KRITIK SANAD DAN MATAN 批判圣母玛利亚

This paper discusses the method of criticism of Sanad and Matan. In the Hadith studies, both aspects are equally important. Sanad is a series of narrators who convey the hadith, while matan is the content of the hadith itself. To find out the quality of a hadith we must find out the quality of its transmitters and content. Therefore, this paper is important because it discusses the method of criticism of Sanad and Matan. includes the critical methodology of sanad and matan seen in the periods of the Prophet, Companions, Tabi'in, and Tabi' tabi'in. In this study the author uses a historical approach, and in analyzing the data the author uses the descriptive-analysis method. Regarding the critical study of hadith, it has actually been carried out since the time of the Prophet and his companions. However, the criticism of sanad and matan in the initial phase has not been formulated as systematically and methodologically as in the final phase (alMuta`akhirîn). This is because there is still the figure of the prophet as an authoritative source to ask (clarify) the news that friends hear. After the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, there have not been many problems in the hadith, apart from that there are still friends who always maintain their honesty and do not want to lie in the name of the Prophet SAW. Criticism of hadith during the time of the Companions focused on testing the truth of whether the Prophet actually conveyed the hadith or not. The source of this paper comes from books/books, and journals that are relevant to the theme of the writing.

The purpose of this article is to dismantle the concept of the al-jarh wa ta'dil methodology easily and as a test tool for assessing hadith narrators in terms of weaknesses (jarh) and also strengths (ta'dil). The research method in this journal is literature study. The studies found in understanding the concept of jarh wa' ta'dil. Among others; first, the urgency of the science of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil as an art in determining whether the category of a narrator's narration can be accepted or rejected. Second, the history of the science of Jahr wa al-ta'dil has grown since the time of the Companions. Third, the techniques and methods of ulama when explaining the behavior of narrators and the conditions of critics (al-jarh wa ta'dil) when evaluating narrators. Fourth, the conception and editorial of Jarh wa al-Ta'dil and its scope.

This research aims to reinterpret the hadith about morals contained in the hadith narrated by Sunan Tirmidzi. Hadith is the main source of teachings in Islam which provides guidance on good behavior and correct morals. However, understanding and interpretation of hadith are often influenced by different social, cultural and historical contexts. In this research, an in-depth analysis was carried out of the hadiths contained in Sunan Tirmidzi which relate to morals. The approach used is literature review and qualitative analysis methods to understand the original meaning of the hadith and analyze its historical context. Apart from that, comparisons are also made with related hadiths from other sources to obtain a comprehensive understanding. So that it contributes to updating the understanding of morals in Islam by taking into account the context of the times and the increasingly complex demands of society. From the results of the analysis obtained through sanad and matan criticism, the status of the hadith narrated by Sunan Tirmidzi no. The 2003 index studied was Hasan Li Dhatihi. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hadith narrated by al-Tirmidzi index number 2003 which explains morals has the status of maqbul/acceptable and can be used as evidence in everyday life.

This study discusses the validity of the tasalsul requirements of the musalsal bi al-Mishriyin hadith narrated by Jalaluddin Abdur Rahman as-Suyuthi in his book Jiyad al-Musalsalat, in the science of hadith, there is one type of hadith that is famous for its weaknesses, because it was narrated to our day. this, namely the musalsal hadith that requires special procedures or characteristics in its transmission, because of its uniqueness in this transmission, many major hadith scholars also participate in narrating it even though most of this type of hadith is weak, therefore in order to distinguish whether it is authentic or dhaif especially for people lay. This study uses a literature study by analyzing and matching the content of the biographical books of narrators or Mu'jam Buldan and the names of the narrators written by as-Suyuthi in his book Jiyad al-Musalsalat. he must have a ratio to the Egyptian state. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that all the narrators mentioned by as-Suyuthi in his sanad have a ratio to the Egyptian state, but there are some narrators who are not originally Egyptian but have lived in Egypt for a long period of time.

PENYEBARAN PAHAM INGKAR SUNNAH MODERN 现代否认主义的蔓延

Ingkar sunnah is a thought that rejects the legitimacy of hadith as the second source of Islamic teachings after the Koran. In its journey, this thought is not new in the modern era. This practice of understanding undermines the purity of the Islamic religion through its source, in this case the hadith of the Prophet. There are three categories in this understanding, namely, 1) rejecting the entire hadith and only accepting the Koran, 2) rejecting hadith except those that are mutawatir, 3) rejecting hadiths that are inconsistent according to logic and science. This study aims to provide a description of the characteristics of modern sunnah denial. It was found that the difference between modern and classical denial of sunnah is one of the reasons that modern denial of sunnah has become institutionalized and massive.

This article tries to discuss the mapping of hadith studies carried out by orientalists. The study of hadith from time to time continues to develop so that the content of the transition process must be taken into account. This research uses a qualitative methodology which focuses on the use of descriptive-qualitative methodology in library research to understand hadith. So the complexity of hadith studies encourages scholars of hadith studies in both the classical and contemporary eras to come up with ideas regarding methodologies and theories that can differentiate between fake hadiths and authentic ones. This study is also practiced by Orientalists, so in practice it is not only carried out by Muslims. So this development has given rise to a new paradigm based on honesty and openness from both hadith circles and other circles.

