In this article is described the first official which was held the history of population census in the 1897 and its final results are are listed below sectionary area in the Turkistan coutry. The goals and objectives of this list of population, which led by the Russian empire, who led the event,and the questions included in the census program, were scientifically covered. In addition, the statistical data on the total number of local population residing in the Samarkand, Syrdarya and Fergana regions were analyzed from a historical point of view.

This article focuses on increasing the social activity of women, protecting their health, supporting their aspirations and initiatives, creating decent working and living conditions and strengthening families as the most important priorities of state policy during the period of consistent democratic reforms in Uzbekistan, comments on the measures taken in this direction. It also emphasizes the role and importance of women's spirituality in strengthening the family, maintaining family values and improving the socio-spiritual environment in families, raising children.

THE CORRELATION OF THE LECTURERS’ TEACHING METHODS AND COMPETENCIES TO THE STUDENTS’ LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT 教师的教学方法和能力与学生学习成绩的相关性

Abstract: The lecturers' teaching methods and competencies vary at IAIN Bukittinggi so that it is important to know the correlation of the lecturers’ teaching methods and competencies to the students’ learning achievement at IAIN Bukittinggi. The method used of this research was quantitative method with ex post facto design. This research involved all lecturers and students of IAIN Bukittinggi as population and the sample was consisted of 40 people. The instrument used to collect the data was closed-questionnaire. The data were processed by scoring and inferential analyzing. The finding indicated that most of the lecturers at IAIN Bukittinggi applied lecture, question-answer, discussion, assignment, and problem solving methods. It was also found that the correlation of the lecturers’ teaching methods and competencies to the students’ achievement was only 2.8%. Therefore, there was low correlation of the lecturers’ teaching methods and competencies to the students’ achievement in IAIN Bukittinggi. Abstrak: Metode dan kompetensi mengajar dosen bervariasi di IAIN Bukittinggi sehingga penting untuk mengetahui hubungan antara metode pengajaran dan kompetensi dosen dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa di IAIN Bukittinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Penelitian ini melibatkan semua dosen dan mahasiswa IAIN Bukittinggi sebagai populasi dan sampel terdiri dari 40 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner tertutup. Data diproses dengan penilaian dan analisis inferensial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar dosen di IAIN Bukittinggi menerapkan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, penugasan, dan pemecahan masalah. Ditemukan juga bahwa korelasi antara metode pengajaran dan kompetensi dosen dengan prestasi belajar siswa hanya 2,8%. Oleh karena itu, ada korelasi yang rendah antara metode pengajaran dan kompetensi dosen dengan prestasi siswa di IAIN Bukittinggi.

PROJECT CITIZEN: DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING OF CONTEMPORARY ISSUES (STUDY AT AHMAD DAHLAN UNIVERSITY) 公民项目:发展社会技能和对当代问题的理解(在艾哈迈德达兰大学学习)

Abstract: In a cluster of social science, Citizenship Education has a role in developing social skills and become a media of preparing smart and thoughtful citizen towards citizenship issues, and it also gives alternative solution for a particular problem. This study aimed to describe the students’ social skills and contemporary issue understanding through Project Citizen-Based Learning in Citizenship Education as a part of General Compulsory Courses (MKWU). This research used descriptive qualitative method which took place at Ahmad Dahlan University. This research indicated that the steps of Project Citizen could develop the students’ social skills and contemporary issue understanding. The development of social learning through Citizen Project-based learning model in Citizenship Education as MKWU was carried out through cooperation, mutual assistance, communication, and responsibility. The understanding of contemporary issues was carried out through the principles of Project Citizen which included; (1) possession of soft-skill communication in doing task/project, (2) ability to manage time for completing task/project, and (3) interaction with technology in completing project. Abstrak: Dalam rumpun ilmu sosial, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, dan menjadi wahana dalam mepersiapkan warga negara yang cerdas dan peka terhadap isu-isu Kewarganegaran serta mampu memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap suatu permasalahan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan keterampilan sosial dan pemahaman isu kekinian mahasiswa melalui model pembelajaran berbasis Project Citizen pada MKWU Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang berlokasi di Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah-langakah Project Citizen dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan pemahaman isu kekinian mahasiswa. Pengembangan keterampilan sosial melalui model pembelajaran berbasis Project Citizen pada MKWU Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan meliputi kerjasama, gotong royong, berkomunikasi dan bertanggung jawab.  Sementara itu, pemahaman terhadap isu kekinian dilakukan melalui prinsip Project Citizen yang meliputi (1) kepemilikan soft-skill berkomunikasi saat mengerjakan tugas, (2) kemamuan mengatur waktu dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan (3) interaksi dengan teknologi dalam penyelesian tugas.

