難燃剤として耐溶脱性のリン酸アミノ樹脂系薬剤または国内で内装用に使用されるリン系・ホウ素系混合薬剤を用いた薬剤処理木材について,国内3地点で10年間の屋外暴露を行った。試験の結果,暴露10年後の処理木材は,既往の暴露5年後までと同様にリン酸アミノ樹脂系薬剤の残存薬剤固形分量が多く,燃焼抑制作用の低下が少ないことが分かった。また,暴露5年後から10年後における無塗装処理木材の燃焼抑制作用の低下は,暴露5年後までと比べて緩やかであった。それらの処理木材にフッ素樹脂系塗料をポリブタジエン樹脂系塗料と組み合わせた塗装は,燃焼抑制作用の維持効果が得られ,リン酸アミノ樹脂系薬剤を用いた処理木材では当初の燃焼抑制作用を10年間維持する可能性があることが分かった。また,リン系・ホウ素系混合薬剤を用いた無塗装及び塗装処理木材では,暴露地間で差異が見られ,原因として暴露台の設置状況の影響が考えられた。
采用耐溶脱性磷酸网树脂类药剂作为阻燃剂或国内内部装修使用的磷、硼混合药剂的药剂处理木材在国内3个地点进行了10年的室外暴露。试验结果表明,暴露10年后的处理木材与过去暴露5年后的处理木材一样,磷酸网树脂类药剂的残留药剂固体分量多,抑制燃烧作用的下降程度少。另外,暴露5年至10年后无涂装处理木材的燃烧抑制作用的下降与暴露5年后相比缓慢。将氟树脂类涂料与聚丁二烯树脂类涂料组合在这些处理木材上的涂装,可以维持抑制燃烧的效果。使用磷酸氨基树脂类药剂的处理木材有可能维持10年最初的燃烧抑制作用。另外,使用磷类、硼类混合药剂的无涂装及涂装处理木材在暴露地之间出现差异,原因可能是曝光台设置状况的影响。
