Moldflow is used to simulate the warpage of the plastic sheet under different molding process parameters. A 4-12-1 BP neural network model is established according to the simulated warpage data. Testing samples are used to verify the accuracy of the BP model. The warpage under the other molding process parameters are predicted by applying the established BP model. The results show that the combination of neural network and Moldflow can not only improve the molding process parameters effectively but also optimize the quality of the products.

Line spectrum in DEMONgram of ship-radiated noise is a set of linear. According to this characteristics, this paper provides a enhancement technique of DEMONgram based on Hough transform for line spetrum detection. Weighting coefficient for each DEMONgram can be determined without knowing the propeller shaft frequency. It solved the problem of evaluating definition of DEMONgram. The analysis of the Sea test data shows the signal to noise ratio of propeller shaft and blade frequency are noticeably improved and line spectrum is clearer, attaining the goal of enhencing DEMONgram.

Study on using a process which was combined LIGA (Lithographie Galvanoformung Abformung) with etching to manufacture an optical film of an aspherical microlens array (A-MLA), which can improve the extraction efficiency of an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode). The extraction efficiency of a current OLED is not high due to its total internal reflection, and the luminance is also lower because of the low extraction efficiency. How to increase the extraction efficiency is a valuable topic to discuss. This study analyzes the manufacturing and design parameters of A-MLAs such as diameter of a microlens, dry etching parameters and electroforming rates. The experimental results indicate that the variation of the diameter is about 5% after the thermal reflow and dry etching process. Electroforming process is used to make a metal mold as the first mold after PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) mold is replicated called the secondary mold. In addition, it has an additional effect to refine the existing defects on photoresist surface. From the measured data of the luminance of the optical film with A-MLAs, they show that the luminance of OLEDs is enhanced more than that of common spherical-microlens array.

The accuracy of earth observation can be effected by the degree of the retrograde remote sensing image. The conventional image restoration operations, the complexity of the image is not considered, potentially good fitness individuals are often discarded by deterministic evaluation function. To solve these problems, fuzzy genetic algorithm (FGA) is proposed on the base of genetic algorithm. Uncertainty problems can be solved in the process of image processing by constructing fuzzy characteristic matrix and fuzzy fitness function, and using fuzzy genetic optimization method. Experimental results show that the better results for remote sensing image restoration can be gotten.

In this paper, a wavelet-based. watermarking scheme used to verify the contents of transmission grayscale images is proposed. By the property of discrete wavelet transform, we design two watermarks from the low-frequency band and embed the watermarks into the high-frequency bands. One watermark is used for detecting the intentional content modification and indicating the modified location, and anther watermark is used for recovering the image. The watermark generation and watermark embedding are disposed in the image itself, and the received image authentication needs no information about the original image or watermark, so it will increase the security of watermark and prevent forged watermark. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can resist the mild modifications of digital image and be able to detect and recovery the malicious modifications precisely.

In the real world, due to the fuzziness of market demand, shortage risks exist in inventory management. Based on the credibility theory, in this paper we propose a new measure method to deal with shortage risk for inventory through catering to managers with different risk preferences by setting a different service levels in fuzzy environment. Based on this new measure method, a new model on the order quantity constrainted by the service levels, budget funds and inventory space in the fuzzy environment is proposed and an intelligent algorithm is designed to give a general solution. One numerical example is also presented to illustrate the optimization idea and the effectiveness of the designed algorithm. Thereinafter, the article discusses the impact of cycle service level(CSL) on order quantity.

A kind of semantic web service matching method based on service hierarchy is proposed, which utilizes the automatic reasoning capability of OWL to construct concept hierarchy and then encodes concept hierarchy in order to transform the complex deduction of inclusion relationship between concepts into simple arithmetic comparison. We give the definition of concepts related with service hierarchy and design the algorithm of constructing service hierarchy. At last, the experimental results show that semantic web service matching based on service hierarchy can respond to service requests in less time and ensure the better quality of service matching than the current semantic web service matching methods.
