Povezanost karakteristika vozača s njihovim kažnjivim ponašanjem u prometu 驾驶员特征与交通行为的相关性

Sigurnost u prometu na cestama predstavlja važno istraživačko područje jer su posljedice prometne nesigurnosti značajan sigurnosni i javno zdravstveni problem. O čovjekovoj aktivnoj ulozi sudionika u prometu na cestama, njegovom ponašanju i radnjama koje čini ili propušta najviše ovisi prometna sigurnost. U skladu s tim glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi učestalost kršenja prometnih propisa koji se odnose na vozače te istražiti povezanost između određenih sociodemografskih karakteristika vozača, kao i vozačkog iskustva s njihovim kažnjivim ponašanjem, odnosno kršenjem pojedinih prometnih pravila. Na temelju podataka dobivenih u anketi na nacionalnom uzorku od 2072 ispitanika, obrađenih deskriptivnim statističkim analizama, korelacijskom te kanoničkom korelacijskom analizom utvrđeno je kako određene prometne propise vozači učestalije krše, prije svega prekoračenje brzine, neodržavanje sigurnosnog razmaka te nedopušteno korištenje mobitela za vrijeme vožnje, kao i da su dob, spol, zaposlenost, razina mjesečnih primanja, obrazovanje i vozačko iskustvo značajni za predviđanje kršenja prometnih propisa od strane vozača. Ovo istraživanje značajno je za razumijevanja razlika između pojedinih kategorija (skupina) vozača kada je u pitanju učestalost kršenja prometnih propisa. Međutim, da bi se stekao bolji uvid u čimbenike koji pridonose razlikama među vozačima, uz sociodemografske varijable i vozačko iskustvo, u obrade bi trebalo uvrstiti i varijable koje definiraju druga svojstva vozača, prije svega, osobine ličnosti, stavove o prometnoj sigurnosti te percepciju rizika u prometu.

Some issues relating to the collective labour relations in the video game industry 有关电子游戏业集体劳动关系的若干问题

Industrija videoigara jedna je od najbrže rastućih industrija s velikim ekonomskim potencijalom koja zapošljava sve veći broj radnika diljem svijeta. No, njezina „tamna strana“, na koju upozoravaju različita istraživanja, su nepovoljni uvjeti rada osoba zaposlenih u ovom području: predugo radno vrijeme, niske plaće, diskriminacija i uznemiravanje radnika, neadekvatna zaštita na radu, neravnoteža posla i obiteljskog života i drugo. Sindikalno organiziranje, kolektivno pregovaranje te različite formalne i neformalne kolektivne akcije i predstavništva radnika predstavljaju instrumente kojima se uvjeti rada mogu poboljšati, ali se još uvijek nedovoljno koriste. Riječ je o temi koja zaslužuje pozornost, a u Hrvatskoj još nije dovoljno istražena. U radu se najprije analiziraju uvjeti rada zaposlenih u industriji videoigara, posebno kroz prikaz rezultata različitih istraživanja provedenih među radnicima. Zatim se daje prikaz individualnih akcija te neformalnih i formalnih kolektivnih akcija koje poduzimaju radnici zaposleni u industriji videoigara u različitim dijelovima svijeta. Analizirane su odredbe Kolektivnog ugovora za radnike Gamechuck d.o.o. iz Zagreba. Na temelju dobivenih spoznaja izveden je zaključak o važnosti koju sindikalno organiziranje ove skupine radnika te kolektivno pregovaranje, ali i različite neformalne akcije imaju za poboljšanje njihova položaja i uvjeta rada. Kada je riječ o analiziranom Kolektivnom ugovoru, može se zaključiti da se njime jamči zavidna razina prava radnika, a dodatnu pozornost trebalo bi posvetiti jasnijem uređenju radnog vremena.

