Rekomendasi Penerima Remisi Menggunakan Metode AHP dan TOPSIS pada Lapas IIB Solok 在索洛克 IIB 监狱使用 AHP 和 TOPSIS 方法为减刑对象提出建议

Criminal law plays a crucial role in maintaining public order, and the correctional system is a crucial element in the administration of criminal law. Remission is a right for prisoners and becomes an essential aspect of corrections that provides incentives for good behavior during the rehabilitation period. Class IIB Solok Penitentiary faces challenges in the process of granting remission to prisoners without decision support systems. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to provide recommendations for granting remission to prisoners. The research method involves using AHP to assign weights to relevant criteria in the remission process and TOPSIS to rank each alternative prisoner. This method is implemented by constructing a website using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The research dataset includes information about prisoners and criteria used in the remission decision-making process. The results show that the implementation of the DSS with AHP and TOPSIS methods can effectively provide recommendations for granting remission to prisoners. The system is capable of prioritizing prisoners based on their level of priority for receiving remission, enhancing efficiency in decision-making at Class IIB Solok Penitentiary. This study contributes to improving the objectivity and efficiency in the remission decision-making process, supporting effective criminal law administration

Penerapan Metode K-Means dalam Klasterisasi Status Desa terhadap Keluarga Beresiko Stunting 从何而来?从何而来

The Indonesian government issued Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction with a prevalence target of 14% by 2024. Stunting has now become a national issue and is of particular concern to the government to overcome the risks it poses. One action that can be taken to prevent stunting is to provide intervention to families at risk of stunting. This intervention is carried out in the form of clustering of sub-districts or villages consisting of babies under two years (baduta), babies under five years (toddlers), and pregnant women with inadequate environmental aspects (sanitation and clean water). Based on this, this research aims to conduct a cluster analysis of sub-districts or villages that are at risk of stunting. The cluster analysis method uses the K-Mean algorithm with reference to 3 clusters, namely low, medium, and high. This research uses a dataset of 71 sub-districts or villages that are at risk of stunting. The research results show that the performance of the K-Means method in cluster analysis produces 32 low-risk sub-districts or villages, with a percentage of 45.07%, 36 medium risks with a percentage of 50.70%, and 3 high risk with a percentage of 4. 23%. Based on these results, this research can contribute to the relevant government in dealing with the spread of stunting

Analisis Data Mining Menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 Untuk Prediksi Harga Pasar Mobil Bekas 数据挖掘分析使用算法C4.5来预测二手车的市场价格

Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap mobil bekas membuat bisnis jual beli mobil bekas semakin meningkat, hal ini ditandai dengan banyaknya showroom mobil bekas yang ada di beberapa Kota, diantaranya showroom - showroom yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi seperti showroom AutoFallen. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi harga mobil bekas itu sendiri antara lain, tahun produksi, jenis mobil, transmisi, bahan bakar, kapasitas mesin, dan jarak tempuh. Disamping hal itu, didapatkan informasi dari pihak showroom dimana ada beberapa faktor yang mungkin berpengaruh terhadap daya beli masysrakat, diantaranya minat masyarakat terhadap suatu merk mobil, selain itu harga mobil juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap suatu showroom tertentu, dengan kata lain, harga mobil bekas untuk satu merk, satu tahun rakitan dan lain sebagainya belum bisa diprediksi apakah harganya akan terus stabil atau tidak untuk ke depannya. Klasifikasi merupakan salah satu metode dalam menganalisis data mining dimana hasil dari klasifikasi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi harga mobil bekas. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 maka akan diketahui prediksi kestabilan dari harga mobil bekas pada beberapa tahun kedepan. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 data penjualan yang didapat dari showroom AutoFallen Bukittinggi. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan software Rapidminer. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah dapat memprediksi harga pasar mobil bekas, sehingga tingkat akurasinya sebesar 99.00%. Dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma C4.5 dapat memprediksi harga pasar mobil bekas dengan akurat.

Untuk melakukan pemesanan barang tupperware pada unit simabur indah, sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara permintaan barang dengan barang yang di pesan sehingga terjadinya penumpukan barang dan kekosongan stok barang. Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas jual beli maka dibutuhkanlah sebuah sistem informasi untuk rekomendasi barang terlaris sebagai pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah AHP dan MAUT, pembuat keputusan adalah 5 star manager dan data yang digunakan adalah data katalog bulan maret 2023 sebanyak 20 data dan kriteria yang digunakan adalah 6 kriteria. Implementasi metode AHP dan MAUT menghasilkan A9, A20, A8, A13, A7 dengan nilai 0,916077, 0,842113, 0,831385, 0,768166, 0,768166 sebagai alternatif yang disarankan untuk pembelian di bulan berikutnya. Dengan membandingkan antara keputusan perusahaan didapatkanlah satu hasil rekomendasi yang berbeda sehingga akurasi didapatkan sebanyak 80%.

