The university context in which students are embedded plays a central role in providing students with learning and motivation to think and act entrepreneurially. There is a vibrant research stream that has shown that university offerings affect students’ transition to an entrepreneurial career and on antecedents or enablers of entry, such as entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial knowledge. Student proclivity to begin a venture may be affected not only by the university environment where they are exposed to entrepreneurship but also by perceptions of how desirable entrepreneurial behaviour is considered to be in a given society. The paper explores the drivers of the intention of entrepreneur students in UMK of new venture creation, particularly specialising in the role of university entrepreneurship-related offerings and students' prior business experience. The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the contribution of the university to entrepreneurial education, mentoring support, and financial support towards new venture creation. A complete of 346 questionnaires were collected. Using SPSS tools containing Preliminary Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Reliability and Validity Test, Normality Test and Spearman Correlation Analysis, data analysis was administrated. The result shows the correlation between entrepreneurial education, mentoring support, and financial support towards new venture creation is significant. In conclusion, entrepreneurship courses can be elective and compulsory and generally aim to stimulate entrepreneurial learning by imparting knowledge, skills and attitudes related to entrepreneurship.

Purpose: Landslides are hydrometeorological disasters frequently occurring in many places, particularly during the wet season. Slope stability analysis is the initial stage in defining countermeasures to prevent slope failure and mitigate the negative consequences. This study aims to apply the Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM) to examine the slope stability of the Dufadufa - Jambula road, with the SLIDE version 6.0 application serving as an analytical tool. Design/methodology/approach: Researchers use field measurement data to build a slide application slope model. The soil data used as input parameters are derived using the Robertson chart to interpret the sonder test findings. Findings: According to the results, the minimal slope factor of safety (fs) at the area under consideration is 0.247. It demonstrates that the road slope, which is the study location, is in critical condition; in other words, the slope of the Jambula-Dufadufa road segment has the potential to undergo a slide. Paper type: Research paper

In many countries, education loan is provided as a primary source and alternative financial assistance by their government in order to reduce the financial burden of students at various level throughout their studies. In Malaysia, National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), that provides education loans for students has made national headlines in the past years for low repayment rates from its borrowers. Thus, the issue of low repayment rates by borrowers is undoubtedly subjected to research attention. This paper examines the factors influencing graduates repayment of National Higher Education Fund in Penang, Malaysia. Data for this research was collected via online structured questionnaires which were completed by 118 graduates from Penang who received their education loan from the National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN). The collected data were then quantitatively analyzed using multiple regressions. The analysis showed a negative relationship between the factors influencing graduates repayment of education loan which is media influence, borrowers’ attitude, affordability and incentives towards loan repayment.

The negative consequences of workplace cyberbullying are well-documented. As a result, cyberbullying in the workplace and employee job satisfaction/performance have become very popular research topics, and to ensure that all employees are satisfied. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of workplace cyberbullying acts on employees’ job performance. This study employs descriptive research and survey methodology to investigate the relationship between workplace cyberbullying and employee job performance. Cyberbullying at the workplace acts as the independent variable and employees’ job performance is the dependent variable.

This study aims to investigate the factors that may influence students' satisfaction on online learning platforms, the extent to which they are satisfied with their use of online learning platforms, and the effects of switching from traditional classroom instruction to online instruction on undergraduate students. This study employs a quantitative research methodology. Using a survey method, data were collected from voluntarily participating individuals. Using SPSS, the significance of the collected data was then determined. This study discovered that all variables (Internet Accessibility, University Facilities Performance, Discipline, Flexibility, and Teaching) have a positive, albeit weak, correlation with Student Satisfaction. All variables (IA, T, DP, F, and UFP) are positively significant with respect to the dependent variable (SS), but the relationship between the variables is weak. Internet accessibility (IA) and Teaching (T) were discovered to share a moderate amount of variance. Flexibility (F) and Discipline (DP) share a small degree of variance. In contrast, University Facilities Performance (UFP) has a high degree of common variant.

Purpose: Compare of the sustainability transportation systems between Indonesia and Germany. Learning implements some lessons learned from the German experience to the development of transportation planning in Indonesia to support sustainable land use and transportation by comparing and analyzing the probability of converting and adopting reducing private transportation, landscape, financing mechanisms, and transport mechanism between Germany and Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: Analyzing obtained data based on the comparison's parameters framework. Findings: Potentially, a parameter that can be set to develop a better transportation system for environmental and people safety, or even to reduce the congestion that occurs in most of Indonesia's metropolitan areas. Research limitations/implications: Since the study location is in fact somewhat distant, the information that is gathered to analyze the comparison is only chosen from each country's broad outline and is not otherwise specified. Practical implications: Finding solution for a better sustainable transportation in Indonesia that can be implemented. Originality/value: The analytical framework that is implemented in this comparative study is a methodically innovative approach form of developing an Innovative Transport System that is to aim a better use of transport network. Purpose: The shift in the value of tradition/history impacts the structure of the built neighbourhood, such as changes in the residential area. It is both in terms of the environment and the building. Design/methodology/approach: This research is based on qualitative research. Findings: The historical value of a place/region is closely related to the traditional aspects that already exist and developed in that areaa. Every effort to preserve historical values and formal existence in a fostered neighbourhood does not impede economic develompent. Instead, they must be able to synergize, support each other, and be in line without sacrifing one or the other. It must also create a strong bond in development. So the conservation aspects is very relevant to be preserved in developing a fostered neighbourhood. Research limitations/imlications: The negative impact of ignorring more essential values on development can reduce the number or historic buildings and areas in most cities in Indonesia from year to year. As a results, development activities oriented towards economic growth can gradually eliminate historical traces, including a built neighbourhood. Practical implications: A historic building area can be interpreted as an area with a close relationship with something past life for moore than 50 years. It can be used collectively in buildings, settlements, and other public facilities. Paper type: Research paper
