Assessing safety of a railway stone arch bridge by experimental and numerical analyses 铁路石拱桥安全性试验与数值分析

Bridge response to predefined loading schemes is described and recorded by instrumenting the structure with deflectometers and accelerometers. Test results suggest that although vertical deflections of mid-spans are almost constant for all crossing speeds, the root mean square of acceleration values are positively correlated with the crossing speed. Field test results are then used to calibrate and verify the 3D finite element model of the bridge, and the latter is employed to assess behaviour of the structure at the serviceability limit state.

Experimental and numerical analysis of ferrocement RC composite 含铁混凝土复合材料的试验与数值分析

The investigation of flexural behaviour of ferrocement elements that are used as permanent formwork in conventional reinforced concrete members is presented in the paper. Individual ferrocement panels are tested under two-point and midpoint load, and the load-deflection behaviour is then studied. The ferrocement panels are provided with shear connectors to investigate interaction between ferrocement and conventional RC members. The experimental results are compared with those obtained through finite element models using the ANSYS software, and a good correspondence of these results was established.

Flexural fatigue performance and mechanical properties of rubberized concrete 橡胶混凝土的弯曲疲劳性能和力学性能

Results of experimental investigation of concrete containing waste tyre crumb rubber are presented in the paper to determine mechanical properties such as the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and flexural strength of concrete. The C35/45 compressive strength class concrete was used in this study. Five to twenty-five per cent of sand volume was replaced with waste tire crumb rubber, and the results were compared to ordinary concrete test results. The results revealed that the performance slightly increased by 1.46 % and 1.96 % at 5 % and 10% of crumb rubber replacement compared to ordinary concrete.

Dodavanjem čeličnih vlakana u beton poboljšavaju se njegova svojstva pri zamoru. Opisana su eksperimentalna istraživanja betonskih elemenata s recikliranim čeličnim vlaknima pri cikličkom opterećenju. Prikazani su proračunski modeli zamora prema fib Model Code 2010, ACI 215 i JSCE smjernicama. Rezultati proračunskih modela uspoređeni su s rezultatima eksperimentalnog istraživanja. Uočeno je da, u pravilu, svi proračunski modeli podcjenjuju eksperimentalno određenu otpornost betona pri zamoru. Dan je prijedlog korekcije fib Model Code modela.

On-line reverse auctions in construction industry 建筑业的在线逆向拍卖

The paper examines factors influencing the decision to use, and adoption rate, of online reverse auctions in construction sector. The main factors are identified and comprehensively discussed taking into account particularities of construction industry. The adoption level of this procurement route is examined via a web survey based on a selected sample of construction companies and clients from the Czech construction sector. It was established that online reverse auctions are the most widely used e-procurement tool in the Czech construction sector. Advantages of this procurement procedure are more significantly perceived by investors.

Inspection and condition assessment of existing timber structures 现有木结构的检查和状态评估

Condition assessment and continuous monitoring of the existing timber structures have been gaining in importance in recent times. The global objective of sustainable development has been greatly directed toward preservation of the existing structures and protection of architectural heritage. Methods used for assessing condition of the existing timber structures are presented in the paper. The main emphasis is placed on the presentation of non-destructive and semi-destructive methods for frequently used timber structures. The methods are presented through the example of condition assessment of the Nikola Tesla Technical Museum in Zagreb.