Perbandingan Tingkat Akurasi SAW-TOPSIS dalam Penilaian Kelayakan Proposal 油topsis在提案可行性评估中的准确率比较

Seminar proposal adalah salah satu matakuliah pada kurikulum yang wajib dilalui oleh mahasiswa Teknologi Informasi agar dapat melanjutkan ke tahapan berikutnya yaitu kualifikasi. Penentuan kelayakan kelulusan seminar proposal mahasiswa oleh penguji masih dilakukan dengan manual dan belum menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam mengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengambilan keputusan kelayakan sebuah proposal yang diajukan mahasiswa dan menguji metode yang tepat diantara dua metode SPK yang dipilih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SAW dan metode TOPSIS. Data sampel yang digunakan berjumlah dua belas data penilaian dosen terhadap mahasiswa. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian kelayakan proposal yakni kemuktahiran topik dan ketajaman rumusan masalah (C1), relevansi dan kemuktahiran kajian pustaka (C2), ketepatan metode penelitian (C3), manfaat dan kontribusi penelitian (C4), referensi acuan (C5) dan estetika penulisan (C6). Hasil penelitian ini berupa pemodelan Decision Support System (DSS) dalam bentuk perankingan agar dapat mengetahui kelayakan seminar proposal mahasiswa. Berdasarkan perbandingan metode SAW dan TOPSIS pada kasus ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode SAW memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi yaitu 41,667 %.

Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) dalam Seleksi Penerimaan Atlet 分析层次分析法(AHP)在选择目标方面的作用

Mulai banyak anak-anak Indonesia yang berminat memilih profesi menjadi atlet. Hal ini didukung beberapa prestasi cabang olahraga (cabor) Indonesia di kompetisi dunia. Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Sumatera Barat adalah tempat atau sekolah untuk para atlet yang mempunyai bakat olahraga dan berpotensi tinggi untuk dikembangkan menjadi atlet berprestasi di tahap Reginoal, Nasional dan Internasional. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah dimana penilaian dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efsien dalam proses seleksi serta berpotensi untuk kehilangan data. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada maka dibentuklah sebuah sistem untuk mendukung seleksi atlit. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) seleksi atlet agar dapat mengurutkan nilai yang terbesar sampai nilai terkecil, sehingga dapat membantu pelatih dalam menemukan pilihan terbaik dari beberapa alternatif yang layak. Model pendukung keputusan ini akan menguraikan masalah multi faktor atau multi kriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hierarki.

Analisis Kualitas Sistem Informasi Absensi Karyawan dengan Metode McCall 麦考尔方法对员工缺席信息系统质量分析

Testing the quality of the employee attendance information system that has been built can be developed for use in the management process in an organization. System testing is used to ensure that the information system being built can run according to requirements. This research aims to analyze the quality of the information system on the performance of the employee absence process. The analytical method used adopts the McCall performance method to examine the extent to which the attendance system can be productive in dealing with employee absenteeism problems. The McCall method has performance in identifying various aspects of information system quality such as reliability, efficiency, ease of use. There are measurement indicators such as correctness, usability, integrity, reliability and efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis produced by the McCall method, the information system quality results provide a positive response to the reliability factor with a percentage of 80.88%, correctness 79.6%, usability 70.6% while integrity 64.6% and efficiency 46.2%. The results of this analysis can be carried out in an accumulation testing process on all factors with a Likert scale of 82.2%. Based on these results, this research can provide a contribution to maximizing system performance as well as recommendations for improvements to the employee attendance information system.

Melanoma is a skin cancer disease that occurs due to abnormal growth of melanocytes, which are cells that can produce pigment in the skin. Melanoma is one of the most vicious skin cancers and can easily spread to other organs in the human body, such as the lungs and brain. This expert system for diagnosing melanoma skin disease is a computer-based system that is used as a tool for diagnosing melanoma skin disease based on a dynamic knowledge base. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system that can identify Melanoma Skin Disease. An expert system built using the Bayes theorem method in a diagnostic process based on expert knowledge or experience. The results of this study present an expert system capable of diagnosing melanoma skin disease quickly, precisely and accurately. These results are presented in a system built in the form of a website using PHP programming with a MySQL database. Overall this expert system can be useful for patients or the general public to be able to know clearly about melanoma skin disease from the symptoms and can provide solutions in handling it.
