El estudio planteó como objetivos analizar la autoestima y su relación e influencia con la práctica deportiva, género y edad de los escolares. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 715 adolescentes, de entre 12 y 16 años (54.12% mujeres), clasificados en sedentarios, practicantes deportes individuales y practicantes deportes colectivos. Para los sujetos activos se diseñó un programa de intervención de 16 semanas de duración. Se utilizaron la Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale y  el international questionnaire MVPA. La mayor autoestima corresponde con la autoestima positiva, evidenciándose diferencias significativas favorables a los hombres y a los adolescentes activos físicamente. Los adolescentes practicantes de deportes colectivos presentan mayor autoestima que los practicantes de deportes individuales. Concluyendo que la cantidad y el tipo de deporte practicado modulan la autoestima. La edad no es un factor determinante y el sexo sí influye en la autoestima. Se confirma el modelo bifactorial de la Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale.
本研究的目的是分析自尊及其与体育实践、性别和年龄的关系和影响。样本由715名青少年组成,年龄在12 - 16岁之间(54.12%为女性),分为久坐、个人运动和集体运动。一项为期16周的干预计划被设计用于活跃的受试者。采用罗森博格自尊量表和国际MVPA问卷。自尊的增加与积极的自尊相对应,对男性和体育活动的青少年有显著的有利差异。青少年参加集体运动的人比参加个人运动的人表现出更高的自尊。结论:运动的数量和类型调节自尊。年龄不是一个决定因素,性别会影响自尊。我们证实了罗森博格自尊量表的双因素模型。

The objective of this study was to determine the morphological characteristics of 9 central and 13 assistant soccer referees of the second division of the MX league in Mexico. Anthropometric measurements and evaluations were taken with dual X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) to obtain the fat mass and fat-free mass. In proportionality, the body type method was used to obtain the biotype. The central referees obtained lower fat percentage (anthropometry and DEXA) than the assistant Rev.int.med.cienc.act.fís.deporte vol. 21 número 81 ISSN: 1577-0354 118 referees, these second ones presenting a body type with greater skeletal muscle robustness. Although the central referees obtained a body composition with less fat than the assistants, by the simple fact that the physical demands in a football match are higher, no differences were found according to the characteristics shown by the elite referees.

EFECTOS DE LA INTENSIDAD DE NADO EN EL RENDIMIENTO DEL TRIATLON 游泳强度对铁人三项表现的影响

Objective: To analyze the influence of different swimming intensities on the subsequent cycling and running sectors and overall sprint triathlon performance. Methods: Seven sub23 and senior triathletes (height 1.74 ± 0.04 m, weight 70.82 ± 6.76 kg, age 23.42 ± 3.25 years, VO2 max 63.54 ± 5.23 ml • kg-1 • min-1) participated in this study. They carried out three complete triathlons at different swimming intensities (70%, 80% and 90% of a previous 750m test). Heart rate and lactate were measured at the end of each sector and after completing the whole triathlon. Results: The 90% swimming intensity obtained the best final performance. Lactate and heart rate in the swimming sector for this condition increased significantly, without differences in the following sectors. Conclusions: Based on the sample studied, the final performance in a sprint triathlon seems to be conditioned by the swim intensity, being 90% the best intensity observed in moderately trained triathletes.

En el año 2006 entró en vigor la normativa que actualmente regula la formación de socorristas en la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid (España). El objetivo de este estudio es conocer la influencia de la aplicación de esta normativa sobre el porcentaje de aspirantes que obtiene el diploma de socorrista acuático y sobre su nivel de competencia en el agua. Para ello, se han analizado las marcas de tiempo acreditadas por 6.105 aspirantes a socorrista (4.288 hombres y 1.817 mujeres) que se formaron entre los años 1993 y 2016. Los resultados demuestran que, desde la entrada en vigor de dicha normativa, se ha incrementado el porcentaje de aspirantes que obtiene el diploma de socorrista acuático, pero se ha disminuido su nivel de competencia en el agua. Se recomienda que las instituciones competentes establezcan objetivos y criterios de evaluación que promuevan la mejora del nivel de competencia en el agua de estos profesionales.

ANÁLISIS DE LAS ACCIONES TÉCNICO-TÁCTICAS DEL PORTERO DE FÚTBOL EN COMPETICIÓN 足球守门员在比赛中的技术战术动作分析

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar las diferencias en el número y tipo de acciones técnico-tácticas de los porteros en competición en función de la división y de si juegan como local o visitante. Para ello, se han analizado 80 partidos con un total de 160 porteros de 1ª, 2ª, 2ªB y 3ª división española. Los resultados mostraron que no existen diferencias significativas entre el número de acciones medias realizadas por partido en cada división, pero sí se encontraron diferencias significativas en 9 de los 48 gestos técnico-tácticos específicos estudiados. Además, se encontraron pequeñas diferencias en cuanto al número de acciones en función de si los porteros juegan como local o visitante. Por tanto, la principal conclusión de este estudio es la importancia de analizar los tipos de acciones técnico-tácticas de los porteros ya que nos pueden ofrecer información relevante para el entrenamiento y la competición.

LAS PERSONAS TRANS E INTERSEXUALES EN EL DEPORTE COMPETITIVO ESPAÑOL: TRES CASOS 西班牙竞技体育中的变性人和双性人:三个案例

The cultural conception of sport as a predominantly male activity has hindered the participation of some social groups such as women, transsexual or intersex people. The sexed nature of sport is based on physiological differences between women and men, and a supposed women disadvantage. Thus, sex controls are established for women and then trans and intersex people’s access to sport is hampered. In this study we reconstruct, based on the regulations and the international socio-historical context, the evolution of the participation of transsexual and intersex people in contemporary competitive sport. Likewise, the application and management of these norms in the Spanish context is deepened, supported by three cases of Spanish transsexual and intersex athletes. The discrimination and humiliation suffered by these persons enforce to maintain a critical vision of the sports policies hitherto created.

ESTILO DE ENSEÑANZA, APOYO A LA AUTONOMÍA Y COMPETENCIAS EN ADOLESCENTES 青少年的教学风格、自主性和能力支持

The objective of the study was to verify the predictive power of teaching styles on autonomy support and key competences in adolescent students in physical education classes. The sample consisted of 475 students (M = 15.43, SD = 1.13) from eight centers of a large Spanish province, which were measured the perception of teaching styles, support for autonomy and key competences. After stepwise linear regression analyzes, active teaching styles (individualizing, participatory and socializing, cognitive and creative) predicted in a significant and positive way support for autonomy and key competences with an explained variance of 44% and 17%, respectively. The active teaching styles positively predict both the support for teacher autonomy and the acquisition of key competences by students in physical education. In conclusion, this study shows a relationship between teaching styles, autonomy support and key competences development.
