Evaluation of the performance of the preteretment with the hydrogen peroxide on sugar cane bagasse for removing lignin 过氧化氢预处理蔗渣脱除木质素的性能评价

Bioethanol production provides environmental, economic and social benefits, reduces dependency and preserves fossil energy sources. This investigation evaluated the performance of oxidative chemical pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), to increase the availability of cellulose, from mixtures of lignocellulosic biomasses such as bagasse from panelero cane, and litter, in proportion (90:10), carried out in order to evaluate the behavior of the biomasses when they are mixed, maintaining a greater proportion of sugarcane bagasse. Three variables were evaluated (time, temperature, and concentration) using an experimental design 23 with triplicate in the central point, a lignin removal of 70% was achieved with reaction conditions at 60 min, 45 ° C, 5% peroxide hydrogen. The results obtained in the pretreatment stage show a good removal performance of insoluble lignin of 88.5% with effect conditions at 80 min, 25 ° C, 7% hydrogen peroxide and a yield of 79.5% removal under conditions at 40 min, 25 ° C, 3% hydrogen peroxide. For soluble lignin with 58.8% removal and conditions at 80 min, 25 ° C, 7% hydrogen peroxide, and a reagent yield of 61.67% at 40 min conditions, 25 ° C 7% hydrogen peroxide. The experimental design shows by means of a statistical analysis the conditions of the process to reduce costs and time, identifying from the significant variables of the model that time, temperature and interaction 1 * 3 that corresponds to time and concentration, with 95% confidence, will bring the surfaces and respond to see the trend of these interactions.

Systematic mapping on the agility evaluation in software development organizations 软件开发组织敏捷性评估的系统映射

Agile software development approaches provide great benefits for organizations; however, their implementation is subject to many challenges. For organizations is important to know the level of agility achieved and the gaps in their transformation process in order to implement improvements in their processes and take advantage of the agile approaches. Keeping this in mind, this article presents a systematic mapping of the literature about the evaluation of agility in software development organizations. As a result, 18 studies were found, which were analyzed and compared taking into account the type of study, the relationship of the evaluation with the principles and agile values, the defined evaluation criteria, the validation methods used, and the proposed tools. In addition, the factors that influence the assessment of agility and the aspects that motivate the interest in this research stream are exposed.

Quenching of singlet oxygen by extract of peels of the fruit of syzygium cumini 山楂果皮提取物对单线态氧的猝灭作用

Recent research has shown the importance of plant extracts as powerful antioxidants owing to the presence of chemically active components such as polyphenols, anthocyanins, flavonoids, among others. This synergy of the components becomes a possible alternative to the use of antioxidants of synthetic origin. In this study, Syzygium cumini fruit peel was used to determine the antioxidant activity against singlet oxygen. The extract showed appreciable amounts of phenolic groups (about 8.55 AGE mg/g fruit weight). HPLC-DAD characterization showed at least 3 anthocyanins of higher relative abundance (malvidin 3,5-diglucoside, delphinidin 3,5-diglucoside and petunidin 3,5-diglucoside). The percentage of quenching of singlet oxygen was determined at different concentrations of the ethanolic extract, finding a value of 60% at a concentration of 0.39 mg/mL.

Disasters are events that can generate as a result, material, economic and human losses and demands a suitable management for prevention, mitigation, reduction and control. For the development of the system of disasters risk management in Cáqueza, Cundinamarca, is presented sequentially, a geophysical diagnosis, from maps of zoning for hazards, and a social evaluation of the population, which served as a basis for the design of strategies aimed at risk mitigation and preparedness and response of the population in case of an emergency.

The purpose of the research was to integrate Moodle with the tools of the web 2.0 most used in the teaching learning processes jointly. Anki, Cmap, Etherpad, Facebook, Google Scholar, Kahoot, Skype, Simple Solver, Twitter, Wolfram Alpha, Wordsift and YouTube were selected for their educational approach, interdisciplinary and ease of use. It was analyzed the kinds of extensions that can be developed for Moodle and its functionalities and it was determined that the block extension is the appropriate one to integrate Moodle with several technologies at the same time. The block was implemented in the PHP programming language. The plugin “Web Technologies” creates a technological environment focused on the student and guided by the teacher. It incorporates all the tools, contents and people involved in the digital part of the educational process. It also converts Moodle into a Personal learning environment.

