A Robust Decision-Making Model for Medical Supplies via Selecting Appropriate Unmanned Aerial Vehicle 通过选择合适的无人飞行器实现医疗用品的稳健决策模型

Recently, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have been used in many fields, including the field of health care, especially in delivering the necessary medical equipment and supplies, due to the many advantages they have compared to other traditional methods and the presence of different types of UAVs, to improve healthcare and provide it with the medical supplies and equipment necessary to save the lives of patients. Choosing the appropriate UAV for a specific situation represents a problem facing decision-makers, which is considered a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Since the decision-making process is cumbersome and complex, and deals with uncertainty and ambiguity. In this research, we proposed multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model using CRITERIA (Criteria Importance through Intercriteria Correlation) and MARICA (Multi-Attribute Rating Analysis with Ideal Concepts) methods integrated with neutrosophic logic, which is considered a powerful tool in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity. The CRITIC method calculates the weight of criteria, whereas it takes into account the correlations and relationships between the criteria, whether they are positive or negative, unlike other methods that consider the criteria separately, which allows for a more accurate and comprehensive analysis of the decision problem. The MARICA method is used also to rank the alternatives. It allows decision-makers to evaluate alternatives according to how well they perform across multiple criteria by considering several factors at once. This helps increase the effectiveness of judgments by taking into account all relevant factors. Moreover, MARICA is a user-friendly method that doesn't require complex mathematical calculations, making it accessible to anyone who wants to make sound choices. The UAV with the highest ranking is the one that will be chosen and represents the best among the alternatives. The proposed model proved its effectiveness by applying it to an experimental case.

An Innovative Approach on Yao’s Three-Way Decision Model Using Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets for Medical Diagnosis 使用直觉模糊集的姚氏三维决策模型用于医学诊断的创新方法

In the realm of medical diagnosis, intuitionistic fuzzy data serves as a valuable tool for representing information that is uncertain and imprecise. Nevertheless, decision-making based on this kind of knowledge can be quite challenging due to the inherent vagueness of the data. To address this issue, we employ power aggregation operators, which prove effective in combining several sources of data, such as expert thoughts and patient information. This allows for a more correct diagnosis; a particularly crucial aspect of medical practice where precise and timely diagnoses can significantly impact medication policy and patient results. In our research, we introduce a novel methodology to the three-way decision idea. Initially, we revamp the three-way decision model using rough set theory and incorporate interval-valued classes to handle intuitionistic fuzzy data. Secondly, we explore the use of intuitionistic fuzzy power weighted and intuitionistic fuzzy power weighted geometric aggregation operators to consolidate attribute values within the data system. Furthermore, we present a case study in the medical field to exhibit the validity and efficiency of our offered technique. This innovative method enables us to classify participants into three distinct zones based on their symptoms. The manuscript concludes with a summary of key points provided by the authors.

Software Reliability Model Estimation for an Indeterministic Crime Cluster through Reinforcement Learning 通过强化学习估计不确定犯罪团伙的软件可靠性模型

The software reliability model estimates the probability of data failure in a specific environment, significantly impacting reliability and trustworthiness. The paper study focuses on cluster crime data, i.e., indeterministic in Neutrosophic Logic, using a software reliability model. The study utilizes reinforcement learning, Neutrosophic logic, and non-homogeneous Poisson process crime data to estimate indeterministic cluster data in crime. The "Non-homogeneous Poisson Process with Neutrosophic Logic" technique performs well in evaluating and deterring crime based on crime data analysis. The crime cluster involving offenders correctly classified as failure to accomplish does better than uncertain cluster reliability estimation with least squares and logistic regression analysis. The method enables crime prediction and prevention by using concave growth models to create an uncertain crime cluster, penalizing the correct person.

In this manuscript, we introduce the idea of complex-valued Neutrosophic b-metric spaces along with numerous significant illustrations. We provide fixed-point results for contraction maps. To support the main result, we establish the existence and uniqueness of solutions for nonlinear integral equations after the work.

