Socio-Emotional Skills in The Academic Performance of Portuguese Basic Education Students (Emotional Intelligence Program) 葡萄牙基础教育学生学习成绩中的社会情感技能(情商课程)

Socio-emotional skills are a central element to face the problems of daily life and relate to others, becoming an essential capacity of the human being, developed educationally. We carried out a hybrid/mixed research (pre-pandemic period academic year 2019-20), modality of action research, having applied an intervention program to develop education for emotions, social skills and emotional intelligence in Portuguese children from 2 classes of the 4th grade elementary school, in order to improve their school performance and relationships between peers (educational environment). The conceptual framework was based on the analysis of the content of a range of studies on emotions, in the psych pedagogical scope, with emphasis on Salovey, Caruso and Mayer and Fernández Berrocal. The data collection techniques were as follows: sociometrist test friendship to the class (pre and post intervention); semi-structured interview with 2 teachers; participant observation; Intervention Program (7 sessions); focus-group; field notes. All ethical and legal rules were complied with in the procedures. The triangulations of the data obtained confirmed the improvement of (self) knowledge of emotions by the students, their social/emotional skills in the school performance of class and the relationships of friendship between them. We proposed socio-educational intervention guidelines to improve coexistence, with the involvement of the family and partners of the school and the emotional intelligence.

Ecotourism Development Model in Indonesia: Quintuple Helix Inter-Organizational Collaboration Perspective 印度尼西亚生态旅游发展模式:五螺旋组织间合作视角

The ecotourism development model in Bangkalan Regency, especially in Labang District and Kamal District, cannot currently be handled in the usual way but requires breakthroughs and innovation with related stakeholders, such as the government, private sector, academics, media, society, and environmental sustainability. This article adopts a collaborative perspective from the Quintuple Helix inter-organizational collaboration model, to discuss stakeholder interactions and highlight the level of success and identification of several problems in the development of ecotourism on the Suramadu Bridge, Bangkalan Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document review. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders and what occurs in the two sub-districts above in developing ecotourism from a quintuple helix inter-organizational collaboration perspective is still relatively not optimal. This is indicated by only a few optimal factors in implementing collaboration between stakeholders in the development of ecotourism. The development of eco-tourism from the perspective of quintuple helix inter-organizational collaboration in the two sub-districts above is not running optimally, because there are several obstacles, namely the existence of informal leaders and hidden institutions, which require more effort to invite them to sit together or further coordinate.

This also includes reforms in the areas of justice, human rights, the fight against corruption and alignment with European standards. This process involves numerous advantages and challenges, which must be carefully examined to understand the potential impact of the European integration on the country.In this context, in this article, we will analyze the main positive and negative aspects that define the perspective of the Republic of Moldova in its relationship with the European Union.

Hardiness among Ukrainians: challenges and opportunities 乌克兰人的耐寒能力:挑战与机遇

The article deals with the phenomenon of hardiness and its characteristics. The structural components of hardiness are identified as commitment, control, and challenge. It is analyzed that hardiness characterizes the ability of an individual to withstand a situation of acute or chronic stress, to maintain internal balance without reducing the success of activities. It is noted that hardiness can be considered as an analog of a person’s vitality, which reflects the degree to which he or she overcomes certain life circumstances. The purpose is to study the hardiness among Ukrainians as a holistic personal formation, which is due to the interaction of personal resources. The sample consisted of 110 people from Ukraine. The Maddi and Kobasa Hardiness Test was used to diagnose the hardiness. The results show that a high level of hardiness of Ukrainians is associated with an active attitude to life, self-acceptance, using circumstances to one’s advantage, evaluating life situations as consciously chosen, and interpreting stressful situations as an opportunity to gain new experience. It has been established that hardiness has little to do with a person’s age, i.e. the development of hardiness can occur throughout life, starting from childhood, with the help of flourishing personal resources. According to the level of hardiness, 43.6% of Ukrainians had a high level, 35.5% ‑ an average level, and 20.9% ‑ a low level. The peculiarities of developing hardiness and maintaining the optimal level of this resource for personal effectiveness are related to worldview, personal goals, self-acceptance, mental health and activity.

Collaborative Technologies to Optimize Scientific Production in High-Quality Bibliographical Databases Worth 优化高质量书目数据库科学生产的协作技术 Worth

The purpose of this research article was to use collaborative technologies to optimize scientific production in high-value bibliographic databases. The problem that was intended to be solved were the practical problems that arose in scientific production in a Peruvian public university, with It was possible to minimize time and effort in detecting, checking scientific documents, and carrying out research reports. It has been developed following a quantitative approach, with a descriptive-correlational scope, non-experimental design, applying statistical analysis. The study was carried out with university researchers who used technological tools for research, who were selected through a sample. In addition, the statistical package SPSS version 28 was used, and the results showed that there is a significant correlation between the study variables.it was concluded that collaborative technologies as research tools allowed to optimize and increase scientific production in the university environment, so its use in the research field is recommended.

