Today, in the physical treatment of children; Stretching, electrical stimulation, biofeedback, active joint movement, strengthening and cold application are used to complement the child's motor and mental state. Children are often forced and bored during these treatments. Therefore, the efficiency of the treatment is greatly reduced. In this study, an application that can be used in the treatment of discomfort in the hands and wrists of young children has been developed. With this application, it is aimed to create a virtual play environment for children and to facilitate the treatment process. Leap Motion technology was used in the development of the application. The application consists of five levels. Each level aims to have different finger and wrist movements. Operation of the application is provided according to the rules determined in hand and wrist physical therapy. In addition, each level is designed and developed with scenarios that can attract children's attention. In our study, a test group consisting of six-person, three adults and three children, was formed and asked to use the application. Usability assessment tests and questionnaires were applied to participants to get their opinions about the game. It has been observed that children can do the exercises necessary for physical therapy of hand and wrist while playing. As a result, it was observed that the participants were pleased to play the game and that the treatment process was made playful thanks to the game, and that the treatment was liked by the children.

As an example of data envelopment analysis; this study focuses on the comparison of high technology exports of countries with data envelopment analysis. High-tech exports (HTEX) are the outputs of multiple inputs for the countries under consideration. Since a small number of inputs and a large number of outputs were used in the study, data envelopment analysis was considered appropriate. According to data envelopment analysis, it was aimed to compare the relative efficacy of the variables. CCR and BCC models will be used in this study. For this reason, HTEX data envelopment analysis was solved with the help of Excel-Solver plugin and the results were evaluated.

The study area is located between Kuloglu and Yaka Villages in the north of Boyabat District of Sinop Province. Paleozoic-Triassic aged Boyabat metamorphites are observed at the bottom of the study area. These metamorphites are composed of phyllite, sericite-chlorite schist and metasandstones which contain intense greenschist, glaucophanitic greenschist, metagabbro and metadiabase interlevels at the bottom levels. This unit is overlain unconformably by the Lower Jurassic aged Akgöl formation, which consists of alternation of sandstone-milestone-shale. Higher up, Middle-Upper Jurassic aged Bürnük formation which consist of conglomerate is observed unconformably. The Bürnük formation is overlain by the lateral-vertical transition by Middle-Upper Jurassic aged the Akkaya formation which contain limestones. The Lower Cretaceous aged Çağlayan formation, which is composed of marls and shales with sandstone-sandy limestone interlevels, unconformably overlies the Akkaya formation. Higher up, Upper Cretaceous aged Kapanboğazı formation which consist of cherty limestones and micritic limestones is observed unconformably. This formation is conformably overlain by the Upper Cretaceous aged Yemişliçay formation which consists of basaltic-andesitic lavas, tuffs and agglomerates which contain sandstone-marl interlevels. A central composite design is a good choice for a spherical design region while providing high-quality predictions over the entire spherical design region. However, this design requires design variable settings outside the range of the design variables in the factorial part. On the other hand, a face-centered design provides high-quality prediction over the entire cuboidal design region and does not require using design points outside the factorial ranges. Therefore, a face-centered design is preferred over other designs. In the literature, controllable input variables have been addressed. However, both controllable and noise input variables have been paid little attention. The aim is to build regression models for both the process mean and variance. The next task is to obtain an optimal operating condition for both controllable and noise input variables. A weighted mean-squared error optimization model is proposed. Comparison studies are conducted while considering different weights for each component of the objective function. Finally, the proposed methodology is an effective technique to obtain optimal settings for a cuboidal design region.

The backward-facing step flow is important in many devices, such as the internal and external flow of heat storage containers or the collectors of power conversion systems, and stands out as one of the important geometric models due to the complex structure of the flow. In this study, heat transfer and turbulent flow properties of step corner structures with different chamfer lengths as h/2 and 3h/4 according to smooth (without chamfer) geometry have been numerically investigated at vertically placed backward-facing step flow geometry. In the backward-facing step geometry, only one of the walls has been kept at a constant temperature, while the other walls are adiabatic. Distilled water and MWCNT-distilled water nanofluid with a concentration of 0.01% by volume have been used as working fluid. Step expansion rate is 1.5. The results of the study have been obtained by solving three-dimensional, steady conservation equations using k-ε turbulence model, ANSYS-FLUENT program which is finite volume method with Boussinesq approach. The present study has been compared with the numerical results of the work found in the literature and it has been found that they are compatible and acceptable with each other. The results have been presented as the variations of Nu number, fluid temperature, turbulence kinetic energy and pressure. In addition, temperature, velocity and streamline distributions have been visualized in backward-facing step flow geometry. For Re=10000, normal geometry the where MWCNT-distilled water nanofluid has been used in the downstream region of the step geometry has provided an average Nu number increase of approximately 8.9% according to 3h/4 step geometry.

Due to increasing population, over consumption, urbanization and industrialization, our forests which are one of the most important natural resources are rapidly destroying in recent decades. As a result of these, natural disasters such as erosion, desertification, air pollution, floods, landslides and avalanches are frequently seen. Forest fires are one of the most important natural disasters of all countries. Especially, in the region of Mediterranean climate zone is effective has been influencing the threat of this natural disaster in our country. Nowadays, a large number of various studies are being conducted to prevent the emergence and development. This is extremely important for sustainable forestry activities and future of our country Accordingly numerous plans and programs have been prepared such as forestry main plan, forestry specialization commission reports of national development plans. One of these plans is Turkey National Forestry Program and it aims to contribute to public welfare and sustainable development of country by providing sustainable management of forest resources. This program includes forestry principles, aims, policies, strategies and actions for the 2004-2023 period.
