Surrogate Modelling with Sequential Design for Expensive Simulation Applications 面向昂贵仿真应用的顺序设计代理建模

The computational demands of virtual experiments for modern product development processes can get out of control due to fine resolution and detail incorporation in simu‐ lation packages. These demands for appropriate approximation strategies and reliable selection of evaluations to keep the amount of required evaluations were limited, without compromising on quality and requirements specified upfront. Surrogate models provide an appealing data‐driven strategy to accomplish these goals for applications including design space exploration, optimization, visualization or sensitivity analysis. Extended with sequential design, satisfactory solutions can be identified quickly, greatly motivat‐ ing the adoption of this technology into the design process.

3-D Numerical Simulation and Analysis on V-Cone Flowmeter Based on LES Method 基于LES法的v锥流量计三维数值模拟与分析

The rear pressure measurement position of V-cone flowmeter is in the complex vortex structure area after fluid around the cone. The non-uniformity of the fluid field will influence the measurement precision of V-cone flowmeter. Large eddy simulation (LES) has been used to study the V-cone flowmeter’s 3-D flow field structure with different Reynolds number in this paper. The better fluid area information can gain by this way. The results show that the values of discharge coefficient (Cd) obtained from LES are more close to the experiment data than the values obtained from k-ε model. Different turbulence intensity with different Reynolds number effects the velocity distribution in the V-cone flowmeter’s flow field. When Reynolds number equals to 20000, the flow field within 8d distance from V-cone tail should keep from being disturbed while the flowmeter under working condition. The non-interfering distance from V-cone tail flow field increases with the Reynolds number raising. These analysis results can offer optimizational information for V-cone flowmeter performance and testing method improvement.

Transient models of a three-phase induction motor are established. Functional blocks of the entire inverter-fed induction motor drive system are developed systematically. Programming examples are given to familiarize readers with MATLAB??/Simulink programming environment.

Design and Simulation on State Observer for Crane-Load System 起重机载荷系统状态观测器的设计与仿真

In order to resolve the problem that the load's swing angle and swing angle-velocity of overhead crane or gantry crane are hard to be measured directly in engineering practice,the state observer was designed by using trolley's position information to estimate the load's swing angle and angle-velocity.The difference values between the state observer's output and the trolley-load system's output were introduced and adjusted by the observer's gain vector and then sent to the observer's input terminal.After the observer's poles were placed on complex plane,the system can estimate the swing angle and swing angle-velocity stably and quickly.Simulation study shows that the method of obtaining load's swing angle information based on state estimation is practicable,and state observer can be availlable online in 2s,which has strong robust property.Along with rising of the pole number,state observer can be adaptive more widely in the changing of load mass and rope length.However,estimation error will change roughly when the pole number is too hign,and observer is more sensitive to rope length than to load mass.

Study on Dynamic Characteristics of a Secondary Regulated Loading System 二次调节加载系统动态特性研究

Loading system is the core system of multi-functional engineering machinery as load vehicle to test traction performance of construction vehicle. For secondary regulation technology in loading system of multifunctional test platform, the mathematical models of electro-hydraulic servo valve, variable fuel tanks, secondary component were established by modeling method for the secondarily regulated loading system. By using the PID controller to adjust the parameters, mainly from step loading model and sine wave loading model to analysis the simulation. Studying on dynamic characteristics and reliability of the secondary regulation technology system for loading control system of test-platform. The results show that the construction machinery multi-function test-platform uses the secondary regulation technology system is feasible, the secondary regulation technology can meet the performance requirements of the loading system.

Obstacle Avoidance Strategy for Mobile Robot Based on Improved Coordinating Potential Field with Genetic Algorithm 基于改进协调势场遗传算法的移动机器人避障策略

To overcome the problems during navigation of mobile robots in dynamic environment using the traditional artificial potential field(APF) method,a novel improved method called coordinating potential field(CPF) was proposed. The local potential field was constructed by using local subgoals,which was obtained by updating dynamic rolling window. The questions of local minima,oscillation between multiple obstacles and real-time dynamic obstacles avoidance were solved. At last multi-objective parameter optimization was implemented by using adaptive genetic algorithm. Simulation results indicate that the strategy is feasible and practicable.
针对传统的人工势场(APF)方法在动态环境下移动机器人导航时存在的问题,提出了一种改进的协调势场(CPF)方法。利用局部子目标构造局部势场,通过更新动态滚动窗口得到局部子目标。解决了局部最小值、多障碍物间振荡和实时动态避障问题。最后利用自适应遗传算法实现多目标参数优化。仿真结果表明了该策略的可行性和实用性。

Track Data Creation for Continuous Wellbore Survey Algorithm Simulation 连续井眼测量算法模拟的轨迹数据创建

To achieve the fast and precise survey goal, a dynamically tuned-gyro based continuous survey system was suggested. Wellbore track data and inertial components outputs are needed when continuous wellbore survey algorithms are simulated. Flight track data creation method was extended to the wellbore survey field, a track data generator was designed and the inertial component models were built, so simulation inputs were provided. The track data generator bases on inertial navigation principles, and creates inertial components outputs by mathematic method. The strapdown inertial attitude algorithm simulation results verify its effectiveness.

Simulation Analysis on Current SVM Algorithm of Matrix Rectifier 矩阵整流器当前SVM算法的仿真分析

After the analysis of the input current space vector modulation(SVM) algorithm of matrix converter(MR) under balanced three-phase input voltages condition,a generalized current SVM algorithm of MR was mainly proposed so as to suit the imbalanced three-phase input voltages conditions based on variable sector and instantaneous value calculation.Thereby in order to improve the adaptability of the new algorithm to the voltage unbalance and increase the voltage utilization,a simple process approach was put forward.To validate the new algorithm,a practical simulation model of MR was built up with SIMULINK6.0.After detailed description of the modeling principle,the simulation results under balanced and imbalanced conditions are provided respectively.They are consistent with analysis results,which prove the proposed algorithm.
