Fast Filter Back Projection Algorithm Based on Hexagonal Grid 基于六边形网格的快速滤波反投影算法

After optimizing filter back projection (FBP) algorithm of CT with the theory of symmetric transformation group and based on the fact that regular hexagons have the most symmetry axis among all the regular polygons which could pave the two dimensional plane without chink (total six symmetry axis compare three of regular triangle and four of square), a fast reconstruction algorithm is founded to reduce calculating time cost in the back projection part of FBP. Since the back projection part is the major time-consuming part of FBP, the new algorithm accelerates image reconstruction significantly. Compared with the accelerating algorithms appeared recently in the same condition, the reconstruction speed of the proposed method is improved greatly.

Dynamic Analysis of Power Split CVT Drive System 动力分路CVT传动系统动力学分析

Vehicle which is provided with power split Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) drive system has been taken as entire car model in this paper, kinetics modeling and simulation analysis of the vehicle has been made progress. Dynamic response of the vehicle has been analyzed based on the wheel rolling resistance, air friction and grade resistance had been considered as total resistance of car driving wheel. Dynamic response relationship of the system speed ratio, CVT ratio and vehicle speed has been obtained. Reference of further research design and control strategy for this type of vehicle could be provided by the results.
本文以采用动力分体式无级变速器(CVT)驱动系统的整车为整车模型,进行了整车动力学建模和仿真分析。以车轮滚动阻力为基础,考虑空气摩擦阻力和坡度阻力作为汽车驱动轮的总阻力,对车辆的动力响应进行了分析。得到了系统速比、无级变速器速比与车速的动态响应关系。研究结果可为该类车辆的进一步研究、设计和控制策略提供参考。

Feedforward Decoupling Intelligent Algorithm for Multivariable Based on FNN and Its Application in Biology Fermentation Control 基于FNN的多变量前馈解耦智能算法及其在生物发酵控制中的应用

The coupling relations of all variables during fermentation process with fermentation are discussed. Since the parameters are always changing as time-varying, nonlinearity and randomicity during biology fermentation control process. the scheme for biology fermentation control process using feed forward decoupling intelligent algorithm for multivariable based on FNN is presented. Fuzzy-Neural controller and decoupling units were designed independently, where the Fuzzy controller combined with neural network and the radial basis function neural network was employed for decoupling. The optimized training algorithm based on the system output error was used for online adjustment of network weights, thus realizing dynamic decoupling, which eliminated the need of identifying the plants. This method, with a simple architecture and a small amount of computation is proved to be effective by simulation and application results.

Design of Hybrid Architecture for Intelligent Service Mobile Robot 智能服务移动机器人混合体系结构设计

A methodology for detailed design hybrid architecture of intelligent service mobile robot (ISMR) is presented in this paper. Aiming at ISMR, the conceptual, logical, physical and hierarchical design model are discussed step by step in-depth from system analysis and agile manufacturing (AM) point of view. These analysis methods of down-up for designing ISMR provide new thought for building ISMR efficiently in engineering practice. Moreover, the detailed design processes based on this strategy are provided by a case study. The results have shown its effectiveness and feasibility.

Optimal Maintenance Decision of Power Transformers 电力变压器的最优维护决策

This paper introduced the concept of Proportional Hazards Model (PHM), it took advantage of the Weibull PHM to establish the failure rate model of transformer maintenance based on condition monitoring information. The failure rate threshold through the maximum availability method was determined, and then the maintenance decision model for the electric transformer was established. Finally, we used a simple case, i.e. an analysis of gases in transformer oil, to illustrate the maintenance decision-making process based on PHM, and to verify the feasibility of this model for the transformer repair.
本文引入比例风险模型的概念,利用威布尔比例风险模型建立了基于状态监测信息的变压器维修故障率模型。通过最大可用性法确定故障率阈值,建立变压器维修决策模型。最后,以变压器油中气体的分析为例,说明了基于PHM的维修决策过程,并验证了该模型在变压器维修中的可行性。

Energy-Saving Analysis on Thermal System in 600MW Supercritical Coal-Fired Power Plants 600MW超临界燃煤电厂热力系统节能分析

High-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly supercritical thermal power units are gradually becoming main stream in China. In this paper, an advanced energy system analysis method, specific consumption analysis, is used to examine the performance of 600MW supercritical coal-fired power plants and to identify and evaluate the specific consumption accruals. Moreover, the specific consumption analysis provides a detailed energy saving-effect of feed-water heating system at the load of 100%, 75% and 50%. The results are of great significance for the energy-saving of supercritical coal-fired power plants.
高效、节能、环保的超临界火电机组正逐渐成为中国的主流。本文采用先进的能源系统分析方法——比耗分析法,对600MW超临界燃煤电厂的性能进行了考核,并对比耗应计进行了识别和评价。通过具体的能耗分析,给出了100%、75%和50%负荷下给水供热系统的节能效果。研究结果对超临界燃煤电厂的节能具有重要意义。

Low Voltage Ride through Characteristics Analysis of Direct-Driven Wind Power System 直驱风力发电系统低压穿越特性分析

This paper introduced the control strategy of back-to-back full-scale PWM converter in direct-driven wind power system with PMSG (Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Generator). A simulation model has been built to demonstrate the maximum wind energy capture, DC voltage stability and decouping control of active and reactive power. In addition, the dynamic responses of system parameters during typical voltage sag and the role of dumping load at DC side have been tested. The simulation result shows that direct-driven wind power system has good capability of low voltage ride through.

Research on an Automatic Counting Method for Steel Bars' Image 钢筋图像自动计数方法的研究

A method for automatic segmentation of steel bars' image is put forward to solve the counting problems of steel bars in the steel factories at present. The approximate radius of steel bar is measured by chain coding. The edges of steel bars are detected by Sobel operator, and separation of steel bars and background is carried out by Otsu method. Then the improved Hough transformation is adopted in the image of steel bars in order to accumulate the gray values, and the locations of steel bars are got by the threshold segmentation, then max. gray values in a region are founded. After experiments, the accurate counting method of approximate circle images such as steel bars is realized.

The approximate radius of steel bar is measured by chain coding. The edges of steel bars are detected by Sobel operator, and separation of steel bars and background is carried out by Otsu method. Then the improved Hough transformation is adopted in the image of steel bars in order to accumulate the gray values, and the locations of steel bars are got by the threshold segmentation, then max. gray values in a region are founded.
