Education is a crucial aspect in the national development based on the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The digital era of the 21st century demands the integration of technology in education, one of which is through the TPACK approach that combines technological knowledge, content, and pedagogy. This article explores the need for developing Scratch-based educational games media for science learning in fourth-grade elementary school. Through the research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, this study aims to evaluate the needs, identify barriers, and provide recommendations for the use of Scratch educational games media in science learning. The survey results show that the majority of students find science learning enjoyable and support the use of instructional media, especially games and animations. However, there is still a need to enhance the use of media in teaching by teachers. By utilizing Scratch-based educational games media, science learning in elementary school can become more interactive, engaging, and effective, preparing students to face educational challenges in the current digital era.

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the implementation of the historical literature program in MAN 2 Bogor City and to know the role of the history literature programme in increasing the interest of students of XI MAN 2 City Bogor class in learning SKI. This type of research is qualitative research. The source of the research data is the deputy head of the curriculum school, the teacher of the Islamic cultural history lesson, and eleventh-grade students. Data obtained through interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study first, the implementation of historical literature in MAN 2 Bogor City, namely through reading books 15 minutes before the start of learning, book surgery, role play, interactive discussions and screenings of history films. Then second, the role of history literacy in increasing student learning interest in learning SKI showed that the history literature program can grow students' interest in the culture of historic literature, train students to engage actively in the classroom. It adds insight into the history of Islamic culture and raises concern about the importance of the Islamic cultural history. The development of this historical literacy program must be continued accurately and effectively in order to give an optimal impact by the school institution and teachers are expected to be able to adjust learning strategies, both learning methods or learning atmosphere so that students continue to be motivated and able to maintain and improve literacy skills to understand SKI learning well

This research aims to find out how the Save Package (PaHe) service for making birth certificates is implemented as a public service innovation in Sidotopo Wetan Village. The Birth Certificate Savings Package (PaHe) service aims to make it easier for people to process population documents, one of which is making a birth certificate. Even though there have been these innovations, there are still many people who are late and have not processed birth certificates in accordance with existing policies. This research uses qualitative research methods to describe the phenomena that occur, where the data sources used in this research are primary data sources (interviews, field observations) and secondary data (books, journals, news, articles, etc.). The focus of this research is to see how the Birth Certificate Savings Package (PaHe) service is implemented in Sidotopo Wetan Village with indicators of communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure. Based on the research results previously explained, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Birth Certificate Savings Package (PaHe) service as one of the public service innovations in Sidotopo Wetan Subdistrict can be said to have been implemented quite well even though it has not been optimal as expected. Suggestions that can be made are to increase the number of service officers and increase public awareness regarding orderly population administration.

Education in the 21st century is faced with demands to prepare students with skills that are relevant to the dynamics of society and the ever-evolving world of work. Developing a 21st century skills-based curriculum is a must to ensure that graduates not only have academic knowledge, but also the skills necessary to succeed in an era marked by the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This paper explains perspectives in developing a 21st century skills-based curriculum, outlining critical aspects such as critical thinking skills, creativity, effective communication, and collaboration. This perspective addresses the urgent need to integrate 21st century skills into the curriculum, creating relevant and contextual learning experiences. However, the implementation process is not free from a number of challenges that require serious attention. These challenges involve paradigm shifts in teaching and learning approaches, adjustments to assessment methods, and increased stakeholder involvement. In addition, this article also provides an overview of how teachers can develop their skills through a professional development approach that focuses on the needs of a 21st century skills-based curriculum. Through a deep understanding of these perspectives and challenges, it is hoped that we can design effective solutions that can be implemented at various levels of education.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the concept of love in the movie Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah according to the Islamic Communication Perspective. The problem described is the concept of love of biological mothers and adoptive parents to their children and how communication is established between the two parties in maintaining child custody. As it is known that the phenomenon that occurs in this film is that the biological mother does not know that her child is still alive, namely being cared for and raised by others for seven years, the problem arises when she finds out that her child actually did not die, but after giving birth her child was given by her own mother to someone else. This research is a type of content analysis research using a qualitative approach, which prioritizes the presentation of structured data, and provides a detailed description of the object of research in the form of communication messages. Qualitative content analysis is defined as a scientific research technique aimed at knowing the characteristic description of the message content and drawing inferences contained in the message content. The results showed that the concept of love in the movie Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah is packaged so well. Mother's love is an unconditional statement towards the child's life and needs. Absolute care and responsibility are also given by parents for the sustainability of the child's life and growth. Parents also instill love for life.

The existence of full power or large progressive rights in determining policies to make decisions is limited to the interests of the school principal or those closest to him who are able to influence these decisions. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining facts that occur in the field. This descriptive qualitative method is used to describe what is true about a symptom, variable or situation. The time this research was conducted was October 10 2023. The location of this research was at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering which is located at Jl. Bagan Pematang Jering Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research resulted that the Principal's Decision Making Strategy at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village included identifying problems, drafting decisions, making choices and implementing decisions. Decision Making Style of the Principal of SDN. 01 Pematang Jering Village in Determining School Facilities and Infrastructure. Through the classification of the problems that occur, it can be concluded that the decisions taken by the principal at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village belong to the type of persuasive decision making style.

This research aims to analyze the success of event organizers in increasing brand awareness and brand loyalty as well as the reasons why Redline Production uses word of mouth and public marketing communication strategies. This research was conducted using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations to identify WOM and PR marketing strategies in increasing brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this research are due to the small environment so that it can build and maintain closer relationships with potential clients and clients. Implementation of WOM elements consists of talkers, lead agents who have strong influence and trust from clients so that they can bring up topics related to service quality and the collaboration process that will be carried out. The tool used is the use of coupons with the company logo to stimulate conversation. Participate by responding to feedback from clients including taking a part, tracing, namely by utilizing agents and vendors as quality control. Implementation of PR elements consists of pull, by providing the best service so as to create a satisfying experience. At push by preparing the event layout and conducting location surveys, then, at pass providing service and education to clients.

With the development of an increasingly advanced era towards the digital to minimize the use of paper. Many things have switched to use technological sophistication to simplify what is being done, this happens in various sectors. Electronic signatures as part of the renewal of notarial law in Indonesia are part of cyber notary. The concept of cyber notary provides a legal frame, namely that the act of facing the parties or the appearers before the notary no longer has to meet in-person (face to face) in a certain place. Some rules that provide convenience to notaries actually clash with the obligation of a notary who requires to sign the minutes of the deed by presenting the parties in person. Article 16 of the UUJN letter m stipulates that the notary is obliged to read out the deed in front of the appearer in the presence of at least 2 (two) witnesses, or 4 (four) witnesses specifically for the making of an underhand testament deed, and signed at that time by the appearer, witnesses and notary. The type of this research is normative juridical which aims to find legal rules and norms to answer the legal issues at hand so that problem solving can be found related to the issues that have been studied. A deed of relaas made by a notary is possible for the notary to sign it electronically but it is different if what is made by a notary is a deed of partij, which is not possible to apply an electronic signature on it because it is still constrained by regulations.

The research aims to determine the role of puspaga facilitators in event management for family learning center program services at RW X Ketabang hall level, Surabaya City. Puspaga is a learning tool for families in the city of Surabaya to improve their ability to overcome problems related to violence, delinquency among women and children and other problems in the family environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The research uses data collection techniques by means of observation and taking documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Puspaga Facilitator has been able to manage the event management of the Puspaga program services carried out at the RW.
