Purpose: The need for diagnostic assessment in the independent curriculum necessitates school counselors to be able to provide valid and reliable instruments to assess students' conditions. One crucial aspect to consider is the psychological well-being of students. Therefore, training in developing non-cognitive diagnostic assessments is necessary to support counselor competencies in the era of independent learning curriculum.
Method: The training utilized the ADDIE training model, starting from analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This model was employed to assist in implementing training tailored to the participant's needs. The evaluation was conducted through process evaluation and outcome evaluation.
Practical Applications: The training resulted in the development of a psychological well-being scale by school counselors. Subsequently, the scale underwent construct validation by experts, as well as validity and reliability testing using SPSS 24. A guide for using the psychological well-being scale was then created, including rationale, usage instructions, interpretation guidelines, and sample assessment result presentations.

Various complaints arise in women entering menopause, especially joint and muscle pain, as well as psychological complaints. This condition can affect the quality of life of menopausal women. Therefore, it is necessary to educate women on how to reduce these complaints. This educational activity aims to increase women's knowledge about menopause and the appropriate self-management of menopausal complaints.
Method: This activity is conducted in the community served by the Perumnas II Pontianak Health Center. Participants are members of the Pre-Elderly Prolanis Kejora Manis group. The activity methods include explanations, observational techniques, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
Practical Applications: The outreach activity is divided into two sessions. The first session focuses on educating about menopausal symptoms and how to address them, followed by the second session, which involves demonstrations and joint exercises for rheumatism.
Conclusion: Rheumatism exercises should be taught to pre-menopausal women for daily practice to improve comfort and adaptation to the menopausal condition.

Purpose: This research focuses on addressing challenges in Guwosari Village by enhancing the counselling skills of village cadres and providing emotional regulation training.
Method: The research utilized a community service approach to achieve its objectives. It involved training sessions to enhance the counselling skills of Guwosari Village cadres and provided emotional regulation training. Data collection methods included participant observation and pre-and post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
Practical Applications: The study's outcomes benefit Guwosari Village and similar communities, aiding in community development and cadre performance. By enhancing the counselling skills of village cadres, this research contributes to the improvement of community development efforts.
Conclusion: This research underscores the significance of equipping village cadres with essential counselling skills and emotional regulation abilities. Purpose: The current community service activities aim to provide knowledge and skills related to mangosteen and its processed products to the Songgon Village community
Method: Transfer of knowledge and skill by lecturing and practice. Pre and post-tests were carried out to evaluate the participants’ knowledge before and after the workshop.
Practical Applications: The knowledge and skill gained by PKK and Karang Taruna cadres in this workshop can be implemented in daily life. The participants learned how to make innovative products from mangosteen fruit so that it can be produced commercially. Thus, in the long term is expected to increase the income of Songgon Village Community.
Conclusion: The results showed the participants' enthusiasm to participate in this activity, and the pre and post-tests demonstrated increased knowledge and skills. The next step requires intensive support for the Songgon Village community so that their products can be distributed commercially and provide economic benefits.