ANALISIS HADIS KOPI 分析哈迪斯科比

 Hadith is something attributed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, whether in words, actions, approvals, or characteristics. However, there was an instance where a hadith received through a dream was then attributed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the understanding of Sufis, this is considered a hadith of the Prophet SAW. One such hadith, believed by Sufis, is the hadith about coffee received by Sayyid Al-Qudaimi. This raises the question of the quality of the coffee hadith received by the Sufi from the Prophet Muhammad SAW through a dream. This research falls into the category of qualitative research, specifically library research, using the Hadith Criticism method, which is useful for examining the quality of the sanad (chain of narrators) and matan (content) of the hadith. The result of this research is that the coffee hadith received by the Sufi from the Prophet Muhammad SAW through a dream, in terms of sanad quality, is classified as a munqati’ hadith because of the broken chain of narrators. This hadith is also classified as maudhu’ or fabricated. Furthermore, in terms of matan quality, Al-Adlabi established four criteria for matan criticism. According to these four criteria, the coffee hadith received by the Sufi through a dream falls under the category of hadiths that contradict reason, sensory perception, and history, and it does not resemble prophetic speech. Therefore, it can be stated that the coffee hadith is not authentic.

One such hadith, believed by Sufis, is the hadith about coffee received by Sayyid Al-Qudaimi. This raises the question of the quality of the coffee hadith received by the Sufi from the Prophet Muhammad SAW through a dream. This research falls into the category of qualitative research, specifically library research, using the Hadith Criticism method, which is useful for examining the quality of the sanad (chain of narrators) and matan (content) of the hadith. The result of this research is that the coffee hadith received by the Sufi from the Prophet Muhammad SAW through a dream, in terms of sanad quality, is classified as a munqati’ hadith because of the broken chain of narrators. This hadith is also classified as maudhu’ or fabricated. Furthermore, in terms of matan quality, Al-Adlabi established four criteria for matan criticism. According to these four criteria, the coffee hadith received by the Sufi through a dream falls under the category of hadiths that contradict reason, sensory perception, and history, and it does not resemble prophetic speech. Hadith have an important and fundamental role in the Islamic religion, namely as one of the guidelines and sources of Islamic law after the Koran. Hadith has many other terms which are known to be synonymous with the term hadith such as sunnah, khabar, and atsar. In this case there are several differences of opinion, some equate them and there are also those who differentiate these terms. Therefore, in the author's opinion, this is important to study in more depth. Thus, this article will discuss the synonymity of hadiths, as well as the overall structure and division of hadiths. The method used in writing this article is the library research method by collecting data from various types of existing literature related to the theme that the author is studying, both in the form of books, journals and other relevant literature.

HADITS DHA’IF DAN HUKUM MENGAMALKANNYA 达菲的圣训》及其实践规则

This study aims to analyze and review the use of dha’if (weak) hadith in Islamic law, considering the significant differences of opinion among scholars. Hadith is the second primary source of Islamic law after the Quran and plays a crucial role in explaining the Quran. However, dha’if hadith often becomes a subject of debate regarding its validity and application in Islamic jurisprudence. The majority of hadith scholars and jurists have differing views on the use of dha’if hadith, with some scholars completely prohibiting it and others allowing it under certain conditions.This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Primary data includes dha’if hadiths found in major hadith collections, opinions of scholars on dha’if hadith, and statements from key figures in the fields of hadith and fiqh. Secondary data consists of supporting literature such as books, journals, scholarly articles, and writings of classical and contemporary scholars. Data collection techniques involve literature review and interviews with experts in hadith and fiqh.Data is analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques, involving the categorization of hadith based on their degree of weakness, analysis of scholars' views on the use of dha’if hadith, and interpretation of data to construct a strong argument regarding the legal use of dha’if hadith. Data validation is conducted through source and method triangulation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the research findings.

Islam has regulated that in understanding science, especially religious knowledge, it requires the guidance of a teacher who has good credibility, especially in undrstanding the hadith spread in Indonesia. Because the power that the word "hadith" bear, leads to a number of people thinking that it must be obeyed or carried out absolutely without looking at the context of life in Indonesia. Even though in interpreting the hadith itself there are certain rules that must be fulfilled so that  they can be harmonious and not cause misunderstanding. In this research, the writer discusses about KH. Ali Mustafa Yaqub's way of understanding hadith contextually along with examples of hadiths. This research is library research using qualitative methods, which is research that contains descriptive data. The results of this research show that the contribution of KH. Ali Mustafa Yaqub's thoughts is very large for Islamic scholarship in Indonesia, one of which is in contextualizing hadith in Indonesia. Judging from his active participation in various institutions as well as his works in the field of hadith with brilliant ideas.
