Characterization of graphite-polyurethane composites used as electrode materials 石墨-聚氨酯复合材料电极材料的表征

Graphite powder was mixed with polyurethane in order to prepare composite materials in different proportions intended to be used in voltammetric analysis. Results of thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry and dynamical mechanical analysis were used in the characterization of the composites. Thermal and visco-elastic behavior of pressed and non-pressed graphite-polyurethane composite used as electrode materials was investigated regarding the graphite content. TG curves revealed that thermal stability increases with the graphite content. DSC presented that the composites are completely cured after 24 h and DMA was used in the determination of glass transition of the composites, showing that the pressing during the cure resulted in lower mobility of polymeric chains inside the composites. DMA curves of GPU composites, using a dual cantilever clamp, between - 50 and 120 °C, heating rate of 5.0 °C min-1, frequency of 1.1 Hz and samples with 35 ± 1 mm (length) x 13 ± 1 mm (wide) x 3.5 ± 0.2 mm (thickness).

Synthesis, characterization and thermal analysis of solid-state lanthanide mandelates in CO2 and N2 atmospheres. 在CO2和N2气氛下固态锰酸镧的合成、表征和热分析。

Solid-state Ln-L compounds, where Ln stands for trivalent lanthanides and L is mandelate (C 6 H 5 CH(OH)CO 2 -) have been synthesized. Elemental analysis, complexometry, infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) coupled to FTIR have been used to characterize and to study the thermal stability and thermal decomposition of these compounds in CO 2 and N 2 atmospheres. In both atmospheres, the dehydration of the lanthanum, cerium and samarium to lutetium compounds occurs in a single step, while for praseodymium and neodymium ones the dehydration occurs in two consecutive steps. The thermal decomposition of the anhydrous compounds occurs in several consecutive and / or overlapping steps with the formation of CeO 2 , Pr 6 O 11 , Tb 4 O 7 and Ln 2 O 3 (Ln = La, Nd, Sm to Gd and Dy to Lu) in dynamic CO 2 atmosphere or CeO 2 and Ln 2 O 3 (Ln = La, Pr to Lu) in dynamic N 2 one, as final residue.

Caracterização térmica de ácidos húmicos e fúlvicos em amostras de biofertilizantes 生物肥料样品中腐殖酸和黄腐酸的热表征

Atualmente o Brasil e o maior exportador mundial de aves respondendo por 41% do mercado de frango, com um aumento constante de producao. Entretanto, toda essa producao tem impacto no meio ambiente com o aumento do volume de dejetos. O descarte inadequado dos dejetos compromete o meio ambiente e saude publica, e na ausencia de reciclagem, perda de seu potencial energetico e fertilizante. Neste trabalho, os fertilizantes provenientes de esterco aviario, turfa mineral e padroes de acido humico e fulvico foram caracterizados por termogravimetria e difracao de raios-X, identificando o perfil de materia-orgânica nos materiais e sua fracao inorgânica. Tambem foi avaliado um processo para aumentar a fracao humica nos materiais. Os resultados comprovam a possibilidade das tecnicas de analise termica para a caracterizacao eficiente da materia-orgânica em fertilizantes orgânicos e diferenciacao entre acidos humicos e fulvicos. Termogravimetria: curvas TG de a) AHE = acido humico de CS, AHET = acido humico de CS tratado, AHP = acido humico padrao; b) AHT acido humico de turfa, AHTT = acido humico de turfa tratada, AHP = acido humico padrao. Faixa de aquecimento 30 a 600 °C; razao 10 °C min-1; fluxo de ar sintetico 100 mL min-1; cadinho alumina (n=1).

Este estudo consiste de uma parte da caracterizacao termica do poliuretano derivado de oleo vegetal, para a confeccao de coracao extracorporeo, utilizando as tecnicas de analises termogravimetricas (TGA) e dinâmico-mecânica (DMA). O objetivo proposto foi obter informacoes do polimero que comprovem sua eficiencia como um biomaterial que vai ser submetido as condicoes de trabalho de um coracao extracorporeo, como; estabilidade termica na temperatura do corpo humano (36-40 o C) e mecânica,  simulando funcoes mecânicas de um dispositivo de coracao artificial com oxigenacao extracorporeo. THERMOANALYTICAL STUDY ON THE ACTION OF NITRIC ACID UP CASSAVA STARCH GRANULES 硝酸对木薯淀粉颗粒作用的热分析研究

Modification of starches can led to new products with new desirable properties and applications in several industrial fields as food, textile, paper and others. In this study samples of cassava starch were treated with standard nitric acid 0.1 and 0.2 mol L -1 at 25 and 45oC, respectively, by 60 minutes. After washed, dried and maintained in desiccator up to constant mass, the samples were analysed by TG/DTG and shown three main mass losses as well as the treated starches shown higher stability in the decomposition. When compared with the untreated cassava starch the gelatinisation enthalpy (DSC) of the treated starches decreased mainly with the samples treated with acid at 0.2 mol L -1 . The increase of acid concentration and temperature show decrease in the relative crystallinity and low alterations in the average diameter of starch granules. Graphical Abstracts

Caracterização Térmica e Espectroscópica de Piridin-2-ilaminometileno derivados dos Ácidos de Meldrum Meldrum酸衍生吡啶-2-氨基亚甲基的热光谱表征

Solid compounds of pyridin-2-ylaminomethylene meldrun’s acid derivatives was synthesized and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), simultaneous thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results provided information on the thermal stability and thermal decomposition of the compounds with different substituent groups. The TG-DTA curves show mass losses in two or three steps between 441-978 K. The molecular geometry of the compounds were optimized using B3LYP method and 6-311G basis set. The molecular vibration of the optimized compounds was calculated in comparison with the experimental values. The molecular vibration frequencies calculated are generally higher than the corresponding experimental quantities, and it are due to a combination of effects of electronic correlation.