Women's Public Leadership in the Implementation of Women-Friendly Village Program Policy and Child Protection in Kediri Regency 克迪里县妇女在实施妇女友好村计划政策和儿童保护方面的公共领导力

The purpose of this article is to illustrate the strength of women's leadership power as village heads in the implementation of the National Program for Women-Friendly Villages and Child Protection as well as an indicator of gender justice at the village level. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of case research. A single informant from the village heads of Kedak, Semen, Kediri and additional informants from the Sahabat Perempuan cadre. Data analysis using the Cresswel model. The findings of this study are: 1. the village head's decision on women's and children's organizations has been drafted; 2. disaggregated data on population by sex, vulnerable groups, disability are available; 3. the village head's decision on Women-Friendly and Child Care Villages has been drafted; 4. allocated budget for activities; 5. Women's representation in Village Governments, Village Consultative Bodies, Village Resilience Institutions, and Village Customary Institutions; 6. There is still a lack of women who are entrepreneurs; 7. There is still a lack of children receiving child-based care; 8. No violence against women and children; 9. no children work; and 10. There is no child marriage. The conclusion of this study is that women's public leadership requires going directly to the community and listening to aspirations and implementing in accordance with the beliefs and personal abilities of the village head.

Cash crops, notwithstanding the environmental degradation they cause, constitute sources of income for producers and the main factor in structuring the rural world and local development in certain countries. It is this problem that this study highlights at the scale of the Kouh-Est Department. To do this, the article carried out bibliographic analysis and field work. 40 leaders of peasant organizations in Kouh-Est were randomly surveyed as well as the sub-sector head of ANADER in Bodo. The result is that cotton cultivation, although having accelerated deforestation due to the extensive nature of agricultural practices in Kouh-Est, contributed to the improvement of the living conditions of cotton farmers. This culture has favored the structuring of the rural world, in particular the emergence of peasant organizations whose role is to facilitate access to agricultural inputs and the dissemination of agricultural techniques. The rebates from the self-managed market system granted to these organizations and the substantial income obtained by cotton farmers make it possible to actively participate in local development actions, particularly in the construction of socio-economic infrastructure (drilling, school, health center, granary or store, …). The new mentality born from the existence of these organizations facilitates the contribution in kind to the creation of these infrastructures. However, permanent access to agricultural credit and strengthening the intervention capacity of cotton growers would boost the dynamics of peasant organizations in Kouh-Est. Also, members of organizations must be careful to ensure sound management of their assets.

The Interactions of City Tourism Stakeholders in Indonesia: Lessons from Surabaya Heritage Track 印度尼西亚城市旅游利益相关者的互动:泗水遗产之路的经验教训

Given the increased in historical tourism in urban areas, sustainable and competitive city tourism requires an integrated management approach based on the principles of collaborative governance. This article aims to discuss the collaboration among stakeholders in managing Surabaya Heritage Track as a historical city tour. The collaboration involves the private sector, local government, and the community. This qualitative analytical descriptive study uses case a study approach, and collected data through in-depth unstructured interviews and observation. The study shows that the success of Surabaya Heritage Track is influenced by the government policies of corporate social responsibility, and the commitment of the private sector to make the innovation design on the tourism objects with thematic tours. The finding reveals that community support also becomes the strength and resources in collaborative governance, while the initiation of collaboration comes from the private sector. However, the role of local government is still limited, because the collaboration is informal. Interestingly, the collaboration continues because the private sector has a high commitment to preserving the historical heritage of the city. We suggests that local governments facilitate the expansion and enhancement of stakeholder involvement and the institutionalized collaboration can be enhanced to ensure competitive and sustainable city tourism.

Values Education: An Educational Approach to Train Students in the 1st Cycle of Portuguese Basic Education for Citizenship 价值观教育:培养葡萄牙公民基础教育第一阶段学生的教育方法

Education in values develops in the family, in schools and in society in general, through human coexistence and interpersonal relationships. The cementing of this education is necessary today to overcome many problems, conflicts and inhumane situations. Values are statements and/or principles that each human being internalizes and converts into valued actions and everyday experiences (Ballester & Calvo, 2007, p. 34-39). The transmission of a set of essential values to the current society characterizes the mutual relationship between adult-child/youth in training, covering up, disguising and reinforcing existing egocentrism (Andrade, 1997). The problem of education for values constitutes a transversal theme across the curricular areas of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education (1st CEB). According to Zabalza (2000, p. 21): “the theme of values was and will be a key theme in any process of action and reflection on people and their actions”. Educating for values in students' compulsory education is contributing to their formation as people and citizens (Ortega & Mínguez, 2003). The purposes of this education are to encourage students to develop daily the application of values in coexistence and the construction of peace, solidarity and tolerance. It is also important for 1st CEB teachers to develop teaching strategies to promote values in students, in any learning context; for the formation of future citizens in a democratic society.
