Postpartum is a period of recovery of reproductive organs that undergo changes during pregnancy and childbirth, such as the occurrence of perineal tears. This type of research is quantitative and uses a quasi-experimental research design (quasi-experimental). Two Group Pre-Post Test Design, namely two groups given different interventions, namely group one receiving chicken egg therapy intervention and group two receiving duck egg therapy. The study population was all postpartum mothers who had perineal injuries. The total sample size obtained was 18 samples. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of 18 respondents who were given duck eggs it was known to have an average of 6.28 with a median of 6, while those given chicken eggs had an average value of 6.67 with a median of 7. The results of the analysis of the Mann Whitney U test can be seen that the p value is 0.021 (0.05), so it can be said that there is an effect of the effectiveness of giving chicken eggs and duck eggs on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers in the Batang II Health Center Work Area, Batang Regency. It is possible that the effect of therapy giving duck eggs and chicken eggs is seen from the composition of duck eggs which is greater than 50% of chicken eggs. The yolk is also larger with a thicker and softer texture than ordinary chicken eggs

Anemia of pregnant women is a condition in which there is a shortage of red blood and a decrease in hemoglobin of less than 9.5 g/dl in the body of pregnant women (normal Hb 11 g/dl). Data from the Losari Health Center, which examined pregnancy found 423 people, and those who did HB (Haemoglobin) checks were 132 people. From the examination, the following data were obtained who had anemia there were 30 people (22.72%). This type of research is descriptive with an observational research design. The form of non-probability sampling, sampling method with total sampling is usually done in specific case studies and is very homogeneous in the characteristics of the population. The tstudy used total sampling where the total sample of the population was 30 first trimester pregnant women, who have anemia because of deficiency of iron. The results showed that the knowledge of pregnant women about iron deficiency anemia was mostly sufficient (60%). Based on the parity of the results obtained (73%), most of them were primiparous. Based on the diet, the results (63%) showed that most of the diets did not vary. Based on the socio-economic results obtained (83%) most of the results are less ( 1 million/month). Suggestion of this study is that pregnant women pay more attention to eating patterns with good nutrition, for health workers to increase counseling, especially pregnant women, for Puskesmas to improve quality services for pregnant women.

Early marriage is a marriage performed by a male and female couple at the age of puberty (10-19 years). Data from the Ministry of Religion of Magelang Regency from January to September 2020, 1069 marriages were married at the age of 16-21 years and as many as 154 married at the age of 16 years. While the data obtained at the Religious Affairs Office of the Borobudur District, the number of early marriages in 2020 was 11 teenagers and 3 teenagers January to February 2021. The factors that influence early marriage are knowledge, premarital sexual behavior, economy, family and community cultural traditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and premarital sexual behavior with early marriage age in Borobudur District Magelang Regency. This research is a quantitative research type of analytic observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is all adolescents aged less than 19 years who have married a number of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that the variable related to early marriage age was knowledge (p value = 0.346), and the variable that was not related to early marriage age was premarital sexual behavior (p value = -0.211). From the results of the study, it is hoped that it can provide information and public understanding about premarital sexual knowledge and behavior, so as to prevent the occurrence of early marriage in adolescents

The prolonged first and second stage of labor will cause various maternal and fetal complications. Methods for mothers to feel relaxed is the hypnobirthing relaxation method and using Lavender Aromatherapy. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the combination of hypnobirthing and diffuse lavender aromatherapy on the duration of labor in the I and II stages. This type of research is quantitative, quasi-experimental design with posttest only control group design. The population of this study was all mothers giving birth in the Tengaran Health Center Work Area in August 2021 with a total of 20 respondents. The sample is set at 10 respondents per group. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using independent t-test and Mann Whitney. The duration of the first stage of labor in the group that gave the combination of hypnobirthing and diffuse lavender aromatherapy had an average length of the first stage of 289.5 minutes, the median of 290 minutes, the average length of the second stage of 29 minutes, and the median of 30 minutes. The control group had an average length of the first stage of 330 minutes, a median of 340 minutes, an average length of the second stage of 38.5 minutes, a median of 40 minutes. There is an effect of the combination of hypnobirthing and diffuse aromatherapy lavender on the duration of labor in the first and second stages (0.0010.05 and 0.0060.05).

Prolonged labor causes complications for both mother and baby. Pelvic Rocking Exercised (PRE) helps shorten the length of the first and second stages and minimizes prolonged labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of PRE with or without Birthing Ball (BB) on the duration of the first and second stage of labor. The research method used is quasi-experimental, on 57 respondents, posttest only control design and One way Anova statistical test. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents obtained an average age of 23-24 years, gestational age 39 weeks, uterine fundal height 29-30 cm, and baby birth weight 2992-3037 grams. The average length of the first stage of labor with PRE was 163.75 minutes, PRE with BB 180.59 minutes, and the control group was 380 minutes, while the length of the second stage was PRE 40.10 minutes, PRE With BB 47 minutes, and the control group was 57 minutes. There was a difference in the length of the first stage of labor with PRE with data without BB, with the control group p = 0.000 0.05, and there was a difference in the average length of the second stage of labor in the second stage of labor in women with PRE, PRE with or without BB with control group p=0,0000,05. Conclusion PRE with and without Birthing Ball is effective in shortening the length of labor in the first stage and the second stage.
