In recent years, with the increase of work intensity and life pressure, many people are suffering from unhealthy conditions. In this case, it is very necessary for those who care about health to maintain and enjoy an active and healthy life. Therefore, many people tend to improve their health status through nationwide fitness and exercise. With the development of electronic technology, more and more people use smart devices to monitor their movement. In view of the difficulties and challenges people are facing, this paper will propose a multi-user behavior monitoring algorithm based on machine learning, which can improve the frequency and enthusiasm of physical exercise in people's daily life, thus improving the overall health of society. The research on action recognition responds to the call of the World Health Organization and adapts to social development, which has great practical significance.

The internet of things (IoT) has become a key support object for Chinese strategic emerging industries. It is of great practical significance to promote the construction of the internet of things. Driven by national policies, the development of the internet of things in China has achieved certain results, but it also faces many problems. For example, there are few theoretical and empirical studies on the internet of things economy. In this context, from the perspective of big data, this paper studies the development model and influencing factors of the internet of things economy, and takes Jiangsu Province as an example to put forward development strategies. This article studies the three-stage development model of the IoT economic big data ecosystem: the primary stage, the growth and maturity stage, and the integration stage. On the basis of the research on the development model, the general evaluation method of the economic development model of the internet of things from the perspective of big data is studied, and the general model of strategy selection is established.

Geospatial technology (GST) training has become an important part of open education. The education of primary school children is difficult to design and develop, since there are no educational tools for teaching GST technologies in the school education system of Kazakhstan. This study is aimed at developing and evaluating a system for studying the basics of GST, based on the use of an electronic GIS atlas of geography and a mobile web application KAZCUNET of open education for elementary school students who need additional attention from teachers and parents. The article examines the academic performance of children and the perception of end users based on an extended technology implementation model using the SmartPLS 4 tool. The results contribute to and confirm the significant positive effect of the introduction of GST in open education. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, support, satisfaction positively affect the behavioral intention to use the proposed educational web application and the educational electronic GIS atlas of geography.

MV is an art type that uses TV pictures to supplement information and content that cannot be covered by music. With the rapid development of micro video technology and network technology, micro video has been rapidly popularized. Combining MV and micro video with mobile devices and platforms, it breaks the limitations of traditional movies, TV, and animation and becomes a new highlight of cultural communication in the new era. This paper starts with the selection of MV songs, story script, content design, MV shooting and editing skills, and introduces the specific creation methods of story MV in combination with local culture and proposes a music genre classification algorithm model DCNN-SSA based on spectral space domain feature concern. DCNN-SSA model effectively marks genre features of different music Mel spectrograms in the spatial domain and changes the network structure, thus improving the feature extraction effect while ensuring the validity of the model, thus improving the accuracy of music genre classification.

Predicting the success of a startup in information technology (SIT) is a very complex problem due to the diverse factors and uncertainty that affects it. The focus of automatic learning (ML) is promising because it presents good results for prediction issues; however, it presents a diversity of parameters, factors, and data that require consideration to improve prediction results. In this study, a systematic method is proposed to build a predictive model for SIT success, based on factors. The method consists of four processes, a hybrid model, and an inventory of 79 success factors. The method was applied to a database of 265 SITs from Australia with seven ML algorithms and three hybrid models based on the Voting strategy and the GreedyStepwise algorithm to reduce the factors. On average, precision increments in 11.69%, specificity in 3.25%, and accuracy in 21.75%; the prediction has precision of 82% and accuracy of 88%.

In this special pandemic time, many learners have been forced to stay at home receiving education through mobile learning applications and social media such as Facebook. It is thus meaningful to meta-analytically review the studies on Facebook-assisted learning outcomes in different countries or regions to provide constructive suggestions for improvements on mobile learning. Through a meta-analysis using Stata 14.0, this study concludes that the Facebook-assisted learning approach may improve learning interaction, learning performance, social presence, engagement, psycho-motor, and overall skills in different countries or regions, although there are still different results and even controversial issues. The controversies lie in different findings in Taiwan, Switzerland, and UK, where no significant results are revealed regarding the use of Facebook for educational purposes. Future research could examine the construction of a sustainable online learning model, the classic theory, gender differences, and other mobile applications.

Task optimization scheduling is one of the key concerns of both cloud service providers (CSPs) and cloud users. The CSPs hope to reduce the energy consumption of executing tasks to save costs, while the users are more concerned about shorter task completion time. In cloud computing, multi-queue and multi-cluster (MQMC) is a common resource configuration mode, and batch is a common task commission mode. The task scheduling (TS) in these modes is a multi-objective optimization (MOO) problem, and it is difficult to get the optimal solution. Therefore, the authors proposed a MOO scheduling algorithm for this model based on multiple heterogeneous deep neural networks learning (MHDNNL). The proposed algorithm adopts a collaborative exploration mechanism to generate the samples and use the memory replay mechanism to train. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the benchmark algorithms in minimizing energy consumption and task latency.

Underwater acoustic sensor networks (UASN) play a crucial role in various applications such as tsunami detection, surveillance of the ocean by the defense department, monitoring offshore oil, and identifying gas basins underwater. UASNs can be one of the supporting infrastructures for the Internet of Things (IoT). UASNs have the problems of long latency, high bit error rate, and low bandwidth. These pose various challenges such as high consumption of energy, low reliability, low packet retransmission, and high delay for UASNs. To overcome the shortcomings mentioned above, various approaches are suggested. This article proposes a multi-layer fuzzy logic cluster-based energy-efficient routing protocol for UASNs. It splits the network area into equal sized rings. The priority number (PRN) is utilized for all underwater cluster heads (UCHs). Based on the highest PRN, the UCH starts communicating among UCHs. Here, the PRN makes the task very selective avoiding collisions and also reducing propagation delays. The cluster formation is done by sending a message to all underwater cluster members (UCMs) and the selection of UCH and UCM are done. Each has a threshold value. The intra-ring clustering process splits a ring into equal-sized clusters. Additionally, inter-cluster routing applies the fuzzy logic metrics to choose the optimum data route in transferring the data from the underwater cluster head (UCH) to the sink node (SN). It is tested using Aqua-Sim simulation which is based on NS2. It is compared with an existing protocol such as multi-layer cluster energy efficient (MLCEE), depth-based routing (DBR), energy efficient DBR (EEDBR). The results prove that it has improved energy efficiency, packet delivery ratio, throughput, and the network's lifetime.
