Exosomes - microvesicles with a size of 30-180 nm, which provide to intercellular communication between all or-gans and tissues. In this study we isolated exosomes and microvesicles from embrional rat`s cells, results were demon-strated by photographs of scanning electron microscopy to sample. In future we planning detect of exosomes by west-ern-blot with anti-CD63 antibody.

The relevance of the work: the problem of toxicants–anions becomes important because of the constant increasing of the number and rate circulation of nitrates and the other anions in the environment and their interaction with natural. Objective: to study the nitrate-ions’ content in fruits and vegetables with and without fertilizer application. In this work, the features of the accumulation of nitrate ions in fruit and vegetable products grown on the site without fertilizer and on the site with fertilizer were investigated. Urea (carbamide) was the main fertilizer. There were study of nitrate-ions’ content in 4 families’ plants: the Umbrella family (Apiaceae), the Solanaceae family (Solanaceae), the Pumpkin family (Cucurbitaceae) and the Amaranth family (Amaranthaceae). Represented that the content of nitrate-ions in fruit and vegetable production varies in both areas in a wide range, depending on the species of the culture, while not exceeding the maximum permissible concentration.

INFLUENCE OF INVASIVE FISH ON FISH FAUNA MIDDLE IRTYSH ICHTHYOLOGICAL REGION

ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the influence of invasian fish on the ichthyofauna of the Middle Irtysh. Methods: the analysis is based on the author's data from 2013–2018 field studies, the results of earlier studies were published; species assessments and assessments in ecological groups of species by habitat, reproduction and feeding were used. As the main method of analysis, the method of associative rules was used to identify relationships between biological species living in the same territory. Results: the modern ichthyofauna of the Middle-Irtysh region is represented by 35 species of bony fish, of which: 12 are aboriginal species; eight aboriginal species rare; five species are objects of experimental breeding, most of them are invasive species; one species (silver carp) is represented by two ecological forms, one of which is invasive; nine species are invasive, with varying degrees of naturalization. 22 species of fish form a negative associative network, due to the topical and trophic competitive relations between the species. Conclusions: the appearance of invasive species caused a change in the number of a number of native species. As a result of the predominant mining of the Amur carp, the field load on the fish fauna is realized, which contributes to the preservation of a number of native species.
