The term prophet comes from Arabic, with the origin of the word naba’, which is usually interpreted as news, and stories. In the history of the world, the prophet has always been synonymous with the discussion of a special person by the God who delivered the message to guide his people, as well as smart people who teach humans about various disciplines to worship and understand their God. There are many prophets who have been sent to the world with different disciplines. Among astronomers, one of the prophets who were featured was Idris as. Because, as part of the name of the prophet who must be believed in Muslims, Idris as was one of the most important people in the study of Falak science (science of astronomy), because a lot of literature explains that he was the first human who discovered astronomy. This article is the result of the analysis literature study provides an explanation regarding the biography of the prophet Idris and his genealogy contained in several holy books, namely the Torah, the Bible, and the Qur'an. Besides that, some astronomers in his book stated that the prophet Idris as was the inventor of astronomy.   Keyword: Idris as, Falak Science, Holy Books

Abstract The policy on Halal Product Certification in Indonesia has been formally regulated in the Constitution Republic of Indonesia No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee. The issuance of the policy received various responses and caused various polemics in the community, among the responses and polemics that arose in the community was the rejection of the implementation of the policy caused by the lack of readiness of micro and medium enterprises in carrying out the policy, disrupted economic stability due to the number of UMKM that have not been carry out these obligations, as well as other polemics that lead to the unpreparedness of this regulation to be enforced compulsorily to all business actors and the products they produce, most of the responses and polemics arising from several business community communities lead to negative assessments of regulations determined by the government. Apart from these polemics, this research was conducted to see the positive side of the halal certification policy in the perspective of protecting the benefit of the people, this research is a descriptive qualitative research that results in a conclusion that the policy of halal product certification has a positive side relating to the protection of the benefit of the people and deserves for all parties to strive for its implementation Keywords : Halal Product Certification, Maslahah Umat

This paper aims at proposing an understanding of the forms of jihad found on Instagram social media. Seeing social media is the current communication trend with rapid development and utilization. One popular social media is Instagram. Instagram can be a means of jihad and alternative propaganda in da'wah. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the content in posts and caption writing on social media Instagram. The contribution of research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of jihad and show that jihad that is supposed to be is not related to the radical element. Through content analysis, uploads have been found on instagram containing jihad activities in accordance with the indicators of jihad with the Qur’an and Hadis, jihad with property and jihad of passion. This proves that Instagram social media is in fact capable of becoming a means of jihad for the present generation that has proven to be effective and efficient.

The writing of this paper, aimed at knowing the meaning of the axiology of value, and the educational approach, as well as any strategy used in the planting of values in Islamic education institutions, the results became a refencing for us as development In supporting tasks according to their respective professions.  Efforts towards good character is not easy, education that is pursued in school and in the household and education experience gained in society is still very far from expectations, until now various issues Nations Ignorance, poverty and retardation, allegedly as a result of the lack of successful education. For that it takes earnest effort and involves the various parties in order to be healed from multidimensional diseases. Education is the process of humanization, which is the effort to cultivate the potential, as an accepted from God, if not developed, the whole potential to be stagnant, and sluggish development, through the various Pemibingan , direction, to be made, to grow and develop positive potential beneficial for himself and his fellow, while the behavior of the potential negative (Akhlak Madzmumah) as much as possible not to pack, so that people do not have animal behavior. The encounter matter of islam and another religion often occur the conflict and its cause of the narrow perspective of one side or with his own truth and blame each other so it lapsed in “Disbelief”. This assumption can lead to the understanding of extremism. That worldview and narrow perspective can threaten the harmony of the people and inter-religious harmony. This research uses library research method, in which the data used are library data which is related to Farid Esack's thoughts and figures' thoughts related to the meaning of Muslim pronunciation and infidels in the al-Qur’an, with the use of the text approach method, Critical Discourse Analysis Norman Fairclough. Pursuant to Esack, Islam is the total surrender of humanity to God, bearing all the consequences of that faith. Esack gives a broader definition of pagan, that pagan doctrinally means different beliefs; there are infidels socio-political; infidel in the sense of fighting justice. According to Esack, the initial idea of ​​disbelief seemed to be mixed with divinity. According to Esack, the initial idea of ​​disbelief seemed to be mixed with divinity. Even though the infidels also recognize the existence of God. So actually infidels are oppression as opponents or contradictions of faith embodied in compassion, peace, togetherness, and prosperity.
