--Firm value is influenced by elements outside and within the organization. . They were selected by purposive examination technique. The examination procedure used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The consequences of such examinations lead to the demonstration that Return on Equity has a substantial beneficial return on firm value, suggesting that return on capital through increased benefits will build financial support certainty. Conversely, the Debt to Asset Ratio has a critical negative impact on firm value. This implies that the use of extreme liabilities can sustain the business. Owners and top administrative organizations should be careful about the use of obligations. Operational productivity and expansion of the number of items must be the primary concern to build Return on Equity. Different factors, such as Asset Growth, Total Asset Turn Over, and Current Ratio, have no impact on firm value. Keywords---asset growth, financial ratios, firm value.

--This study aims to determine the relationship between the movement of national waqf funds and Islamic leaders' efforts in advancing the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The success of the country's economy is inseparable from various economic movements in the community, including the national waqf fund movement. To prove a clear connection and understanding, we collected secondary data from various scientific publications that discuss the problem in question. Then we thoroughly criticized the phenomenological approach design guidelines for answering questions with elements of validity and reliability. Our analysis is strongly influenced by the theory of qualitative research methods of social studies. To facilitate this review study, we rely on data collection via Google online search and the Grammarly Premium app to report in the standard language of instruction for international publications. Finally, we can conclude that although waqf is not like zakat as the pillar of Islam, Islam aspires to the enormous potential of waqf to solve various economical problems in the sharia approach. In Islam's view, waqf has great potential, so that it needs attention to become an alternative solution for welfare. Keywords---advancing economy, cash waqf, national movement, sharia economy.

--This paper evaluates the principles, relevance, and usefulness of Islamic banking law in implementing Islamic banks' administrative systems. Islamic sharia law has become a source of law in several Islamic countries. Sharia law comes from the Islamic religion, which must be applied in many sectors, including the banking system. The goal is to improve kaffah Islamic teachings in aspects of life by adhering to the Koran, a concept to be applied to many systems. Although this banking system has become a fundamental law, studies are still needed to determine the relevance, principles, and application of Islamic banking law with application in the field to see the advantages and disadvantages. An in-depth data analysis process was carried out, which included data coding, critical interpretation, and evaluation that matched the findings with the discussion topic and determined the findings' validity and reliability. Based on the literature, the findings of this study confirm that Islamic banking law has been applied correctly in the context of administrative services in the field because of the effectiveness and vision of the ummah in the context of concepts, principles, and field application; assisting public financial services in Islamic countries. Keywords---bank administration, islamic banking, journal publication, sharia principle.

With the announcement of Self-Reliant India Mission, the Government of India has announced several policy measures to promote domestic manufacturing to make India, as a hub of global manufacturing. One of its major policy measures is the introduction of Customs (Administration of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements) Rules, 2020 (CAROTAR Rules). The objective of these rules is to regulate frivolous imports of the third country, which is routing to the Indian market via its FTA partners. These rules have created ‘lots of hues and cry’ among importing and exporting firms due to their regulatory, operational and business implications. This article examines key provisions of CAROTAR rules and their implications to India’s foreign trade sector in general and exporting and importing firms in particular. Findings show that CAROTAR rules are highly protective and regressive in nature and designed to safeguard the domestic manufacturing industry. The intent and content of these rules clearly demonstrate that importing firms are subject to strict regulatory compliance to claim preferential benefit under India’s existing trade agreements. New rules will increase the cost of importing inputs and components thereby affecting India’s trade competitiveness. Keywords: CAROTAR rules, free trade agreements trade protectionism, customs, imports, global value chains.

This study analyzes financial and management support for the recovery of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Small businesses' development is expected to drop about conditions of funding and management in line with the national pandemic response policy. To answer this problem, we have carried out various data collection techniques, including introductory reading, literature review of publications, and other documentation. Then analyze with a phenomenological approach through critical analysis, explain what we get through keyword searches to find literature, evaluate, identify themes, determine structures, and draw conclusions. The critical analysis process for the validity and reliability of the answer findings ensures that the findings have answered this study's questions. By paying attention to existing data and analysis results, it can be concluded that small business activities receive funding and management support from the government as a stimulus effort after being faced with various difficulties. These publications' findings prove the seriousness of governments in several countries and local governments to help small businesses survive during the pandemic and after the outbreak. Thus, this study's results will be meaningful input for all stakeholders in the world of MSMEs.

--This article explores the development of woven crafts in Watunggere and Nida village, Sub-district Detukeli, Ende Regency. It raises the issue of how the people of Watunggere and Nida developed the woven crafts such as nyiru, bags, baskets, and boxes. These local products have benefits to improve the incomes of the local communities in that area. As well as those products can be promoted to be one of the cultural tourism objects in Ende Regency. To collect the data, this research used the descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach which was completed with several methods such as interview, observation, study documents, and descriptive statistic analysis. Moreover, the analysis of descriptive statistics is used to describe the frequencies of respondents’ answers. The results of the research indicate that product design is not regularly done or gained from training, but got from the experiences derived from the ancestors. That is why the model of the product is different from the modern trend. Related to the capability of the workers to design the product is just supported by primary school background. Keywords---product, promotion, supervisor, weaving, woven craft.
