The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem concerning adapting the art world to the challenges of the global crisis of co-creation caused by the current pandemic situation. The study is based on the understanding that in these extraordinary circumstances the co-creation becomes an effective form of cultural resistance to social distance. The times of "crisis creativity" is analyzed, which becomes not just a time of "responses" to external challenges that have been accumulated for years, but a time of self-organization, self-ordering of the art world (museums, art galleries, art industry, creativity of individual artists). The analysis of the collective efforts of world museums to maintain the world of art through the creation of forms and methods of artistic communication is made.

The article is devoted to revealing the place and significance of therapeutic practices, which are a significant component of cultural practices and undergo transformation in accordance with the changing picture of the world and the dominant narrative of culture. Regardless of the level of development of society, the problem of Health is a priority, and a set of practices and ideas designed to preserve it is a sustainable element of any culture. Socio-cultural conditions of the present make clear the relevance of the concepts of "Health" and "disease", demonstrate the influence of medical practices and ideas about them on all spheres of human existence, but at the same time there is an insufficient level of scientific under- standing of the formation and translation of narratives related to the purpose and participants of therapeutic communication, the principles of its functioning, which determines the importance of research on this topic within the framework of cultural discourse. The scientific novelty of the work consists in determining the mutual influence of medical practices and various forms of cultural text, identifying the experience of treating the disease in its specific historical and cultural existence, as well as its projections in linguistic and mythological systems. In the study of the above- mentioned issues, the method of cultural and historical reconstruction is applied, which reveals the formation and development of medical dis- course and communication and attempts to rationalize and legitimize them in the cultural space.

Legal culture at the present historical stage is considered an important factor in the development of state relations and the legal system of Ukraine. Its potential is not limited to the processes of modernization of the legal system, it extends to the processes of formation and development of state and social institutions, legal socialization of an individual, including ethics of education and ethics of organizations, stability of law and legal order and more. In this regard, by studying the origins of modern legal culture, one can provide answers to the question of why in the modern Ukrainian society legal culture is of such a nature that differs in contradictions and extremes, in a variety of forms and methods of assessing the legal order, and features a high degree of abstraction and, at the same time, growing legal consciousness coupled with increasing understanding of the need for legal education. To do this, one should turn to the analysis of the legal culture of the Kyivan Rus' period – the emergence of the first statehood in our national history, reflected in the legal and literary landmarks of that time. The article analyzes the literary and legal landmarks of Kyivan Rus' in the context of the legal culture of the pre-feudal period and the beginning of the feudal fragmentation of the ancient Rus' state. On the example of literary, literary-legal and legal monuments the article explores the features of the nature of the legal culture of then Rus', characteristics of its formation and specificity of its manifestation. Philosophical and legal analysis of the texts of literary landmarks of Kyivan Rus' allows us to identify the features of the legal culture of that time reflected in those works. This study will help us to investigate, through the analysis of the peculiarities of the national chronicle, the nature of the legal culture of pre-feudal Kyivan Rus', as well as to analyze the mechanisms of composition of legal documents of Kyivan Rus' through the prism of legal culture and legal con- sciousness of that period.

The article is devoted to the answer to the question how that became possible when culturology was translated into English as Culture stud- ies? There is no danger of losing something in translation, there is a huge conceptual mistake. The work is devoted to the problem of specific cul- tural forms of adaptation and using terms of culturology. There is a deep and large challenge for social and cultural discourse reflex and explain the difference between culturology and culture studies. The purpose of this text is to describe this academic discourse of culturology and to under- stand the conditions for the possibility of its existence and underline some differences from culture studies. Culturology was proposed in the west- ern academic tradition but broadly adopted and welcomed in post-Soviet space. Culturology can be understood as a broad social and cultural phenomenon that brings deep consequences to society in transition. The post- Soviet reality can be studied in the frame of postcolonial discourse and culturology will have a chance for new-born again to solve new social chal- lenges. Against the background of serious values about the Soviet past, the critical attitude to Soviet aesthetics does not seem unexpected. Re- thinking the Soviet past should begin not with political or economic aspects, but with aesthetic and cultural issues. The discourse of culturology contributes to the creation of a certain vision of the social and physical realities. We will try to consider this process by the example of the ap- proach of culturology to the problem of identity. It is interesting that different visions, what cultural identity is, exist simultaneously. On the one hand, cultural identity is considered as a normative requirement to meet certain socio-cultural requirements, historical ideals that have been tested for centuries and strive for their revival. But, on the other hand, cultural identity is interpreted as an endless process of social formation and the search for answers to new questions and social challenges. The first approach is more typical for culturology, and the second – for culture studies.

