Influence of Initiators on the Adhesion Properties of Bitumen Modified by Natural Origin Epoxide 引发剂对天然环氧改性沥青粘接性能的影响

The article is presenting a modification of bituminous binder with ecological epoxidized rapeseed oil (BERO) in the presence of the initiator (hardener). Adipic acid (AA), maleic anhydride (MA) and polyethylene polyamine (PEPA) were used as the initiators. The effect of modification temperature and, as well as initiator nature, on the bitumen properties was determined. Bitumen modified with BERO was evaluated by the following indicators: softening temperature, penetration, ductility, and adhesion to the glass. The optimal initiator : rapeseed oil epoxide (ERO) : bitumen ratio was found to be 0.15:3:100; it allows obtaining bitumen with improved properties, in particular, adhesive properties increase by 2–3 times depending on the nature and content of the initiator. To improve the formula composite and evaluation of asphalt mixtures the additional researches will be conducted.

Adsorption of Heavy Metal on Active Carbon Derived from Coconut Leaves Agro-Waste 椰叶废弃物活性炭对重金属的吸附研究

In this paper activated carbon is prepared from coconut leaves by chemical activation during slow pyrolysis at 673 K in an inert atmosphere. Activated carbon is prepared in the stiochiometric ratio of 1:1 (CL1), 2:1 (CL2) and 3:1 (CL3). Optimized 3:1 ratio is preferable for further study. BET surface area of CL3 activated carbon was found 1060.57 m/g. It is greater than those of CL1 and CL2. The batch sorption study experiments were conducted with respect to solute concentration of 2.5– 122.8 mg/l and solution temperature of 313–343 K. The Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin isotherm studies were conducted. The experimental data fitted very well for the pseudo-first order and pseudo-second-order. The results have established good potentiality for the CL3 activated carbon to be used as a sorbent for the removal of lead from wastewater.

Determination of the Conditions for Carbon Materials Oxidation with Carbon Monoxide Formation at High Temperatures 碳材料高温氧化生成一氧化碳条件的测定

In this paper, the influence of carbon material type, temperature and oxygen concentration in gas mixture on the processes of carbon monoxide formation in production of the electrodes by graphitization was explored experimentally. Specific quantity of gas formed for a definite time, reduced to mass unit of carbon loading using pitch, packing materials and charge mixture of industrial use, was calculated. It is demonstrated that pitch provides the highest rate of carbon oxidation with the release of CO and substantially exceeds packing materials and charge mixture for this index.

Properties of the Composites Made of Glauconite and Polyaniline in Aqueous Solutions of Phosphoric Acid 海绿石与聚苯胺复合材料在磷酸水溶液中的性能研究

The glauconite-polyaniline composites were prepared through oxidation of aniline using ammonium peroxodisulfate in aqueous solutions of phosphoric acid on the surface of a glauconite powder. Intermolecular interaction between amorphous polyaniline macromolecules and interphase coupling of polyaniline to the glauconite surface was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectroscopy. Higher concentration of phosphoric acid led to a stronger intermolecular and interphase connection because of H-bonding, and that resulted in higher electric conductivity while a magnetic susceptibility of the composites was not affected. Thermal analysis for the prepared composites confirmed the interfacial interaction between the polyaniline macromolecules and the surface of powdered glauconite.

Formation Features of Tubular Products on the Basis of Composite Hydrogels 基于复合水凝胶的管状产物的形成特征

The method for obtaining composite hydrogel tubular products with the increased strength on the basis of copolymers of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate with polyvinylpyrrolidone has been developed. The method consists in the formation of hydrogel tubes with a subsequent precipitation from the solution into their outer surfa with polyvinylpyrrolidone. The obtained composite hydrogel tubes are characterized by the sufficient strength, resilience, elasticity, as well as the ability to withstand an internal pressure within 24–43 kPa (180–320 mm Hg).

