SOME PROBLEMS ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT TRADE OF SPICES AND SPICERY 香料及香料贸易发展历史的若干问题

This article provides interesting information about the history of trade, development and the exchange of cultures between countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. Also given are the types of spices ,the legends of “incense” and their use in cooking, medicine and other industries. Also determine the authenticity of spices, which is very relevant today. The historical facts are given that the trade in spices and spices has influenced the development of the history of culture of the countries of the world and plays important role in various fields of science and industries.

DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURAL OFFICERS STIFIn TEST RESULTS OF UIN ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR 望加锡港港结构人员刚度试验结果说明

Abstract: One's leadership is usually influenced by intelligence and personality types that can be obtained through tests. The STIFIn test can describe an individual's intelligence directly as well as someone's personality types. Therefore, this study aims to identify the personality types possessed by structural officers (bureaucracy) at UIN Alauddin Makassar, the characteristics of each STIFIn personality type and the ratio of the number of male and female leaders. The research instrument used was in the form of STIFIn intelligence test. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the 20 respondents tested, 4 of the 5 STIFIn personialty types were identified namely Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling and Instinct, and none of them were Sensing type. They consisted of 17 men and 3 women. Moreover each type of intelligence and personality has different characteristics. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan seseorang biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan dan tipe kepribadian yang dapat diperoleh melalui tes. Tes STIFIn dapat memetakan kecerdasan individu secara langsung sekaligus menjadi tipe kepribadian sesorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh pejabat struktural di UIN Alauddin Makassar, karakteristik dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian STIFIn, serta rasio jumlah pemimpin laki-laki dan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni dalam bentuk tes kecerdasan STIFIn. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 responden yang diuji, diidentifikasi menjadi 4 dari 5 jenis kepribadian STIFIn yaitu Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling dan Insting , dan tidak ada yang bertipe Sensing . Mereka terdiri dari 17 pria dan 3 wanita. Kemudian setiap jenis kecerdasan dan kepribadiaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.

MATHEMATICAL REPRESENTATION BASED ON PERSONALITY TYPES 基于个性类型的数学表示

Abstract: This study aims at describing the mathematical representation of students with Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic and Phlegmatic personality types in solving linear program problems. The instrument used was a personality test adapted from the Personality Plus book by Florence Litteur. The data were collected by applying linear programming problems to the main subjects that represent each personality type. The results of Sanguine and Melancholy students only represented three indicators, the problem were not represented in the form of diagrams, graphs, tables or drawings, while, the Choleric and phlegmatic students represented problems in four indicators. Another finding, the sanguine students answered all the questions correctly but did not make the conclusions. The Choleric and melancholy students were less focus on the calculation process so there were some answers incorrectly, while all phlegmatic students answered incorrectly. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi matematis mahasiswa bertipe kepribadian sanguinis, korelis, melankolis dan phlegmatis dalam menyelesaian masalah program linier. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kepribadian yang diduplikasi dari buku Personality Plus karya Florence Litteur, lembar tes kemampuan representasi matematis dan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan masalah program linier kepada subjek utama yang mewakili masing-masing tipe kepribadian, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan indikator representasi matematis. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh, yaitu mahasiswa sanguinis dan melankolis hanya merepresentasikan tiga indikator, masalah tidak direpresentasikan dalam bentuk diagram, grafik, table atau gambar, sedangkan mahasiswa korelis dan phlegmatis merepresentasikan masalah dalam empat indikator. Temuan lain, mahasiswa sanguinis menjawab semua soal dengan benar namun tidak melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Mahasiswa korelis dan melankolis kurang teliti dalam melakukan proses perhitungan sehingga ada soal yang dijawab salah, sedangkan mahasiswa phlegmatis semua soal dijawab salah.

STUDENTS’ INTEREST IN PURSUING EDUCATION: EVIDENCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF LEARNING MOTIVATION AND PARENTS’ SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS 学生对教育的兴趣:来自学习动机和父母社会经济地位的证据

Abstract : This research aimed to find out the effect of learning motivation and parents' socio-economic status on the students’ interest to continue study in master degree at Education Administration Study Program in Jambi University. This research used quantitative approach with survey research design. The population was the students of Education Administration Study Program batch 2015 and 2016 in Jambi University which consisted of 71 students. This study used the entire population as sample to obtain more accurate and reliable data. Closed questionnaire using Likert scale was the instrument of collecting data. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The findings indicated that there was influence of learning motivation on the students’ interest to continue study in master degree, there was influence of parents' socioeconomic status on the students’ interest to continue study in master degree, and there was influence of learning motivation and parents' socioeconomic status toward the students’ interest to continue study in master degree. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat belajar siswa untuk melanjutkan studi S2 di Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan angkatan 2015 and 2016 di Universitas Jambi yang terdiri dari 71 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat dan dapat diandalkan. Kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert adalah instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap minat siswa untuk melanjutkan studi di tingkat magister, ada pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat siswa untuk melanjutkan studi di tingkat magister, dan ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat siswa untuk melanjutkan studi di tingkat master.

Abstract : This study aimed to describe character-based learning, to identify self-development forms, to find out the application of character education, and to find out whether there was a significant influence between character-based learning and self-development in improving the students’ character education at Islamic Junior High School in Bone Regency. The method used was mixed-method. The sample of this research consisted of 50 students. The instruments used were questionnaire, observation guidelines, interview and document. The findings indicated that the implementation of character education was carried out through inculcating values, exemplary values, facilitation, academic activities, social, and religious activities. The application of self-development activities was done through routine, spontaneous, exemplary, programmed activities and conditioning. The character education was carried out through the application of class-based character education, school culture, and community-based character education activities. Therefore, there was a significant influence between the character-based learning process and self-development activities on improving the students’ character. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran berbasis karakter, mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk pengembangan diri, mengetahui penerapan pendidikan karakter, dan mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran berbasis karakter dan pengembangan diri dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa pada SMP Islam di Kabupaten Bone. Kombinasi metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis kelas, budaya sekolah, dan kegiatan pendidikan karakter berbasis masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara proses pembelajaran berbasis karakter dan kegiatan pengembangan diri pada peningkatan karakter siswa.

The topical problem of the article was revealed in the fact that the periodic boundary in the researches was not wide and the activity of the Tatars as an object of research was not studied in a comprehensive way.

Abstract: This study aims at elaborating the effective school management atMAN(State Islamic Senior High School) Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. This is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique applied descriptive analysis technique using percentage formula. The school management atMANInsan Cendekia Gorontalo was limited to the following problems: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The research findings showed that the effective madrasah (Islamic school) management atMANInsan Cendekia Gorontalo was achieved. It is concluded that the management of the curriculum, the management of educators and educational staff, the management of funding and the management of facilities and infrastructures, the management of education and the management of public relations are very effective. Abstra k : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan manajemen sekolah yang efektif di MAN (Sekolah Menengah Islam Negeri) Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Manajemen sekolah di MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo terbatas pada masalah-masalah berikut: kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen madrasah (sekolah Islam) yang efektif di MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo telah tercapai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum, manajemen pendidik dan staf kependidikan, manajemen pendanaan dan manajemen sarana dan prasarana, manajemen pendidikan dan manajemen hubungan masyarakat sangat efektif.
