The limited human absorption capacity necessitates the incompleteness of the captured object. In turn, the knowledge possessed by humans is incomplete. Then came the phenomenon of dichotomy of science, such as religion and general. This dichotomy is widening along with the demand for specific specifications and specializations for certain problems. Many people misunderstand this phenomenon that the nature of knowledge is dichotomous and the seekers are limited by the classroom and study period. This library research was carried out by collecting literature on knowledge and its seekers from authoritative literature such as interpretations, hadiths, turats books, and so on. The findings that can be conveyed are that the nature of knowledge is one-solid, and to obtain it is not limited to space and time. This article also provides a philosophical basis for publishing this Jurnal Multidisiplin Ibrahimy (JUMMY).

The development of Smartphone technology has been quite quick from the time it was initially published until now, with various Smartphone brands circulating in the market. This study aims to determine differences in consumer perceptions of promotions, features, prices and designs of the Realme 6 Pro and Oppo A92 smartphones. The sampling technique used was quota sampling using a questionnaire. The number of samples is as many as 100 samples. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and manova test. The results of this study indicate that the promotional activities, features, prices and designs of the two smartphones have significant differences in consumer perceptions.

Islam is the Universal Religion and a blessing for the whole of Nature, so that the principles taught are also universal without any discrimination against certain groups. As a religion that has shari'a or specific guidelines which we term fiqh, the shari'a must also be universal without distinguishing rules for certain groups unless there are underlying factors. In the above article, we have discussed many editorials that support equality in the field of gender, social affairs, and education as well as reveal some references that Islam is indeed a religion that loves peace. In the social field, it discussed disabilities, the rich, poor and free, and slaves, while in the education sector, it discussed disabled people and convicts. The aspects of fiqh that are discussed are about Worship, Muamalah and Munakahah. All aspects discussed support the existence of the principle of peace which is supported by the basis of equality. As a result, equality and peace have begun to be realized and sought after and supported by the government through many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Work Engagement on organizational commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Daesang Food Indonesia. Scale were distributed offline and data were analyzed using a simple regression test using SPSS 25. The number of respondents used in the study were 94 employees. The results of the study prove that there is a 10.1% effect of Work Engagement on organizational commitment at PT. Daesang Food Indonesia.
