Agenda Building Strategies of the National Awakening Party in Tulungagung Regency during the 2024 Elections 图伦加贡地区民族觉醒党在 2024 年选举期间的议程建设战略

This is the qualitative descriptive agenda-building phenomenon study of the National Awakening Party campaigns widely known as Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa, PKB, in Tulungagung during the 2024 election. It describes and explains phenomena without manipulating variables or interventions, providing depth of understanding of context, characteristics, and dynamics of events. The success of PKB's agenda setting in Tulungagung was corroborated by the party itself, which won 9 seats in the regional parliamentary body compared to 7 in 2019. More success was accounted for with regard to the comprehensiveness of the process: from internal operations that had closed and later opened meetings, sessions consolidating PKB visions and missions, down to aligning candidate training. Afterwards, it was followed by a string of thematically based events, which took up matters such as agricultural policy, effective political participation of youth, and promotion of small businesses. These activities mobilized different sets of voters and culminated with the grand finale of this campaign. Such multi-dimensional effort outperformed the electioneering goals set by the party, and efficiency of the party's agenda-building operations was more than well attested. The present paper enlightens on how to mount a political campaign and reinforces tailored and inclusive agenda building. Hence, these results provide real practical implications for the political communication and campaigning strategies to enable success at the polls.

Gender Roles and Practices in Land Access, Ownership and Utilization in West Usambara, Tanzania 坦桑尼亚西乌桑巴拉地区在土地获取、所有权和利用方面的性别角色和做法

Tanzania's land laws protect and guarantees gender equality in access, ownership, and utilization of land. However, the extent to which these legal frameworks have enabled gender equality in the country regarding access, ownership, and utilization of land is not well known. This paper assessed gender relations in access, ownership, and utilization of land in West Usambara Mountains Lushoto District, Tanga Region, North Eastern Tanzania. A purposive sampling of 100 respondents (49 men and 51 women) was obtained to participate in the study. A structured questionnaire was used to interview respondents and focus group discussions with key informants were conducted. Qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis techniques including thematic analysis of texts and indexing. Results show that despite a progressive legal framework, women are still marginalized in land access, ownership, and utilization. This is because of the co-existence of dissimilar structures (traditional, formal and religious land laws), as well as long-established traditional that continue to perpetuate gender disparity. It is proposed that efforts should be made to empower women to use the existing legal structures to demand and promote own land rights.

Women's Participation in Productive Economic Activities in the Context of Improving the Socio-Economic Status of Fishermen's Communities in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia 在改善印度尼西亚东南苏拉威西省科纳韦地区渔民社区社会经济地位的背景下妇女参与生产性经济活动的情况

Women from fishing families act as work partners for men in a nomadic life at sea. After settling down, the women stay idle at home to look after the children and prepare for the family's daily needs. This research aims to analyze the forms of women's participation in productive economic activities in order to improve the socio-economic status of fishing communities. This research was carried out on women from traditional fishing families in coastal villages in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population of this study were all women from traditional fishing families in coastal villages. Next, village sample selection was carried out purposively, with the criteria being that villages had a traditional fishing population, were easily accessible to the research team, in each sub-district. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results show that firstly, women from fishing families naturally have productive economic activities in order to improve their socio-economic status. Second, there are basic skills based on the socio-cultural environment that have been developed by female fishermen, namely: making dried fish, smoked fish, making shrimp paste, making crab sticks, making fish floss, and making fish dumplings/nuggets. And third, there are two groups of forms of productive skills based on the socio-cultural environment that are applicable for female fishermen, namely: (1) Skills that have been developed, and (2) new skills that are innovations from outside, but the raw materials are available in the local environment

Visitor Loyalty of Commercial Buildings with Colonial Architecture Concepts in Indonesia 印度尼西亚具有殖民时期建筑概念的商业建筑的游客忠诚度