The meaning of Covid-19 on the safety and health at work 关于工作安全与健康的 Covid-19 的含义

Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi značenje i sadržaja koje je pojavljivanje bolesti COVID-19 imalo na području znanosti o sigurnosti u razdoblju od 2020. do 2022. Metodom Prizma autori su analizirali 3.992 članka objavljena u časopisima Safety Science, Accident Analysis & Prevention, Journal of Safety Research, Safety and Health at Work, International Journal of Injury Control and Safety Promotion, Sigurnost te Delo in varnost. Utvrdili su da ta tematika nije privukla veliku pozornost jer ju je obrađivalo nešto više od 1 % autora iz 26 država svijeta. Tematika bolesti COVID-19 u najvećem broju slučajeva bila je obrađivana iz aspekta psihosocijalnih stresora radnoga okruženja (8 istraživanja), organizacijskih mjera za sprečavanje zaraze (4 istraživanja), osobne zaštitne opreme (4 istraživanja) i drugoga, kao što su složenost, sustavni pristup i analiza rizika (3 teorijska članka). Nitko od autora u sigurnosnoj struci „utemeljenoj na dokazima” nije prepoznao moguće opasnosti koje bi proizlazile iz ključnih pokazatelja poput čestoće i ozbiljnosti ozljeda te zdravstvenih problema u organizacijama. Rezultati istraživanja donose korisne informacije za razvoj znanosti o sigurnosti i struke te pružaju mogućnosti za daljnje istraživanje.

Teorijska analiza niskozapaljivih i ekološki prihvatljivih smjesa ukapljenog naftnog plina i tetrafluoretana kao hladila 对液化石油气和四氟乙烷作为制冷剂的低可燃性和具有生态吸引力的混合物进行理论分析

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), like other hydrocarbon gases, has good thermo-physical and ecological properties, but its high-flammability has limited its direct use in refrigeration applications. Therefore, this paper investigates the thermodynamic performance of low flammable and ecological-save mixtures of LPG and tetrafluoroethane refrigerant in a refrigeration system. The computational results of global warming potential (GWP) and low flammability limit shown that the blends with 50 – 90 % LPG contents have GWP below 750 and fall within the lower flammability safety class of which five were selected for further analysis. The results showed that the thermal conductivity and the refrigerating effects produced by the selected blends are greater than those of the reference refrigerant (R134a). Also, the selected blends exhibited appropriate lower pressure ratio, discharge temperature and specific power than R134a refrigerant. Four of the blends required low power input and exhibited higher coefficient of performance which are clear indication that they are more energy efficient than R134a in the refrigeration systems.

Strategy to evaluate the impact of formaldehyde in anatomical pathology laboratory – part i 评估解剖病理实验室甲醛影响的策略 - 第一部分

Formaldehyde (FA) is a chemical compound commonly used in anatomical pathology laboratories as a tissue preservative, and it is common and epidemiologically related to cancer. Therefore, the personnel resident in the anatomical pathology laboratories is among the workers most exposed to FA and its related cancer and non-cancerogenic risk. Thus, risk assessment, cancerogenic and non-cancerogenic, and a careful occupational exposure assessment are recommended. In this study, FA was monitored in an Italian anatomical pathology laboratory to perform an occupational exposure assessment, according to the UNI EN 689:219, and to determine the Hazard Quotient (HQ) and the Lifetime Cancer Hazard Risk (LCHR) for carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk assessment, respectively. The exposure observed for pathologists and technicians is lower than the EU Occupational exposure limit mandatory (0.62 mg/m3), and both group of workers are in Compliance with it. Nevertheless, concerning the risk assessment, both the HQs and the LCHRs resulted in being higher (1.3 and 1.6 HQ and 3.2x10-5 and 3.9x10-5, for pathologists and technicians, respectively) than the ones observed in similar scenarios. This study shows how the exposure assessment to FA could face striving situations in terms of workers' health safeguard, due to the differences among occupational limits recommended and the high health risks, especially in the healthcare field.

Mucci","doi":"10.31306/s.65.4.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31306/s.65.4.1","url":null,"abstract":"Formaldehyde (FA) is a chemical compound commonly used in anatomical pathology laboratories as a tissue preservative, and it is common and epidemiologically related to cancer. Therefore, the personnel resident in the anatomical pathology laboratories is among the workers most exposed to FA and its related cancer and non-cancerogenic risk. Thus, risk assessment, cancerogenic and non-cancerogenic, and a careful occupational exposure assessment are recommended. In this study, FA was monitored in an Italian anatomical pathology laboratory to perform an occupational exposure assessment, according to the UNI EN 689:219, and to determine the Hazard Quotient (HQ) and the Lifetime Cancer Hazard Risk (LCHR) for carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk assessment, respectively. The exposure observed for pathologists and technicians is lower than the EU Occupational exposure limit mandatory (0.62 mg/m3), and both group of workers are in Compliance with it. Nevertheless, concerning the risk assessment, both the HQs and the LCHRs resulted in being higher (1.3 and 1.6 HQ and 3.2x10-5 and 3.9x10-5, for pathologists and technicians, respectively) than the ones observed in similar scenarios. Human error probability in the emergency evacuation 紧急疏散中的人为错误概率

