Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal educational institution that uses a curriculum that can be developed by the institution itself in accordance with the characteristics of each. The purpose of this studyonly focus on the process, implementation, barriers to curriculum development at Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Mamba'us Sa'adah, the type of research using RND (Research and Development), data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation and library studies. The data analysis technique uses a rocket scale. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Mamba'us Sa'adah has undergone curriculum development from year to year starting from the objectives, content, methods and learning strategies. Supporting the development of the Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Mamba'us Sa'adah curriculum is the existence of Ustad/zah, Santri, complete facilities and support from parents, the community. The obstacles include student discipline, government funds, and inadequate building infrastructure.

The obstacles to learning during the covid-19 pandemic were especially limited to fourth-grade Arabic learning at muhammadiyah elementary school. 11 randegan. This article aims to identify the process, the contributing factors and the retardential factors in the learning of arabic. 11-randegan class 4 student student at muhammadiyah elementary school. The methods used are descriptive qualitative methods using methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Efforts made that the process of applying blended learning to Arabic learning are three stages: the process of planning, implementation and evaluation. As for the supporting factors of teachers and technology, while the inhibitory factors of Internet connection, short time and lack of student motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of Spirituality, Colleagues, and Organizational Culture on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Ar-Riyadl, Jabon District. This research is included in the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research is a path analysis technique with the help of software for the operating system called Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0. The data used in this research are questionnaire data and data sourced from Madrasah Diniyah Salafiah Ar-Riyadl, Jabon District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: spirituality variable has no effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: coworkers affect job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3: organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the 2 year Semester Credit System (SKS) Program at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Surabaya. This research method is using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses a type of field research (field research) using data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the 2 year SKS (SKS) Program can be said to be effective, this is evidenced by the service of educators, student academic competence and adequate facilities and infrastructure. In the implementation of Fiqh learning in the 2-year credit program, it has been effective. The lesson plans are described in a learning component that has been prepared by the respective subject teachers. The descriptions are in the form of promissory notes, prota, SK, KD, RPP. Evaluation in the SKS program is by providing intense services to students who have scores below the average while the evaluation in the field of Jurisprudence is carried out in the middle of the semester, namely the Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) and the Final Semester Examination (UAS) using both written and written test techniques. oral test and hands-on practice. Flash card media is an illustrated media that contains image patches to attract learning interest for children with special needs, including children with autism at PKBL Lentera Fajar Indonesia is a homeschooling institution that provides learning service for children with special needs using various learning media, one of them is flash card media for learning ablution. The subject of this study were 3 autistic children. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of flash card media with ablution material of autistic children at the Lentera Fajar Indonesia PKBM Institude, to determine the inhibiting factors in learning for autistic children at the Lentera Fajar Indonesia PKBM Institude. For teachers learning with flash card media is a medium that is easy to find, easy to make, while for children it is to be able to attract interest in learning by looking at the pictures contained on flash card. The results showed that the learning process with the application of flash card media was able to attract autistic children about learning ablution and did not forget to help facilitate therapist teachers in delivering ablution material.

This study aims to explore and understand the role of PAI teachers in fostering religious character during PTMT with a hybrid learning model at SMA Antartika Sidoarjo and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which produces data in the form of written words from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that PAI teachers in fostering religious character in PTMT with a hybrid learning model at SMA Antartika Sidoarjo have been able to foster and guide, provide exemplary examples and advice, remind students to behave Islamically in daily life, provide adequate facilities and provide rewards and punishments. for students through the implementation of religious programs, namely congregational prayers, collective prayers, reading and writing the Qur'an, Friday blessing activities, extra religious activities, annual religious activities and the creation of a religious atmosphere at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo. Several factors that support and inhibit are divided into two factors, namely internal and external. The supporting factors are more dominant on internal factors where the school environment can help optimally to realize the development of students' religious character. While the inhibiting factors are more dominant on external factors, namely the family environment and social environment wherever students are.

Education in Islam is very important for human life. There are so many arguments in the Qur'an and hadith that explain the concept of education. Education is important and urgent because the current condition of society is only concerned with knowledge but must pay attention to moral development, morals, and behavior. That's all there is Islamic religious education. This study aims to find out about the implementation of Islamic education in the wider community. The sociological approach in understanding Islam is very important because there are so many religious teachings related to social problems. The research method used is library research. All data obtained and collected are then analyzed and presented from various journal articles that complement the data to provide conclusions. Then reviewed and presented the findings of the data objectively. This study indicates that Islamic religious education is needed by everyone first in social life in Indonesia, which in fact, there are many groups or ethnic groups in Indonesia. The study results show that Islamic religious education is very important in social life in Indonesia because Islamic religious education can make people behave well and follow the rules that exist in Islam.

There are three kinds of education, namely education in the family (informal), education in schools (formal), and education in the community (non-formal). Education in the family is the first education for a child and as a child's foundation. The second education includes schools which in the process are systematic and transfer of knowledge. Third, education in the community. The pattern of cooperation between the three is very necessary for the realization of character education. The aims of this study are (1) to analyze the pattern of school cooperation with parents and the surrounding community in shaping the character of students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islamy Sedati Mojokerto. Students' learning discipline is the obedience of students to carry out their learning obligations, so they can get changes in themselves, both studying at home and in Islamic boarding schools. Madrasah diniyah teachers have a very big responsibility in disciplining their students to obey the rules that exist in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of madrasah diniyah teachers in fostering student learning discipline as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering student learning discipline. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes the reality and circumstances of the object of research in accordance with the facts in the field by taking data that is what it is. In this study, the informants were madrasah diniyah administrators, madrasah diniyah teachers, and students of Islamic boarding schools. The location of this research was conducted in Paciran Village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation. The data collection technique uses Miles and Huberman which consists of four components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, data int erpretation. Based on the research that has been done, there are research results, namely: 1). The role of madrasah diniyah teachers in fostering learning discipline for students at the Muhammadiyah Karangasem Islamic boarding school. 2). How the supporting and inhibiting factors for madrasah diniyah teachers in fostering student learning discipline include the teacher in teaching, the suitability of the subject matter to be delivered, and sufficient learning time.

Management is the process of utilizing all the resources owned by the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. management in a broad sense is planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organizational resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The objectives of this study are to describe the problems of teacher human resource management at private madrasah aliyah in Sampang regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, which aims to explain the problem of human resource management for private Madrasah aliyah teachers, a qualitative approach is considered a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words from observations, interviews and documentation. Data collection techniques by reviewing documents, interviews, and observations. It is analyzed through the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the problem with teacher human resources is that the number of teachers who teach is not in accordance with their academic qualifications because the management function of teacher human resources in madrasah aliyah does not run optimally starting from planning, management, procurement, procurement, development, assessment, control, compensation and dismissal. and the causes of the problem of teacher human resources are divided into two factors, namely internal factors, the character of teachers, lack of teacher innovation, lack of motivation and indifference to various changes, limited funds available while external causes such as Madrasah environmental conditions and conditions of socio-cultural development of the community, lack of continuous support from organization in teacher HR Management.
