Overview and analysis of methods for assessing ride comfort on tram tracks 有轨电车轨道平顺性评价方法综述与分析

An overview of methods for evaluating comfort on tram tracks is given in this paper. Tramway systems differ in many aspects from standard railway tracks and, therefore, standards developed for standard rail lines have to be analysed and evaluated. Equivalent level of vibrations, Sperling ride index, and several methods proposed in EN 12299 are described, and these methods are compared on two trial tram sections 21 km in total length. Conclusions and recommendations for measuring ride comfort on tram tracks are presented.

Some usual hydrological methods and the hydrological model EBA4SUB are used in the paper to determine the design peak discharge for various return periods for catchments in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of the paper is to test for the first time the EBA4SUB model in the selected catchments. The results obtained by the EBA4SUB model compare well with other related methods. The advantages of the model lie in the fact that it takes into account physical processes taking place in the catchment, influencing formation of surface runoff.
本文采用常用的水文方法和水文模型EBA4SUB,确定了波黑流域不同回潮期的设计洪峰流量。本文的目的是在选定的流域中首次对EBA4SUB模型进行测试。EBA4SUB模型得到的结果与其他相关方法的结果比较好。该模型的优点在于它考虑了流域中发生的影响地表径流形成的物理过程。

Application of GIS technology in pavement management systems GIS技术在路面管理系统中的应用

The Geographic Information System (GIS) is a useful technology for managing spatial databases, which are the basis of the Pavement Management System. When creating a pavement management system in GIS, the needs and available resources of individual road authorities should be considered. This paper describes establishment of a simple database management system for small city administrations. The database was created by manual collection of pavement condition data at several unclassified roads in the city of Osijek. Based on collected data, the system calculates the PSI index and compares pavement condition.

Impact of funding on cost-time aspects of public and social buildings 资金对公共和社会建筑成本-时间方面的影响

The comparison of the traditional (budget-funded) public building procurement model with the public private partnership (non-budget funded) model is presented in the paper. Public service buildings procured based on the traditional model and those procured according to the PPP model are compared in the scope of research involving nine buildings realized in the Republic of Croatia. The results point to greater efficiency of the PPP model in the construction of public service buildings, with regard to both cost and time of construction work.
本文对传统的(预算资助)公共建筑采购模式与公私合作(非预算资助)模式进行了比较。本文以克罗地亚共和国的9栋建筑为研究对象,对基于传统模式和PPP模式采购的公共服务建筑进行比较。研究结果表明,PPP模式在公共服务建筑的建设中具有更高的效率,无论是在成本方面还是在施工时间方面。

Seismic load tests on exterior beam-column connections of existing RC structures 既有钢筋混凝土结构外梁柱连接的地震荷载试验

Recommendations for enhancement of performance of RC beam-column joints under seismic effects are presented in this study. The aim is to evaluate the use of lowstrength concrete with plain bars without stirrups in the joints. An additional aim is to study behaviour of joints in the aforementioned conditions under cyclic loading. Five specimens with various reinforcement configurations were produced and tested in the experimental process. Based on results obtained in the study, it is concluded that the stirrup arrangement in the joints, and the use of at least 90-degree hooks in longitudinal reinforcement of beams, are critical parameters for the performance of existing structures.
本文对钢筋混凝土梁柱节点在地震作用下的性能改进提出了建议。目的是评估低强度混凝土在接缝中使用无箍筋的素筋。另一个目的是研究上述条件下循环荷载作用下节点的行为。在试验过程中,制作了5个不同配筋配置的试件并进行了试验。基于研究结果,得出结论:节点中箍筋的布置以及梁纵向钢筋中至少90度吊钩的使用是现有结构性能的关键参数。

U radu su na vise interpretativan nego na formalan nacin svrstana i opisana tipicna rjesenja modela konstrukcije, s posebnim osvrtom na slabu formulaciju i njezino fizicko tumacenje, koje prema nasemu misljenju nedostaje u literaturi. Upozoreno je i na pogreske u približenju radi ustrajavanja na pretjeranoj glatkoci rjesenja. Razmisljanja su potkrijepljena primjerima. Nadamo se da rad može pridonijeti shvacanju biti aproksimacije prakticnih modela u građevinarstvu i zorno predociti snagu slabe formulacije - temelja približnih postupaka proracuna.
