PRIKAZ SVIJETA OČIMA OSOBA S OŠTEĆENJIMA VIDA KAO PRILOG BOLJIM INKLUZIVNIM PRAKSAMA U OBRAZOVNIM USTANOVAMA 在工作岗位上的职业发展和职业培训计划

Persons with various degrees of visual impairment are part of the education system and often pose a pedagogic challenge to educators and teachers. Despite advances in medicine, many children and parents struggle with vision difficulties such as strabismus, large refractive errors, and various congenital defects that cause inadequate visual development and amblyopia. Teachers and educators often lack opportunities to receive training on vision difficulties. The paper is intended for teaching staff in educational institutions and non-teaching staff who work with the visually impaired. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the most common causes of visual impairment and to show the world how children with different visual impairments visually experience it in order to better understand their problems and the way they experience and perceive their environment. How does a healthy child wearing glasses see the world? What does the world look like to a child with strabismus or a child with a severe visual impairment? These are just some of the questions that the paper will answer as a contribution to the development of special competencies in educators and teachers for better inclusion of children with visual impairments in the educational system. In our daily work, we have noticed that visually impaired people and people with strabismus are more likely to encounter certain prejudices regarding their physical appearance. Every prejudice stems from inadequate knowledge of the matter, and we hope that this paper can contribute to an adequate perception of this issue. In conclusion, we believe that it is necessary to establish better cooperation between health and school institutions for the benefit of persons with disabilities, including the visually impaired

CJELOŽIVOTNO OBRAZOVANJE U FUNKCIJI UČINKOVITIJEG UKLJUČIVANJA OSOBA S INVALIDITETOM NA TRŽIŠTE RADA cjeloživotno obrazovanje u funkciji učinkovitijeg uključivanja osoba s invaliditetom na tržište rada

In order to raise efficiency and quality, as well as strengthen the position of persons with disabilities, research and analysis were conducted in the current situation and recommendations for a more effective approach to the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labour market. The research systematizes an overview of the key recommendations in the area of institutional frameworks that ensure the implementation of the National Strategy for equalization of opportunities for persons with disabilities. In the field of education, the possibility of including persons with disabilities in adult education programmes for occupations for which there are needs in the labour market is important. Investing in the development of better conditions that contribute to facilitating integration into educational programmes for adults with disabilities has been identified as a key element in improving the position of people with disabilities. Following the above, their views on current measures and possible improvements in the conditions for more efficient and faster inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labour market were explored. In the research, a focus group was used in which people with disabilities participated, were registered in the CES records as unemployed, and were actively looking for work. Comprehensive information from the perspective of persons with disabilities and current measures within the Croatian Employment Service will contribute to the more efficient and faster integration of persons with disabilities into the labour market.

INKLUZIVNA DIMENZIJA CJELOŽIVOTNOG UČENJA

The article analyses the relationship between lifelong learning and inclusive policies for persons with disabilities. The first part analyses the concept of inclusiveness in lifelong learning and the application of this concept in educational policies. The emphasis is on the educational obstacles faced by persons with disabilities and the opportunities that the concept of lifelong learning provides for their inclusion in various forms of education and learning. In doing so, dispositional, situational and institutional obstacles for persons with disabilities and different dimensions of inclusivity are distinguished. The second part of the article analyses the validity of this conceptual framework for describing the educational inclusion of persons with disabilities in Croatia. The difficulties in ensuring the coherence of the policy towards persons with disabilities and the importance of the time dimension in the implementation of these policies are described. Special attention is paid to the final results of inclusive policies. This refers to the lower inclusion of persons with disabilities, their earlier school leaving, and lower overall educational achievements compared to the general population. The analysis is based on data from research on the education of persons with disabilities on obstacles to the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the process of lifelong learning, which were conducted as part of the Academic Network of European Disability Experts and within the thematic network Lifelong education available to all.

RANI I PREDŠKOLSKI ODGOJ I OBRAZOVANJE KAO RESURS SOCIJALNE INKLUZIJE DJECE Rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje kao resurs socijalne inkluzije djece

Sustav ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja (RPOO) jedinstvenog je položaja da djeci rane i predškolske dobi pruži odgovarajuću podršku pravovremenim uočavanjem teškoća, osiguravanjem uvjeta za prevenciju njihovih neželjenih posljedica i pružanjem neposredne podrške djeci i njihovim obiteljima. U ovom su radu prikazane osnovne informacije o znanstvenom projektu „Modeli odgovora na odgojno-obrazovne potrebe djece izložene riziku socijalne isključenosti u ustanovama RPOO“ koji financira Hrvatska zaklada za znanost. Na temelju procjena odgojitelja i roditelja djece u 66 dječjih vrtića reprezentativnih za Republiku Hrvatsku utvrđen je udio djece s teškoćama u ovoj populaciji i načini na koje se u ustanovama RPOO-a odgovara na njihove potrebe. Upućuje se na potrebu osnaživanja sustava RPOO-a u smjeru jačanja kapaciteta za prevenciju socijalne isključenosti djece, što je sukladno deklarativnim međunarodnim i nacionalnim politikama
