Adolescents with high subjective well being will experience life satisfaction and experience joy more often, and rarely experience unpleasant emotions, such as sadness and anger. Adolescents with high subjective well being will tend to have emotions that are always positive which in the end all life problems and developmental tasks can be resolved properly. This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between emotion regulation and subjective well being in adolescents who live in boarding schools. The variables of this study are emotion regulation as the independent variable (X) and subjective well being as the dependent variable (Y). This research design uses a correlational approach with a sample of 108 students, using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling type. This research instrument is the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and Scale of Positive An Negative Experience (SPANE) with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.877 to measure subjective well being. The Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) with Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.730 to measure emotion regulation. Data analysis in this study used Pearson product moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that there is no significant relationship between emotion regulation and subjective well being in adolescents at boarding schools with a sig value. 0,383 (p<0,05).

Recently, market demand in the coal mining industry has increased, so companies need to pay attention to HR productivity as one of the important factors to meet market targets. Company "X" in Kalimantan is one of the coal mining subcontractors that must meet the targets set by the client company. To meet the target, the company needs to know the work engagement that exists in HR. Work engagement has an important role in HR productivity and this work engagement is influenced by psychological capital. The purpose and benefit of this study is to determine the contribution of psychological capital to work engagement in HR in a coal mining subcontracting company. This research method is relational quantitative. Data analysis uses multiple correlations and simple regression. The result of this study is that psychological capital has an influence of 15.4% on work engagement. This means that the influence of psychological capital on work engagement is low and there are still various other variables that influence and are not the focus of this study.

The background of this research is based on phenomena in the field carried out by researchers at SMA N 10 Jambi City, there are several students who experience communication anxiety. Symptoms that can be seen directly are students who are nervous in their opinions, not confident, and embarrassed. The communication anxiety factor is because of the fear of being wrong and not confident, and the fear of being laughed at by other students. This research aims to find out how to apply group guidance services with assertive techniques to reduce students' communication anxiety. The theoretical benefit of this research is that it can be used to develop scientific literature, especially guidance and counseling, while practically it is divided into 3, namely for guidance and counseling teachers, students and researchers. This type of research is Service Action Research (PTL) in group guidance services with assertive techniques. This research was carried out in 3 cycles, where in one cycle there were 2 meetings and each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. To see the process of each cycle, there are questionnaire sheets filled in by students and observation sheets filled out by collaborators. Based on the results obtained after the implementation of cycle I, meeting I, it was 79%, then cycle I, meeting II, 72%, in cycle II, meeting I, 61%, cycle II, meeting II, 59%, continued in cycle III, meeting I, 55%, in cycle III, meeting II reduced to 35%. There is a decrease in communication anxiety each cycle so that assertive techniques with group guidance services can reduce students' communication anxiety.

Self-regulation learning is important for students because it consists of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are generated and monitored by themselves to achieve goals. Self regulation learning can grow with the determination of learning goals that can direct individuals to focus on achieving the desired learning targets. One of the factors that can improve self-regulation learning is goal setting because it is a planning process to achieve learning goals. This quasi-experimental study aims to obtain information on the application of goal setting in improving self-regulation learning. The subjects in this study were 82 students who were divided into 2 groups, namely 41 treat groups and 41 control groups. Using the research type of non-randomized control trial method with pretest and post-test control group design. The data collection technique used the Self regulation learning adaptation scale with a reliability of 0.927. The collected data were analyzed using the independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test analysis tests. It was found that the application of goal setting had an impact on students' self regulation learning. It is known that the results of the treat group are higher than the results of the control group.