Determination of the Combustion Characteristics of Chikila Coal Through the Kissinger Kinetics Model 用基辛格动力学模型测定奇奇拉煤的燃烧特性

The combustion characteristics of Chikila coal (CHK) from Nigeria have been examined. It was established that CHK has a high carbon and fixed carbon content, but low nitrogen, sulphur, and ash content. Based on coal heating value, it was classified as a high volatile B bituminous coal. The temperature profile characteristics were examined through thermogravimetric analysis. The combustion kinetics of CHK was examined based on the Kissinger model. It is shown that CHK is a potentially good feedstock for future energy recovery and industrial utilization.

Study on Rheological Properties of Extra-Heavy Crude Oil from Fields of Ukraine 乌克兰油田特重质原油流变特性研究

1 The rheological properties of oils from 3 wells of Yablunivske field (Poltava region, Ukraine) were investigated using a rotational viscometer. According to the dynamic viscosity and shear stress dependence on the shear velocity, the nature of the oil flow has been determined, which is of practical importance for evaluating the effectiveness of different modes of action on the rheological behavior of oils during their extraction and transportation.
使用旋转粘度计研究了yablunivke油田(乌克兰波尔塔瓦地区)3口井的油的流变性能。根据动态粘度和剪切应力对剪切速度的依赖关系,确定了油品流动的性质,这对于评价不同作用方式对油品在提取和输送过程中流变行为的有效性具有实际意义。

Rubber Crumb Modified Bitumen Produced from Crude Oils Residuals of Ukrainian Deposits 从乌克兰油田原油残渣中制备橡胶屑改性沥青

1 The main regularities of the modification with a rubber crumb for bitumen produced from the residuals of crude oils of Ukrainian deposits have been studied. The thermal stability of the rubber crumb has been examined using the derivatograpgy. The mechanism of bitumen modification with the rubber crumb at low and high temperatures has been established. The influence of technological factors on the main quality indices of modified bitumen has been studied. The changes in the group composition of the original and modified bitumen were found.

Optimization of Synthesis Conditions of Mercury Selenide Thin Films 硒化汞薄膜合成条件的优化

The mercury selenide (HgSe) films were obtained on glass substrates via the chemical deposition method. The aqueous solutions of mercury(II) nitrate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium selenosulfate and tri-sodium citrate were used. X-ray and elemental analysis of the film sample were made. The effect of initial reagents concentration, synthesis duration and temperature on the mass of HgSe films was investigated and coatings thickness was calculated. The optical and morphological properties of HgSe films were examined. The deposition mechanism is discussed.

The aqueous solutions of mercury(II) nitrate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium selenosulfate and tri-sodium citrate were used. X-ray and elemental analysis of the film sample were made. The effect of initial reagents concentration, synthesis duration and temperature on the mass of HgSe films was investigated and coatings thickness was calculated. The optical and morphological properties of HgSe films were examined. Chromium(VI) Removal Using Activated Thuja Occidentalis Leaves Carbon Powder – Adsorption Isotherms and Kinetic Studies 活化木参叶炭粉去除六价铬吸附等温线及动力学研究

This study investigates the capability of Thuja occidentalis leaves carbon powder (TOLC) as a viable adsorbent for the expulsion of chromium(VI) from aqueous solutions. By batch mode, the removal percentage of Cr(VI) is observed to be pH perceptive and furthermore relies upon the time of equilibration, amount of the TOLC adsorbent and Cr(VI) concentration. TOLC adsorbent before and after adsorption of Cr(VI) was characterized with FTIR, SEM and EDX. Adsorption isotherm results divulge that the Langmuir model was a better fit. The kinetic studies divulge that the pseudosecond-order model was the best fit. TOLC adsorbent can be easily regenerated and utilised for several adsorption/ desorption cycles.
本研究考察了西叶碳粉(TOLC)作为一种可行的吸附剂对铬(VI)的吸附能力。通过批处理模式,观察到Cr(VI)的去除率与pH值有关,并且还依赖于平衡时间、TOLC吸附剂的量和Cr(VI)浓度。用FTIR、SEM和EDX对TOLC吸附剂吸附Cr(VI)前后进行了表征。吸附等温线结果表明Langmuir模型更适合。动力学研究表明,拟二阶模型是最合适的。TOLC吸附剂可以很容易地再生并用于多次吸附/解吸循环。
