REGULATORY FOCUS DAN EMPLOYEE WELL BEING PADA DOSEN PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI 对国家人力资源部门的监管重点和员工福利的看法

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the regulatory focus on employee well-being at state university lecturers. Regulatory focus consists of prevention focus and promotion focus which are considered variables in research because they are multidimensional constructs. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out by cluster sampling. The subjects of this study were lecturers at state universities in Indonesia with a total of 98 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 for windows. The hypothesis results show that the prevention focus variable partially contributes to employee wellbeing with P (0.000 <0.05). The promotion focus variable partially has no contribution to employee wellbeing with P (0.480 > 0.05). Meanwhile, prevention focus and promotion focus simultaneously contributed to employee wellbeing with P (0.001<0.05). The result of the R square value shows 0.150. This means that the prevention and promotion variables simultaneously contribute to the employee well-being variable by 15.0%. While the remaining 85.0% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING DOSEN PERGURUAN TINGGI ISLAM NEGERI 工作参与与员工福利 Dosen perguruan tinggi islam negeri

This study aims to look at the contribution of work engagement to employee well-being for lecturers at state Islamic religious universities. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. The data collection technique in this study was cluster sampling with a total of 112 lecturers at state Islamic universities in Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using simple regression with SPSS Statistics 20 for windows. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the R square value was 0.260 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), so it can be concluded that work engagement contributes 26.0% to employee well-being of lecturers at state Islamic universities.
本研究旨在探讨国立伊斯兰宗教大学讲师的工作投入对员工福利的贡献。本研究采用定量调查方法。本研究的数据收集技术采用聚类抽样法,共有 112 名印度尼西亚国立伊斯兰大学的讲师参与其中。数据分析方法使用 SPSS Statistics 20 for windows 进行简单回归。根据假设检验的结果,R 平方值为 0.260,P = 0.000(P < 0.05),因此可以得出结论:工作投入对国立伊斯兰大学讲师的员工幸福感的贡献率为 26.0%。

PSYCHOLOGICAL DYNAMICS IN ONLINE GAME ADDICTS 网络游戏成瘾者的心理动态

Online game addiction is a phenomenon that currently occurs among adolescents and adults. This research aims to find out how the description of addiction and psychological dynamics in online game addicts is contained in the sub-chapters of the respondent's background, description of addiction, description of psychological dynamics consisting of: parenting assumptions, attachment style assumptions, and supporting addiction theories. This study uses a qualitative research design with research participants including online game addicts who live in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatra, totaling 2 respondents. Data were obtained from semi-structured interviews and showed the results that Subjects 1 and 2 could be classified into the category of online game addiction. Based on the results of the discussion, Subjects 1 and 2 can be classified into the category of online game addiction. The parenting pattern given by Subject 1's parents to him is a type of permissive parenting with a preoccupied attachment model. While the parenting pattern given by subject 2's parents to him is a type of neglectful parenting with a dismissing attachment model (detached attachment)

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MINDFULNESS AND FEAR OF FAILURE IN STUDENTS WHO ARE WORKING ON A THESIS AT PADANG STATE UNIVERSITY 巴东国立大学学生的正念与对失败的恐惧之间的关系

Fear of failure is an emotional reaction that causes fear when in a situation that might cause failure. The phenomenon of fear of failure can be related to mindfulness, where mindfulness can reduce fear of failure. This study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and fear of failure in students who are working on a thesis at Padang State University. This study uses a correlational quantitative research design. The targets of this study were students who were working on a thesis at Padang State University using proportional sampling technique totalling 236 people. The mindfulness measuring instrument in this study used The Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness Skills (KIMS) and the fear of failure scale using the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI). Based on the data analysis that has been done, the correlation value is obtained r = -0.298 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a significant negative relationship between mindfulness and fear of failure of students who are working on their thesis at Padang State University.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ONLINE GAMBLING BEHAVIOR WITH EMOTIONAL DISORDERS OF COLLEGE STUDENT 大学生网络赌博行为与情绪障碍的关系

Many college students were involved in online gambling games, and there is a tendency to this student to show excessive emotional responses when playing online gambling that leads to emotional disorders. Therefore, this research aims to find out the relationship between online gambling behavior with student emotional disorders. This research is a quantitative correlation type research. Data collection techniques in this research were online gambling and emotional disorders scale. The research subjects of this study were 385 college student of Padang State University. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis. The research results show that emotional disturbances of college students who play online gambling games are in the moderate category (54.0%) with the most determining aspect is learning problems. Which means, the college students who have high emotional disturbances will have high learning problems. Meanwhile, online gambling behavior of college students are in the moderate category (64.9%) with the most determining aspect is escapae. Which means, college students performed online gambling behavior due to they use online gambling as a place to escape from problems or to spend their free time. The correlation test found that there was a significant relationship between online gambling behavior and college students' emotional disorders because the Sig value obtained was 0.00 (p <0.05). The relationship that is formed has a positive slope, which means that the higher the online gambling behavior of college students, the higher their emotional disturbances.