Building malware classificators usable by State security agencies 构建国家安全机构可用的恶意软件分类器

Sandboxing has been used regularly to analyze software samples and determine if these contain suspicious properties or behaviors. Even if sandboxing is a powerful technique to perform malware analysis, it requires that a malware analyst performs a rigorous analysis of the results to determine the nature of the sample: goodware or malware. This paper proposes two machine learning models able to classify samples based on signatures and permissions obtained through Cuckoo sandbox, Androguard and VirusTotal. The developed models are also tested obtaining an acceptable percentage of correctly classified samples, being in this way useful tools for a malware analyst. A proposal of architecture for an IoT sentinel that uses one of the developed machine learning model is also showed. Finally, different approaches, perspectives, and challenges about the use of sandboxing and machine learning by security teams in State security agencies are also shared.

Planeación óptima de redes aéreas de distribución basada en teoría de grafos 基于图论的空中配电网优化规划

Este trabajo presenta un modelo para optimizar los recursos utilizados en la planeación de una red de distribución aérea, la cual permite el despliegue de los transformadores considerando su cobertura y su capacidad. Muestra un modelo de enrutamiento de la red de media tensión basado en minimun Steiner tree para encontrar la mejor ruta en una zona georreferenciada. La planeación se realiza sobre un escenario georreferenciado con datos de la plataforma OpenStreetMap, con el fin de que la localización de los transformadores y la topología de la red sean reales. Los valores obtenidos muestran un punto de partida para que las empresas de distribución eléctrica establezcan planes de trabajo para la expansión y planificación de la red eléctrica de distribución, considerando la variabilidad a la que se presenta la demanda.

Uno de los aspectos más significativos para mejorar la calidad de los procesos es evitar el aumento de la variabilidad, por ello es importante el monitoreo continuo de la característica de calidad, que permita conocer su estado y comportamiento en el tiempo. Una de las principales herramientas son las cartas de control. Hawkins plantea un procedimiento para monitorear la variabilidad del proceso mediante cartas de control CUSUM. En este artículo se presenta su aplicación en la medida de variabilidad de los valores de pH en el uso de fungicidas; así, como los resultados sobre su desempeño en comparación con la carta de control de Shewhart, la cual no es tan efectiva para detectar corrimientos pequeños.

Prototipo de herramienta tecnológica para el registro, almacenamiento, transmisión y análisis de la información de accidentes de tránsito 用于记录、存储、传输和分析交通事故信息的技术工具原型

La importancia del correcto registro, almacenamiento y seguimiento de información asociado a accidentes de tránsito es clave para la toma de decisiones en áreas tan diversas como salud pública, políticas viales, seguros, entre otros. La legislación colombiana ha delegado a las entidades responsables del tránsito la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas que faciliten la documentación del Informe Policial de Accidentes de Tránsito. El presente proyecto desarrolla una solución fundamentada en un aplicativo software que permite digitalizar el registro, hasta ahora manual, de la información de los accidentes y su posterior visualización y análisis en los sistemas de información. La investigación demuestra que existen mejoras en los tiempos de registro de la información y en la confiabilidad de los datos. Se requiere profundizar en los procesos de formación de los usuarios en competencias digitales para su uso, así como en la mejora del proceso de levantamiento del croquis del accidente.

En este trabajo se estudio el efecto de la carburacion con CH4(20%Vol.)/H2 de heteropolioxometalatos tipos Anderson (NH4)4[NiMo6-xWxO24H6]•5H2O con relaciones atomicas 1:6:0 y 1:3:3 sobre la hidrodesulfuracion de tiofeno. Los solidos carburados se caracterizaron por DRX, propiedades texturales (ABET, Vp y Dp), FT-IR y analisis elemental (CHNO-S). DRX mostro senales de β-Mo2C, NiC, β-W2C y β-WC. Los materiales carburados presentaron isotermas de adsorcion tipo IV y lazos de histeresis H2 y H3, con areas especificas entre 3 y 6 m2/g y tamano de poros entre 9 y 14 nm. El analisis FT-IR de los carburos solo presentaron las senales de Mo-O2 y O-H. El catalizador trimetalico fue mas activo en hidrodesulfuracion (HDS) de tiofeno que el bimetalico: NiMo3W3-C (30%) > NiMo6-C (23%), mientras la selectividad estuvo dirigida hacia la formacion de 1,3 butadieno para NiMo3W3-C y, 1-buteno y cis-buteno para NiMo6-C.
