Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik merek dan kepuasan merek terhadap loyalitas merek dengan kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk Ms Glow di Soloraya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Soloraya yang menggunakan MS Glow. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengambilan sampel dengan perhitungan Malhottra. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan bantuan Software SMARTPLS. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa karakteristik merek, kepuasan merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Karakteristik merek, kepuasan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek. Kepercayaan merek dapat memediasi hubungan antara karakteristik merek dan kepuasan merek terhadap loyalitas merek secara parsial.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, brand image and product quality, and on purchasing decisions for packaged drinking water. The population of this research is students of the faculty of economics UNRIKA Batam totaling 105 people. The sample consists of 105 respondents, who were taken by the saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that perceived price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.035, and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.019. According to the results of the 2020 population census, of the 2.06 million population in the Riau Islands, 71% of the population or around 1.45 million people are in the productive age range (15-64 years). The 2020 population census also shows that the population of the Riau Islands is still concentrated in Batam City, where around 57.95% of the population of the Riau Islands live in Batam City. Capital market investors in the Riau Islands are still very small compared to the number of productive age population, which indicates that the level of public awareness in investing is still low. This research aims to analyze the level of willingness of the millennial generation (in this case students) to invest. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an overview of how financial behavior influences investment decisions; How does Financial Literacy influence Investment Decisions? The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of students in the city of Batam. The sample for this research were students from the Accounting study program at Putera Batam University. The results of the research using the t test to test partial effects showed that: Financial Behavior influences Student Investment Decisions with a Sig value of 0.000<0.05; Financial Literacy influences student investment decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, by testing the influence simultaneously using the F test, it was found that Financial Behavior Financial Literacy jointly influences student investment decisions in Batam City with a Sig value of 0.000<0.05, where R Square shows 70.6%.

Salah satu implementasi E-Goverment Pemerintah Banyumas adalah website Gratis Kabeh sebagai bentuk layanan administrasi kependudukan yang dibawahi oleh Dindukcapil kepada masyarakat Banyumas dalam pengurusan dokumen kependudukan secara online. Dalam memastikan efektivitas efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna atas website, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan penilaian atas website tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepuasan penggunaan website Gratis Kabeh. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil evaluasi penelitian ini, yaitu hasil evaluasi wawancara dan kuesioner diperoleh skor SUS total 7142,5 dengan rata-rata 72,88. Hal ini menunjukkan total skor SUS pada website Gratis Kabeh tersebut masuk dalam kategori "Acceptable" berdasarkan acceptability ranges dan termasuk dalam grade "C" berdasarkan grade scale. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa website Gratis Kabeh dapat diterima oleh pengguna dan telah memenuhi standar nilai rata-rata usability yang ditetapkan dan dengan nilai tersebut website Gratis Kabeh terbilang layak untuk digunakan. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of service quality (X) on community satisfaction in Batu Aji District (Y). The approach in this research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample was 100 people. The results of research using the comparison method between t-count and t-table, the t-table value obtained with a total of 100 data is 1,984, while the t-count value for service quality is 12,575, because t-count (12,575) > t-table (1,984). Based on the data above, the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 is smaller than <0.05 probability, so H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected, therefore it means that there is an influence of service quality (X) on satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the determination results obtained obtained an R value of 0.786, meaning 78.3%, while an R2 value of 0.617, meaning 61.7%. The Community Satisfaction variable can be explained by service quality as an independent variable and the remainder (100%-61.7%=38.3%) is not in the research.

As time progresses, many people are starting to realize the existence of wedding organizers (WO) and are starting to use their services. This is because prospective brides and grooms, most of whom are millennials, are busy with their respective jobs. Because of this busy schedule, prospective brides and grooms find it difficult to prepare everything related to their wedding. This is where the WO's job is needed to help the smooth running of a wedding party. Starting from the contract/blessing to the reception process. Running a business is not enough to just rely on a model, because in reality every business or undertaking requires its own elements. This research aims to analyze a wedding organizer business. The model used to help manage this business is the business canvas model (MBC) which consists of nine elements guided by SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis will really help manage a business starting from describing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This research focuses more on how to manage the WO business with MBC. The research results explain that before running a WO business, MBC is a tool in management strategy to translate concepts, consumers, infrastructure and company finances in the form of visual elements. With the MBC framework, it is very easy for WO business to be realized quickly and on target.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan komparasi kinerja antara tenaga pendidik berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan di lingkungan kampus, institusi pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis data statistik, studi ini mengevaluasi sejumlah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja, termasuk pengalaman kerja, beban kerja, dan kemampuan interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan antara tenaga pendidik berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan perempuan di Politeknik Pariwisata Batam. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting terkait kesetaraan dan kontribusi yang setara dari tenaga pendidik berbagai jenis kelamin (gender) dalam konteks institusi pendidikan. Studi ini mendorong pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga pendidik di Politeknik Pariwisata Batam, serta menyoroti pentingnya mengakui kontribusi setiap individu tanpa memandang jenis kelamin.Hasil uji menggunakan SPSS. 21 melalui uji independent sample t test, memberikan, kesimpulan penelitian ini mendukung ide bahwa upaya perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja di lembaga pendidikan harus berfokus pada aspek-aspek tertentu yang bersifat universal, tanpa mengidentifikasi perbedaan signifikan dalam kinerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Hipotesis pertama yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ditolak, dan sebaliknya didapati temuan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan diantara tenaga pendidik berjenis kelamin pria dan tenaga pendidik berjenis kelamin perempuan.