Article discusses material culture as one of the thorough ways to determine the methodological basis for the cultural study of design, design practices and, including urban design in the world and in Ukraine. The article turns to the researchers who initiated the actual exploration of material culture outside of archeology and cultural anthropology, which will eventually lead us to modern views on material culture as a relevant approach in culturological analysis of the design of objects, objects of urban space – in particular. The article provides the actualization of this issue in the application to the culturological study of urban design itself, taking into account its specifics. It outlines some compelling arguments as to why the discourse of material culture is becoming increasingly relevant in the study of urban design and culturological research in particular. A number of approaches is shown within which this combination becomes relevant. Especially given the design of Ukrainian cities and its cultural research, where the need to overcome the dichotomy of spiritual and material culture has long been ripe.

The article analyzes mass events in the context of modern culture. They are seen as visual practices that occupy a leading place in today's culture. Mass events and their organization reflect the trends that characterize modern events. For this purpose, various mass events can be divided into: sports, political, advertising and commercial, business, religious and spiritual-educational, cultural and mass. The mass nature causes the emergence of common features that are inherent in these measures. For the most part, they focus on active participation between spectators and participants, communication between them, which can be carried out both directly and through non-verbal communication. The visual components of all mass events are aimed at promoting awareness of the significance of the event, its purpose, conveying its main message to everyone present. Integrative and communicative function is inherent in all mass events. In the XX-XXI century with the organization of events with the participation of designers, marketers and managers, mass events become even more organized and balanced. They are extremely spectacular; they can involve a full range of tools used in shows. The integration of participants is carried out through artistic and aesthetic factors and certain forms of mass events can claim to become new art practices, due to the significant role of artistic components in them. The visual aspects of such events are the result of design work, which aims to create a corporate identity for all types of design products. Mass events are so impressive in today's culture because they not only promote communication and integration of participants, but also because they cover the full range of expressive technical and artistic means. Many mass events are accompanied by bright fireworks – carnivals, national holidays, the Olympic Games – turning everyday life into a holiday. The impact is also enhanced by working with lighting, projection decorations, video installations, which help to create bright effects without involving bulky equipment.

The authors of the article focus their attention on the question of spirituality as an existential attitude of a person to the sacred mystery of be- ing. The ambivalence of the realm of the sacred is that being transcendental at the same time in the act of Epiphany it manifests itself in a variety of symbolic forms of personal experience. It is argued that spirituality par excellence is transpersonal experience, which communicates the personali- ty with the secret of the sacred as incomprehensible, not intellectually, but through existential involvement. In this intuitive experience of spiritual inspiration, the inexpressible truth of things beyond "facts" and "texts" is revealed to man. Transpersonal experience is constitutive in the process of a person's formation, his humanization. The transcendence of the individual takes place in it, which presupposes a constant movement of self- improvement and self-overcoming, expansion of consciousness. This can be called spiritual initiation through a gradual moral transformation of the personality through symbolic death and resurrection, the purpose of which is the realization of existential fullness and the achievement of happi- ness-bliss. Historical forms of spiritual initiation are analyzed, such as the ancient mysteries and the Christian sacrament of the Eucharist. Particu- lar attention is paid to the analysis of the Platonic understanding of inspiration-madness. It is noted that in the depths of modern secular culture, which is a consequence of the nihilistic attitude towards "disenchanting the world" and moral relativism, nostalgia for the sacred is inevitably born. Heidegger's teaching states that the roots of modern world disengagement, nihilism, and the oblivion of the sacred truth of being should be sought in the very history of being, that is, in objective "ontohistory". At the same time, it depends on the will of man whether he wants to abandon his nihilistic and cynical utilitarian-pragmatic attitude of worldview, and change the mode of existence to a useless "essential" attitude to reality. Nos- talgia for the fullness of life, for a holistic picture of the world, on one hand, and the soulless technocratic and objective nature of modern civiliza- tion, dominated by alienation and impersonality, on another hand, should be a turning point on the way to the main event of ontohistory – the re- venge of the sacred and the return of the "last god".
