Effect of Differences in Wooden Floors on Human Physiology and Psychology during Walking II. 不同木地板对人体行走时生理、心理的影响

木質床の違いが靴下履きでの歩行に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,床仕上げ材と床下地材を2種類ずつ組み合わせた4通りのモデル床ならびに対照(コンクリート+ビニル仕上げ材)の床において下肢表面筋電図と足底圧力分布を指標とした被験者歩行実験を行った。凹凸があり滑りにくいスギ・表面圧密化仕上げ材は平滑で滑りやすいヒノキ・セラミック塗装仕上げ材に比べ歩行時の筋活動量比(モデル床での筋電図積分値を対照との比で表した値)が小さく,下肢の負担を低減することが分かった。低剛性の根太+15 mm厚合板下地材では高剛性の24 mm厚合板床下地材と比べ仕上げ材間の差が小さいことから,床下地材の剛性が筋活動量比に副次的に影響することが分かった。足底圧力分布では,根太+15 mm厚合板下地材条件下のスギ・圧密化仕上げ材で足底全体の荷重比が有意に高く,低剛性の下地材は凹凸のある床仕上げ材を歩行しにくくすることが明らかになった。
为了弄清不同木质地板对穿鞋行走的影响,以下肢表面肌电图和足底压力分布为指标,对地板完成材料和地板下材料各2种组合而成的4种模型地板以及对照(混凝土+乙烯完成材料)的地板进行了受试者步行实验。有凹凸不易滑动的杉木·表面压密化完成材料与平滑容易滑动的桧木·陶瓷涂装完成材料相比,步行时的肌肉活动量比(用模型地板上的肌电图积分值与对照的比表示的值)小。可以减轻下肢的负担。低刚度的根粗+ 15mm厚的胶合板基底材料与高刚度的24mm厚的胶合板地板基底材料相比,完成材料之间的差异较小,由此可见地板基底材料的刚度对肌肉活动量比有次要影响。在足底压力分布方面,在根粗+ 15mm厚的胶合板基底材料条件下,杉木、压密化完成材料的足底整体负荷比显著高,低刚度的基底材料使凹凸的地板完成材料难以行走。