Bipolar fuzzy graphs, capable of capturing situations with both positive and negative memberships, have found diverse applications in various disciplines, including decision-making, computer science, and social network analysis. This study investigates the domain of domination and global domination numbers within bipolar fuzzy graphs, owing to their relevance in these aforementioned practical fields. In this study, we introduce certain operations on bipolar fuzzy graphs, such as intersection, join, and union of two graphs. Furthermore, we analyze the domination number and the global domination number for various operations on bipolar fuzzy graphs, including intersection, join, and union of fuzzy graphs and their complements.

MAGDM Model Using Single-Valued Neutrosophic Credibility Matrix Energy and Its Decision-Making Application 使用单值中性可信度矩阵能量的 MAGDM 模型及其决策应用

This paper aims to develop a MAGDM model using single-valued neutrosophic credibility matrix (SVNCM) energy in a SVNCM scenario. To do it, first, SVNCM energy and its score function are presented as a conceptual extension of existing single-valued neutrosophic matrix (SVNM) energy. Then, a MAGDM model is developed in terms of SVNCM energy and its score function in a SVNCM scenario and also its decision algorithm is provided to solve MAGDM problems with SVNCMs. Finally, the developed MAGDM model is applied in the school site selection problem as an actual example, then the comparative investigation of the decision results in the SVNM and SVNCM scenarios indicates the superiority of the developed model over existing MAGDM model.

Electric vehicles (EVs) are being introduced to lessen greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, air pollution, and reliance on fossil fuels. As a result of the government's aggressive promotion of EVs and rising environmental consciousness, EVs are quickly rising to the top of the low-carbon transportation market. Several viewpoints suggested that shifting to electric vehicles has been seen as a potential way to achieve sustainable mobility. Nevertheless, many studies discussed the obstacles and hurdles that obstruct the embracing of various electric-mobility (E-mobility) as EVs and electric-scooters (E-scooters) as eco-friendly means. Herein, we discussed these hurdles and determined them through surveys for prior studies. Therefore, appraising these hurdles is the objective of our study. Best Holistic Adaptable Ranking of Attributes Technique – version 2 (BHARAT -v2) as a novel Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) technique is leveraged as an appraiser technique for these hurdles. Tree Soft (TrS) methodology is utilized for modeling these hurdles. Hence, we hybridized and integrated two methodologies for constructing BHARAT v2 Tree Soft (Bv2TrS) as an appraiser model. Subsequently, we discussed the findings of the Bv2TrS appraiser model.

A Novel Approach on Energy of λJ-dominating Single-Valued Neutrosophic Graph Structure 关于 λJ 主导单值中性图结构能量的新方法

The concept of dominance is one of the most important ideas in graph theory for handling random events, and it has drawn the interest from many scholars. Research related to graph energy has garnered a lot focus recently. The application of single-valued neutrosophic graphs (SVNGs) for energy, Laplacian energy, and dominating energy has been recommended by previous studies. In this research, we apply the concepts of single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNS) to graph structures (GSs) and investigate some intriguing features of single-valued neutrosophic graph structures (SVNGS). Moreover, the notions of λJ-dominating energy GS in an SVNGS environment are analyzed in this study. More specifically, illustrative examples are used to develop the adjacency matrix of a λJ-dominating SVNGS, as well as the spectrum of the adjacency matrix and their related theory. Further, the SVNGS λJ-dominating energy is determined. We go over various characteristics and constraints for the energy of SVNGS with λJ-dominating. Further, we introduce the idea of isomorphic and identical λJ-dominating SVNGS energy, which has been studied using relevant examples, and some of its established properties are presented.

Numerous uncertainties exist in various electricity power system problems due to the size, complexity, geographical distribution, and influence of unforeseen events in these systems, making it difficult for traditional mathematics tools based on crisp set theory to have an impact on and solve many power system problems. As a new branch of mathematical uncertainty techniques, the neutrosophic expert systems approach has therefore emerged with the development of electric power systems and has proven successful when correctly linked. The expert typically uses ambiguous or neutrosophic language to describe their empirical knowledge, such as "very likely," "quite likely," "if x is large, then y is very likely to occur," "x should not be less than a," etc. To design an optimal radius of power supply in the electrical transformer substation, this article presents a new method for creating primal and dual neutrosophic geometric programming problems. It also provides a numerical example to evaluate the approximate optimal economic power supply radius.