This study aims to determine the human error probability during the emergency evacuation of offshore platforms with the HEART technique. In this study, after completing an emergency maneuver with a fire and explosion scenario, the HTA method was used to identify and segregate the emergency evacuation activities, and the HEART technique was utilized to estimate the human error probability. Lastly, suitable control measures were suggested based on the evaluation's findings. In the event of a fire and explosion, the safest means of evacuating people and leaving the platform include evacuation by lifeboat, evacuation by rescue floats and rescue ships nearby, and evacuation by helicopter. Due to the extreme risk, evacuating individuals via life rafts and jumping directly into the water is not recommended. It is advised to examine the safety state of the platform, organize specialized safety training and weekly maneuvers for personnel participating in the emergency evacuation procedures of the platform, and monitor the repair, maintenance, and inspection status of the employed equipment.

The article presents activity of publishing scientific research papers, professional and other types of articles in the field of safety and health at work in the Republic of Slovenia in the period between 1991 and 2021. For the purposes of obtaining relevant data, we used the Slovenian library information system (COBISS). COBISS is intended for electronic management of bibliographies and the classification of works according to the UDK, which we processed with Office tools. The final goal of the paper is to present key findings about the scientific research and professional activity of the authors in the field of safety and health at work in the Republic of Slovenia. Through a bibliographic analysis with an emphasis on the typology of documents, we try to show the productivity of the authors in relation to their scientific, professional and other works in the field of safety and health at work.

Istraživanje postupaka gašenja požara na električnim vozilima 在电动汽车上使用消防程序

Gašenje požara električnog vozila predstavlja veliki problem s obzirom da se u njemu uglavnom nalazi litij-ionska baterija za koju još nije utvrđena i razrađena taktika gašenja. U radu je metodom anketnog upitnika zatvorenog tipa provedeno istraživanje o poznavanju taktika gašenja električnog vozila. Anketni upitnik sastoji se od 19 pitanja, pri čemu su obuhvaćena opća pitanja te pitanja koja se odnose na svojstva i funkcije baterija u električnim vozilima, postupci i sredstva za gašenje požara. Analizom dobivenih rezultata utvrđeno je da vatrogasci imaju premalo znanja o gašenju požara na električnom vozilu te su im potrebne edukacije o gašenju požara na električnom vozilu. Prema mišljenju ispitanika, najbolji oblik suradnje je suradnja s proizvođačima električnih vozila.

Wastewater drainage network 污水排水管网

In the city of Beja, Portugal, there is an infrastructure for the conduction of wastewater for treatment, this infrastructure is subject to periodic and systematic rehabilitation and maintenance and can still be used by authorities and even by other companies. Each manhole is a potential confined space with all the constraints and problems that they usually present. A thorough and systematic analysis of the atmosphere inside the manholes of the wastewater drainage system was made to know the respective risks and hazards to all subjects exposed, throughout the East part of the city, from the gases produced and in these installations. The data collection was carried out in two different periods when the network presented minimum flows in normal operation. The flows were considered minimum after the reading of the flowmeters installed in the measurement areas indicated it.

Karakteristike rada i istraživanje radnog opterećenja u odjevnoj industriji 雷达特性和雷达设备在服装业中的应用

U tehnološkim procesima proizvodnje odjeće često dolazi do opterećenja i zamora radnika zbog rada u nepovoljnom radnom položaju uz ponavljajuće izvođenje radnog zadatka, pri čemu je prisutan visok stupanj motoričke koordinacije tijela, ruku i nogu, prisilni položaji tijela i glave kao posljedica neusklađenosti dimenzija radnog prostora, nepovoljne radne metode te nepovoljnih stanja radne okoline. U radu je dan pregled karakteristika rada u procesima proizvodnje odjeće, uzroka opterećenja radnika kao i posljedice koje nastaju zbog opterećenja te kako djeluju na zdravlje radnika i produktivnost rada. U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja opterećenja radnice pri izvođenju tehnološke operacije u realnom proizvodnom procesu korištenjem RULA, REBA i SMART metode. Analizom rezultata utvrđeno je operećenje radnice te su dane smjernice za smanjenje radnog opterećenja.