This study examines the loyalty of visitors to commercial buildings with a colonial architecture concept in Indonesia as an effort to offer a unique and different experience for visitors. One of the historical and cultural heritage that is important to preserve and utilize optimally is colonial architecture. Commercial buildings with a colonial architecture concept have aesthetic and identity values that are shown through the semiotics of architecture and interior to convey certain meanings, which can attract visitors’ interest in an effort to increase their loyalty. Visitor loyalty is one of the factors that affect the success and sustainability of business (Rahardja, 2022). Research on visitor loyalty to commercial buildings with a colonial architecture concept using a semiotic approach has not been done yet, so it needs to be further studied. The purpose of this study is to examine the loyalty of visitors to the semiotics of commercial buildings with a colonial architecture concept in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a literature review method to collect, analyze, and synthesize literature that is relevant to the research topic from various scientific sources, such as journals, books, theses, dissertations, and others, related to commercial buildings, colonial architecture, semiotics and visitor loyalty in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of visitor loyalty to commercial buildings with a colonial architecture concept in Indonesia.

Village Community Bank (VICOBA) is established with the intention of eradicating extreme poverty and enhancing economic and social development. However, it is clear that poor societies in rural areas depend more on forest resources as a source of energy which results in the depletion of resources. Having well-coordinated and operating VICOBA in the community; improves their livelihood and shifts from depending on natural resources like forest. This study assessed the contribution of VICOBA to forest resource conservation. The study used a cross-sectional design whereby a multistage sampling technique and Probability Proportional to Size (PPS) were used to get a sample of 230 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. Findings show that over 75.7% of  VICOBA members agree that economic activities as the results of the VICOBA program aided in reducing much dependence on forest products like wood and charcoal consumption and affords alternative sources of energy like electricity, gas, and solar energy while only 24.3% of respondents disagree.  On the other hand, 76.5% of respondents agreed that the VICOBA program helped them in increasing individual income. Finally, this study recommends that alternative sources of income-generating activities should be promoted especially in the communities adjacent to forest resources in order to reduce dependence on forest resources for economic purposes.

Build Better Tomorrow: Assessing Youth Insight Towards Agribusiness in Manyara Region, Tanzania. 建设更美好的明天:评估坦桑尼亚马尼亚拉地区青年对农业综合企业的看法。

This paper sought to reveal and document youths’ insights on the BBT-YIA an agricultural program propagated by the Ministry of Agriculture to emphasize youth participation in agribusiness. The study was carried out in the Manyara region, Tanzania. Cross-sectional research designs were used whereby data was collected at a single point in time.  A multistage sampling technique was used to obtain the study participants from the district level to the ward level. The sample size was 220 respondents and data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 26. Findings showed that the majority of the youth are aware and have positive attitudes towards the BBT–YIA program since provides them with jobs and alternative sources of income. However, the rate of knowledge and readiness skills is questionable because almost 40% seem to lack knowledge or technical skills in agriculture. This paper recommends that the Ministry of Agriculture intensify and take seriously their advocated training program before giving youth grants and pieces of land. Also, more emphasis by the government and media to increase public education on agriculture benefits to youth is needed.

The study was carried out in the Manyara region, Tanzania. Cross-sectional research designs were used whereby data was collected at a single point in time.  A multistage sampling technique was used to obtain the study participants from the district level to the ward level. The sample size was 220 respondents and data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 26. Findings showed that the majority of the youth are aware and have positive attitudes towards the BBT–YIA program since provides them with jobs and alternative sources of income. However, the rate of knowledge and readiness skills is questionable because almost 40% seem to lack knowledge or technical skills in agriculture. This paper recommends that the Ministry of Agriculture intensify and take seriously their advocated training program before giving youth grants and pieces of land. The drive for Participatory and Achievement-focused integration process as a Solution to Grassroots Economy in the COVID 19-Era aims to manage the participatory and achievement-driven integration, coordinate the integration, participatory, and productive efforts of government agencies, the private sector, civil society and communities in solving problems and developing the Grassroots Economy. The target groups include farmers and entrepreneurs in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The tools used in the research were questionnaires, visit forms, interview forms and an evaluation form for knowledge management and research for community and social use. The results of the project were found that: 1. The driving of Participatory and Achievement-focused integration process as a Solution to Grassroots Economy in the COVID 19-Era using Management of Knowledge and Research to benefit community and society consisted of 5 major stages, divided into sub-stages as follows: Action Plan Stage: (Planning); with 6 sub-stages, Action Stage: (Doing); with 2 sub-stages, Action Project Monitoring and Evaluation (Checking) with of 2 sub-stages, Improvement and Development Stage: (Acting); with 2 sub-stages, and Action Reflection Stage: (Reflection); by the meeting of researcher, publishing and disseminating academic articles in national journals. 2. The results of promoting and coordinating the integration of government agencies, the private sector, civil society and communities found that all departments cooperated and demonstrated readiness to promote and support the project, including partaking in monitoring and extending the results of every project. 3. The results of monitoring and evaluation of the project implementation suggested that 1) every sub-project had its objectives lined in consistency with the policy of Thailand’s Ministry of Agriculture, 2) increase income for farmers and communities, 3) farmers, entrepreneurs and communities express a high level of satisfaction with the project implementation, 4) the project helps build a career, generate income, and so a better quality of life, 5) Create participation and integration of agencies in the development of Grassroots Economy and solve problems for those affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