POLICY REVIEW ON ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN THE OLD ORDER ERA IN INDONESIA 印尼旧秩序时期伊斯兰教育政策检讨

Abstract: This article explains about some policies of Indonesian government in the old order era to the Islamic education. This study is a library research. The data obtained through the documents were analyzed by using content analysis. The research findings indicated that the Islamic education in the early of Indonesian’s independence day was not the concern of Indonesian government, whether it was a general policy as in the department of religious affairs or specifically as a policy in the study of religious education in schools. After PKI’s incident, the Islamic education received serious attention from the government such as policy requiring religious learning at every level of education. It was intended to eliminate the influence of the communist mind. Abstra k : Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang beberapa kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia di era orde lama terhadap pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di awal hari kemerdekaan Indonesia bukanlah urusan pemerintah Indonesia, apakah itu kebijakan umum seperti di departemen urusan agama atau secara khusus sebagai kebijakan dalam studi pendidikan agama di sekolah. Setelah kejadian PKI, pendidikan Islam mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah seperti kebijakan yang mengharuskan pembelajaran agama di setiap tingkat pendidikan. Itu dimaksudkan untuk menghilangkan pengaruh pikiran komunis.

This study is a library research. The data obtained through the documents were analyzed by using content analysis. The research findings indicated that the Islamic education in the early of Indonesian’s independence day was not the concern of Indonesian government, whether it was a general policy as in the department of religious affairs or specifically as a policy in the study of religious education in schools. After PKI’s incident, the Islamic education received serious attention from the government such as policy requiring religious learning at every level of education. It was intended to eliminate the influence of the communist mind. Abstra k : Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang beberapa kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia di era orde lama terhadap pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di awal hari kemerdekaan Indonesia bukanlah urusan pemerintah Indonesia, apakah itu kebijakan umum seperti di departemen urusan agama atau secara khusus sebagai kebijakan dalam studi pendidikan agama di sekolah. Setelah kejadian PKI, pendidikan Islam mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah seperti kebijakan yang mengharuskan pembelajaran agama di setiap tingkat pendidikan. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL 伊斯兰寄宿学校品格教育的实施

Abstract:The aim of this research was to find out the implementation of character education in Islamic boarding school (Ponpes) of Ibnul Qoyyim in Yogyakarta and Al-Hidayah in Jambi. The method used of this research was qualitative method with case study approach. The data were obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used referred to Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, displaying data, and concluding. The findings indicated that there were similar methods applied to teach character education in both Ponpes. Both of them integrated vision, mission, and all activities program into character education values through co-curricular, intracurricular, extracurricular, and habituation. Islamic students (Santri) practiced the values such as religious, politeness, discipline, honest, hard work, independent, responsible, mutual help, tolerant, caring the social environment in daily activities. The minimum control was able to give opportunity for Santri to avoid negative behavior. The character education which was programmed and integrated to all activities in those Ponpes was quite effective to build Islamic students’ character which needed intensive collaboration between parents and society to educate and to control Santri when they were outside Ponpes area.Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di pesantren Ibnul Qoyyim di Yogyakarta dan Al-Hidayah di Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu mereduksi data, menampilkan data, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesamaan metode yang digunakan kedua Ponpes tersebut. Keduanya mengintegrasikan visi, misi, dan program kegiatan ke dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui ko-kurikuler, intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan habituasi. Santri mempraktikkan nilai-nilai seperti agama, kesopanan, disiplin, jujur, kerja keras, mandiri, bertanggung jawab, saling membantu, toleran, peduli terhadap lingkungan sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kontrol minimum mampu memberi kesempatan bagi Santri untuk menghindari perilaku negatif. Pendidikan karakter yang diprogramkan dan terintegrasi ke semua kegiatan di Ponpes cukup efektif untuk membangun karakter Santri yang membutuhkan kolaborasi intensif antara orang tua dan masyarakat untuk mendidik dan mengontrol Santri ketika mereka berada di luar wilayah Ponpes.

ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث الى بحث معين عن أنماط تطوير المناهج وتنفيذها في التربية الدينية الإسلامية في المدرسة المتوسطة المحمدية 1 ديفوك يوكياكرتا. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث الطريقة الكيفية التي تقع في المدرسة المتوسطة المحمدية 1 ديفوك يوكياكرتا. وطريقة جمع البيانات هي الملاحظة الحزبية والتوثيق والمقابلة مع نائب رئيس المدرسة قسم المناهج المدرسية ومدرس التربية الدينية الإسلامية. وتم تحليل البيانات عن طريق تخفيضها وعروضها وتحقيقها. ونتائج البحث تدل على: الأول، قد أهل تطوير المناهج الدراسية في  المدرسة المتوسطة المحمدية 1 ديفوك يوكياكرتا بترتيب تطويرها وورط جميع أعضاء المدرسة. الثاني، معرفة نجاح تطوير هذه المناهج أتاحت لنا فرصة للتعرف على استعداد المدرس فيها. وقد رجع تطويرها إلى ثلاثة جوانب في تطوير المناهج الدراسية : التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم التعليمي. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengembangan kurikulum dan implementasinya dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah 1 Depok Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan mengambil lokasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah 1 Depok Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data (yang digunakan) adalah observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, menyajikan, dan memverifikasi/menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, pengembangan kurikulum SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok Yogyakarta telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah atau urutan dalam pembuatan kurikulum dan juga melibatkan semua stakeholder sekolah tersebut. Kedua, mengetahui keberhasilan pengembangan kurikulum tersebut memberi kesempatan bagi kita untuk belajar tentang kesiapan guru. Pengembangan kurikulum tersebut mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu: perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pendidikan.

CONTEMPORARY EDUCATION IN AUSTRALIA: WELLBEING EDUCATION AT BALCOMBE GRAMMAR SCHOOL MOUNT MARTHA VICTORIA 澳大利亚当代教育:维多利亚山巴尔库姆文法学校的幸福教育

Abstract : Australian schools paid a great attention to the students’ wellbeing at school. This study aimed to explain wellbeing education in Australia with Balcombe Grammar School as a sample of the study. This research was qualitative research using descriptive method. The primary data had been collected through interview, documentation, and observation at Balcombe Grammar School (BGS) Mount Martha, Victoria in 2017. The data had been analyzed using Miles and Huberman framework. The result showed that wellbeing education in Australia was instructed by the Australian Government, organized by the school, and helped by independent institutions named KidsMatter, MindMatters, and CASEL. Balcombe Grammar School had some programs on wellbeing education, such as the golden time, circle time, faith and wellbeing classes, pastoral care classes, and health classes. These programs were not only conducted as part of BGS curriculum but also integrated into the teaching instruction in all of the subjects and daily life at school. Abstrak : Sekolah-sekolah di Australia telah memberikan perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap pendidikan wellbeing para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pendidikan wellbeing di Australia dengan mengambil Balcombe Grammar School sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi di Balcombe Grammar School (BGS) Mount Martha, Victoria pada tahun 2017. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan wellbeing di Australia diatur oleh Pemerintah Federal Australia, dijalankan oleh masing-masing sekolah, dan dibantu oleh lembaga independen yang bernama KidsMatter, MindMatters, dan CASEL. Balcommbe Grammar School memiliki beberapa program dalam mengembangkan pendidikan wellbeing di sekolah, misalnya golden time, circle time, faith and wellbeing classes, pastoral care classes , dan health classes. Abstrak : Sekolah-sekolah di Australia telah memberikan perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap pendidikan wellbeing para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pendidikan wellbeing di Australia dengan mengambil Balcombe Grammar School sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi di Balcombe Grammar School (BGS) Mount Martha, Victoria pada tahun 2017. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan wellbeing di Australia diatur oleh Pemerintah Federal Australia, dijalankan oleh masing-masing sekolah, dan dibantu oleh lembaga independen yang bernama KidsMatter, MindMatters, dan CASEL. Balcommbe Grammar School memiliki beberapa program dalam mengembangkan pendidikan wellbeing di sekolah, misalnya golden time, circle time, faith and wellbeing classes, pastoral care classes , dan health classes. Abstract: This study discussed about the use of active learning methods in Fiqh learning in Islamic Boarding School. This research used qualitative approach by collecting data through library research. The primary data was articles about active learning methods. Data collection procedures were carried out by collecting various books, articles, theses, and dissertations that discussed about Fiqh subject and Islamic education in Islamic boarding school (pesantren). Research data were analyzed through deductive and inductive process. The result indicated that Active Learning method could be used to teach Fiqh subject in the Islamic Boarding School. The material taught should be appropriated with the Active Learning Method used. By using active learning method, it was expected that the students of Islamic boarding school were engaged, motivated, and interested to learn Fiqh subject. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif dalam pembelajaran Fiqh di Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Data primer adalah artikel tentang metode pembelajaran aktif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai buku, artikel, tesis, dan disertasi yang membahas tentang mata pelajaran Fiqh dan pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren. Data penelitian dianalisis melalui proses deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Pembelajaran Aktif dapat digunakan untuk mengajar mata pelajaran Fiqh di Pondok Pesantren. Materi yang diajarkan harus disesuaikan dengan Metode Pembelajaran Aktif yang digunakan. Dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran aktif, diharapkan para siswa pondok pesantren terlibat, termotivasi, dan tertarik untuk belajar mata pelajaran Fiqh.
