Rezumat: Digitalizarea patrimoniului cultural românesc reprezintă o soluție de bază pentru conservarea creațiilor culturale naționale. Accesul la lucrări culturale reprezentative este un sprijin real pentru continuitatea limbii și tradițiilor românești, contribuie la susținerea educației în România și facilitează accesul generațiilor viitoare la creațiile naționale. În acest context, această lucrare prezintă soluția digitală INTELLIT, o platformă prin intermediul căreia sunt stocate, analizate, filtrate și prelucrate opere literare, manuscrise, ediții ale unei opere, bibliografii, dicționare ale literaturii române, cronologia vieții literare românești etc., care va permite accesul rapid și ușor la materiale aferente patrimoniului literar românesc pentru orice tip de Abstract: The digitization of the Romanian cultural heritage is a basic solution for the conservation of national cultural creations. The access to representative cultural works will be a real support for the continuity of the Romanian language and traditions, it will contribute to the education support in Romania and it will facilitate the access of future generations to this nation’s creations. In this sense, this paper presents the INTELLIT digital solution, a platform through which literary works, manuscripts, editions of a work, bibliographies, dictionaries of Romanian literature, chronology of Romanian literary life and many others are stored, analyzed, filtered and processed, allowing quick and easy access to materials related to the Romanian literary heritage for any type of user. The modular and complex architecture of the platform, the new technologies and methodologies that were the basis for the design and development of the platform, as well as examples of their implementation are presented in this paper. The INTELLIT platform will represent the basis of communication between the cultural field and the rest of the fields, both the humanities and the technical ones, providing a series of advanced, intelligent services for search and semantic analysis on Romanian literature.

Alongside with the progressive globalization and increased competition, the labour market is exposed to high employee turnover. Particularly, organizations face the loss of highly skilled employees as well as high turnover costs. In the coming decades, the retention and development of competent employees is a critical challenge arising in human resource management. There are various reasons influencing employee turnover intention, leadership as one of the major factors because it strongly affects the relationship between employer and employee. This study’s aim is to investigate the impact of leadership on employee retention and to provide essential guidelines for leaders to improve employee retention considering the cultural aspect in East Asia. Essential results reveal a comprehensive employee retention framework and identify core aspects a leader needs to regard according to the viewpoints of the participants. The findings highlight motivational factors and managerial competencies such as emotional intelligence, communication and transformational leadership style as prime concern to effectively retain employees. More importantly, a leader’s role is to convey emotions, such as passion and enthusiasm and to inspire followers achieving their goals.

: Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) adoptions have a positive effect on many facets of human life, including the economy and culture, such as income growth and living standards. Nevertheless, it will also have a negative effect on society, especially the social well-being that needs to be studied and explored. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual framework for an evaluation method to assess the degree of readiness of employees for IR 4.0 from a social well-being perspective. This paper used a search engine optimization (SEO) approach using related keywords from google suggest results as a guidelines and content analysis strategy based on the first three pages of results accessed during the identification phase based on PRISMA systematic methodology to review existing model. The review identifies 59 social well-being models with different dimensions. This study proposes five dimensions as the most important social well-being perspectives for organizations namely social integration, social acceptance, social contribution, social actualization and social coherence. It is expected that the establishment of the assessment tool can be used to measure the readiness of employees to face challenges of IR 4.0.

Despite repeated attempts to reform the Romanian health system, as an important part of the national security system, after 30 years of reforms, except for large university centers, the Romanian health system does not have enough family doctors or specialists, not enough local medical services and units, no available information, early warning and prevention programs at the level of the authorities in the field. As a reliable solution to the real situation of the health system in Romania, this paper comes up with a technical and medical solution in the event of a pandemics, case study for COVID 19 pandemic, which can substantially contribute to national security system. Building an integrated open source portal with access to geoformation and telemedicine technologies for public health management is intended to act as an early warning system by communicating and exchanging data accurately, efficiently, securely and consistently with various computer systems, software applications and networks, ensuring the operational work processes of the institutions involved (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of National Defense, Public Health Directorates, Hospitals, Epidemiologists, family physicians, specialists physicians, pharmacies and last but not least patients), while maintaining data confidentiality.
