Purpose: Human Resources are the most important thing in the organization, so that the company's activities can run well, as well as efforts to carry out all organizational activities to the maximum extent possible so that employee performance increases. The factor that needs to be considered is the leadership style, this is important because it is one of the components that affect performance. The second factor is the workload that is not in accordance with the work that should be done by other parts, in the end they are passive in responding to work. Work stress also affects employees who work hand in hand at work that is not actually part of their job, employees become ineffective in doing their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, workload and work stress on the performance of employees. Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Findings: The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The influence of leadership style, workload and work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance. Research limitations/implications: The scope used in this study only covers one area in the Unit Polisi Pamong Praja of East Java Province which is not too large and broad, so the research results cannot be generalized to the wider population. In addition, this study only produced data from a questionnaire instrument based on the perceptions of the respondent’s answers. Originality/value: This paper is original. Paper type: a Research Paper

Purpose: E-government is one of the government's efforts to develop the implementation of electronic-based government activities in order to improve the quality of service to various parties effectively and efficiently. In the context of implementing e-government in Cirebon City, Cirebon City is carrying out a smart city or smart city movement with its vision of realizing Cirebon as a creative, innovative, synergistic and competitive smart city in 2028. Lots of programs have been implemented as supporters of the realization of the smart city movement in the city of Cirebon. Research with the title "Implementation of E-government in the Village Public Administration Electronic System Program (SEDULUR) in Kalijaga Village, Harjamukti District, Cirebon City", has a formulation of the problem of how to implement the sedulur program in Kalijaga Village, Harjamukti District, Cirebon City. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. The theoretical foundation used is the Balanced E-government Scorecard theory with five dimensions in it, the five dimensions are: benefits, efficiency, participation, transparency, and change management. Findings: Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that the implementation of e-government in Kalijaga Village, Harjamukti District, Cirebon City with case studies of the sedulur program has not been optimal in its implementation, this is because the sedulur program still wants to be developed so that later all people can access it without having to contact the head of the RW First of all, it's just that the budget was diverted during the Covid-19 pandemic which hampered the development of the Sedulur program. Practical implications: The efforts that have been made are with Harjamukti District supporting government programs related to people who are aware and obedient of paying taxes so that revenue-sharing funds (DBH) from these taxes can be allocated for the development of the sedulur program. The study explored the influence of supply chain management practises on operational performance in the manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Conversely, the study adopted the cross-sectional survey research design. Data were primarily sourced through administered questionnaires. A collection of four thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four (4,984) employees of all manufacturing firms listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and operating in Nigeria's Edo and Delta States make up the study's population. A sample size of 370 was computed using the Yamane’s formula and same number of questionnaires was administered but 318 were found fit in testing the formulated hypotheses. Research data were analyzed, using descriptive and inferential statistical instruments. Based on the ordinary least squares regression, the study revealed that procurement outsourcing (?= 0.082974, t-Statistic= 3.049313 and p<0.05) and order process management (?= 0.349839, t-Statistic= 7.972484 and p<0.05) have positive and statistically significant relationship with operational performance of quoted manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Based on these conclusions, the study suggested that management of manufacturing firms conduct a benchmarking exercise for best players in the industry as a way to improve their procurement outsourcing practices, and that the facility and competence of order processing system should be routinely evaluated using indicators that tracked the flexibility and dependability of order handling. This would allow them to attain and keep up supply chain performance that is unmatched.

Purpose: The study draws on the social network theory to examine the influence of interpersonal relations on the task performance at the individual employee, team and divisional levels in the Nigerian Police Force. Design/methodology/approach: The study adopted a cross sectional survey design and a sample of 556 police men was selected through the application of multi-stage sampling procedures. The data collection instrument was designed in line with the 5-point Likert scale while the instrument was validated through content validity approach and the reliability of the instrument is determined using the test-retest method. Findings: Data were collected through the self-report of the policemen while analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, run mean test and Chi-square test and the results indicated that interpersonal relations influence employee, team and divisional task performance in the Nigerian Police Force. Practical implications: We recommended that instrumental ties and social communities in the fabric of the Nigerian Police Force should be promoted to further advance the critical roles of crime fighting and prevention with a view to reducing criminality in Nigeria. Originality/value: To the best of the authors' knowledge, this research is original and adds new value to the field by being the first of its kind. Paper type: Research paper

Purpose: Today, the Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the tourism sector. Bali must stay alive and exist during the pandemic as a province that relies on the tourism sector. As one of the tourist attractions owned by the Province of Bali, Arts Center Cultural Park has a characteristic as a place for performances to develop artistic talents. In addition, it functions as a forum for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), especially for the Balinese people. The era of tourism 4.0 encourages the transformation of tourism objects towards digitalization. Research that examines conditions, infrastructure needs, and development strategies is needed to transform it to face the tourism era 4.0. Design/methodology/approach: This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with interviews and literature studies. Findings: The expected results of the research are infrastructure in the form of an open stage, a performance hall, exhibition building, management building, parking, and other utilities. The digitization program that can be applied is the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and mobile technology to face the 4.0 tourism era. Paper type: Research paper