This study explores consumer views on the alignment between brand strategy and customer experiences in food producing enterprises in Chinese setting. The research aims to analyze the complex dynamics that influence customer attitudes by examining familiarity, personal experience, components of interaction that align with the brand's identity, and instances of uncertainty or conflict.By conducting in-depth interviews, a wide range of consumer groups were actively involved to obtain detailed and subtle observations. The study focused on collecting the many aspects of customer experiences, analyzing their interactions and experiences with food manufacturing firms.Consumers showed different levels of perceptual alignment. Positive alignment impressions were highly impacted by familiarity with brand message and personal experiences. Factors such as clear and open communication, environmentally friendly methods, and constant high quality consistently have a favorable impact. Nevertheless, instances of misalignment were detected, namely in situations when promoted values contradicted actual experiences.The findings emphasize the crucial importance of communication, sustainability, quality, and technology in promoting a strong brand affinity. The main focus of consumer ideas for development were around improving communication, adopting transparent processes, and ensuring that organizations really reflect their brand claims.This research highlights the significance of matching brand strategy with concrete consumer experiences in the food manufacturing industry. Customer insights provide practical suggestions, highlighting the need of clear communication, environmentally-friendly methods, and reliable quality to close the gap between brand objectives and customer encounters.

The sensory modality, which plays a dominant role in spatial perception in humans, is essential for recognizing the geometric structure of the surrounding environment. The interaction between the body, imagination, and environment in the interior experience contributes to the formation of memories from visited places. This paper is conducted to explore the impact of human senses on spatial perception and the psychological effects of different environments and experiences on visitors. Focusing on the interior environment of Bali's airport and incorporating elements of Balinese culture, this study examines how sensory experiences can significantly influence the psychology of tourists. Through comprehensive literature reviews, the research aims to provide insights into the integration of multisensory elements and cultural aspects in airport design to enhance the overall experience and emotional well-being of travellers.

Structuring of Javanese Teaching Materials for Junior High School Language Themes Grades 1-3 初中语文主题 1-3 年级爪哇语教材的构建

This research is one of the follow-ups of previous years' research, namely the structuring of teaching materials on the theme of Language in Elementary School. The results of previous research show that Javanese teaching materials for elementary school classes still leave a number of problems both in terms of format / form, as well as content and language use in it. While the preparation of teaching materials still requires indicators of the preparation of teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum targets and the level of difficulty of the teaching material. The overall research objective is to create a standardized teaching material product on the theme of Language from elementary to high school level that can be used as a guide for the preparation of teaching materials in the DIY region. Whereas in this year, the research objective is to review the Javanese teaching materials for the theme of Language at the junior high school level for grades 1-3 used in DIY as well as to organize the pattern of teaching materials according to language competence. The theory used as the basis of research is the theory of linguistic competence, linguistic performance along with the theory of language psychology. This research is a descriptive research using data from a junior high school Javanese textbook entitled "Mardika Basa lan Sastra Jawa" by Tukijo, et al (Erlangga, 2019). Data analysis was conducted using reading and note-taking techniques. The validation used was content validity while the reliability used expert judgment. The results showed that the Javanese language aspects in the research subject's book still left difficulties and lack of conformity with the Merdeka curriculum. Meanwhile, the indicators for preparing teaching materials must be adjusted to two fundamental things, namely the level of language ability, and conformity to curriculum demands.