Studi Indigenous: Punishment Dalam Pandangan Siswa Kelas X Dan XI SMA 本土研究:十年级和十一年级中学生眼中的惩罚

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menanamkan nilai karakter dan norma yang baik terhadap anak. Punishment merupakan salah satu metode pendidikan untuk menunjang penanaman nilai karakter dan norma yang baik disekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bentuk-bentuk punishment yang tidak disukai siswa yang diberikan oleh guru serta dampak dari punishment yang diberikan oleh guru terhadap siswa dilihat dari pemahaman akan kebudayaan yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan siswa SMA kelas X dan XI di SMA N 5 Bukittinggi dan SMA N 2 Padang Panjang yang berjumlah 634 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan psikologi indigenous, pengumpulan data menggunakan open-ended questionnaire, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dan teknik validasi data berupa model antar rater. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa punishment ­yang tidak disukai siswa adalah hukuman individual yaitu hukuman akademik dengan rincian memberikan tugas berkali lipat memiliki persentase terbanyak sebagai hukuman yang tidak disukai oleh siswa. Dampak subjektif yaitu dampak emosional berupa merepotkan pada kelas X dan tertekan pada kelas XI menjadi akibat dengan persentase tertinggi sebagai dampak yang diterima siswa dari hukuman yang diberikan.

Hope is the ability possessed by an individual to create a strategy in achieving a goal with the overall motivation he has to recognize the strategy chosen in achieving a goal. Meanwhile, the quarter life crisis is a process of high instability, drastic changes, too many choices and feelings of panic and helplessness. This phase appears in individuals aged 18 to 29 years. This research uses quantitative methods with a quantitative correlational research design. The population in this study were final year students in West Sumatra with a total of 195 students as subjects. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection tool uses the quarter life hope and crisis scale. Data analysis uses the product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research show that there is a negative relationship between hope and the quarter life crisis in final year students in West Sumatra (r=-0.514: p=0.00). A significant negative relationship means that if an individual has high hopes then the level of quarter life crisis for the individual will be low, and if the level of quarter life crisis is high then the level of hope experienced by the individual will tend to be low.

HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF-COMPASSION DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA GURU HONORER SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA PADANG 自我同情与巴东市小学名誉教师的心理健康之间的关系

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui hubungan self-compassion dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer sekolah dasar di Kota Padang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 orang guru honorer sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling . Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala self-compassion dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.972 dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.83-0.9. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis koefisien korelasi Product Moment Carl Pearson . Hasil menunjukkan koefisien korelasi r = 0,560 dengan nilai p = 0,000 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara self-compassion dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer sekolah dasar di Kota Padang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi self-compassion maka semakin tinggi juga kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru honorer sekolah dasar di Kota Padang.
本研究是一项定量研究,旨在确定巴东市小学名誉教师的自我同情与心理健康之间的关系。研究对象是 103 名小学名誉教师,采用目的性抽样技术。本研究使用的测量工具是自我同情量表(信度为 0.972)和心理健康量表(信度为 0.83-0.9)。本研究采用卡尔-皮尔逊乘积矩相关系数分析法进行假设检验。结果显示,相关系数 r = 0.560,P 值 = 0.000,这意味着巴东市荣誉小学教师的自我同情与心理幸福感之间存在显著的正相关关系。因此可以得出结论,自我同情越高,巴东市小学名誉教师的心理幸福感就越高。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ONLINE GAMBLING BEHAVIOR WITH EMOTIONAL DISORDERS OF COLLEGE STUDENT 大学生网络赌博行为与情绪障碍的关系

Many college students were involved in online gambling games, and there is a tendency to this student to show excessive emotional responses when playing online gambling that leads to emotional disorders. Therefore, this research aims to find out the relationship between online gambling behavior with student emotional disorders. This research is a quantitative correlation type research. Data collection techniques in this research were online gambling and emotional disorders scale. The research subjects of this study were 385 college student of Padang State University. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis. The research results show that emotional disturbances of college students who play online gambling games are in the moderate category (54.0%) with the most determining aspect is learning problems. Which means, the college students who have high emotional disturbances will have high learning problems. Meanwhile, online gambling behavior of college students are in the moderate category (64.9%) with the most determining aspect is escapae. Which means, college students performed online gambling behavior due to they use online gambling as a place to escape from problems or to spend their free time. The correlation test found that there was a significant relationship between online gambling behavior and college students' emotional disorders because the Sig value obtained was 0.00 (p <0.05). The relationship that is formed has a positive slope, which means that the higher the online gambling behavior of college students, the higher their emotional disturbances.

This study aims to see how the work ethic of teachers who teach in state schools differs from teachers in private schools at SMA N 2 Lengayang and SMK Technology Lengayang. This study uses quantitative methods with a comparative quantitative design. The population in this study is teachers in state schools and teachers in private schools. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This study has a sample of 60 teachers with details of 30 samples coming from SMA N 2 Lengayang and 30 samples from SMK Technology Lengayang. The instrument used in this study is the work ethic scale developed by Ngalia (2011) with a total of 27 items. This instrument is based on aspects of the work ethic from Cherrington (1980) which has 3 aspects including: work as a moral obligation, high work discipline, and pride in the results of work. Analysis result using independent sample t-test. The results of the data analysis test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0,048 < 0,05 which means that there is a difference in the work ethic of teachers who teach in state schools and teachers in private schools, where teachers in private schools have a higher work ethic.
