Hydrochloric and Orthophosphoric Acids Use in the Quick-Traffic Slurry Surfacing Mix 盐酸和正磷酸在速溶浆料堆焊中的应用

This article is devoted to development and production (on a lab emulsion plant) of six compositions of slow-setting bitumen emulsions for a slurry-surfacing mix. An aggregate composition for Type 1 (0–5 mm) and Type 3 (0–15 mm) slurry-surfacing mixes was determined and selected. Results of the slurry surfacing mix composition selected by the criteria of a mixture decay, cohesion strength build-up rate and material loss by wet track abrasion testing – on the basis of bitumen emulsions produced from both distilled and oxidized bitumen, using various emulsifiers and both hydrochloric and orthophosphoric acids, are presented in the article. Advantages of using slurry-surfacing mixes based on emulsion produced with orthophosphoric acid and Redicote C-320Е emulsifier were proved. Such a system either minimizes or eliminates in its composition the use of the mixture decomposition regulator and reduces the content of Portland cement. The application of such a system makes it possible to produce slurry surfacing mix on the basis of low acid oxidized bitumen made from light petroleum and rock material through the criterion of the total surface activity determined by methylene blue with high rates of mix curing, and consequently the transport rapid start on the arranged thinlayer coating. Besides, the wet track abrasion indices of this system are substantially lower than in traditional system on oxidized bitumen, and even lower in comparison with the system on distilled bitumen.

Developing a Method for Determination of Urinary Delta-Amino-Levulinic Acid using Molecularly Imprinted Polymers 用分子印迹聚合物测定尿中氨基乙酰丙酸的方法研究

Delta-amino-levulinic acid (ALA) has been introduced as a biological exposure index for workers exposed to lead. In this study, a new analytical method has been developed using molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) in microextraction by packed sorbent for urine samples. A spectrophotometric analysis was carried out for urine samples. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to determine the main constituents of MIPs. The optimized method was fast, sensitive, selective, easy to use and friendly to the environment. The results indicated that the developed method is a suitable and rapid method for the bio-monitoring of individuals exposed to lead.

Modification of the Catalytic System for the Industrial Chlorine Processing of Ethylene in 1,2-Dichloroethane 1,2-二氯乙烷工业制氯乙烯催化体系的改进

1 A new mechanism for the reaction of direct (additive) chlorination of ethylene with chlorine from the formation of 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of FeCl3 catalyst promoted by NaCl has been proposed. It was found that the rate depends on the active phase concentration of the catalyst and the promoter, as well as the formation of the Na[Fe(C2H4Cl)4] complex, which is a surface intermediate of the reaction. The heterogeneous-homogeneous mechanism of the process, according to which the reaction begins on the surface of the catalytic complex and lasts in a solution of dichloroethane, has been substantiated. A stabilizer of the catalyst complex – the sodium salt of perforated sulfonic acid, which accelerates the process of dissolution of sodium chloride, – increases the selectivity of 1,2-dichloroethane formation and reduces the number of by-products of trichloroethane and other chlorine derivatives.

Synthesis and Evaluation of Hypoglycemic Activity of New Pyrazolothiazolidine Hybrid Structures 新型吡唑噻唑烷杂化结构的合成及降糖活性评价

New promising pyrazolothiazolidine hybrid structures, containing a methylenehydrazone linker between functionalized pyrazole and thiazolidine cycles, have been obtained using cyclocondensation of 3-aryl-4formylpyrazole thiosemicarbazones and diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in mild reactional conditions. The acetic acid was proposed as a catalytic agent for the synthesis of ambident bi-center thiosemicarbazones as reagents for further formation of the thiazolidine cycle. The obtained pyrazolothiazolidines were found to exhibit hypoglycemic activity by in vivo study of glucose level in the blood of rats after oral administration of synthesized derivatives

Titanium Dioxide/Copper/Carbon Composites for the Photocatalytic Degradation of Phenol 二氧化钛/铜/碳复合材料光催化降解苯酚

. 1 The incorporation of titanium dioxide and copper onto activated carbon for phenol removal was evaluated. Based on catalyst contents and phenol degradation, four composites were selected and characterized. The results showed that both adsorption and photocatalytic activities were influenced by the presence and arrangement of the catalysts.

Preparation and Characterization of Molecular Imprinted Polymer for the Selective Recognition of Serotonin 5 -羟色胺选择性识别分子印迹聚合物的制备与表征

. 1 Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared for highly selective recognition of serotonin. Acrylamide, methacrylic acid and methacrylamide were selected as the monomers for the production of MIPs. Functional monomers were polymerized with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 1,4-butanediol diacrylate, and trimethylpropane triacrylate with serotonin (MIP-EGDMA, MIP-BUT and MIP-TMT). Serotonin was removed from MIP by the mixture of methanol/acetic acid (4:1). Non-imprinted polymers (NIPs) were synthesized without serotonin (NIP-EGDMA, NIP-BUT and NIP-TMT). For the characterization of synthesized polymers FTIR, DSC, TGA, and SEM analysis were investigated. The parameters that affect the adsorption of serotonin on polymers such as temperature, pH and concentration were evaluated. The selectivity and reusability studies were also investigated.

Slurry Surfacing Mixes on the Basis of Bitumen Modified with Phenol-Cresol-Formaldehyde Resin 苯酚-甲酚-甲醛树脂改性沥青的料浆堆焊料

Slow-breaking monophase cationic bitumen emulsions have been produced on the basis of bitumen modified with phenol-cresol-formaldehyde resin (PhCR-F). Bitumen emulsions were used as a binder for thin-layer coatings with slurry surfacing mixes (SSM). Physical and technical parameters of modified and unmodified emulsions were determined and analyzed. The optimal compositions of SSM were selected according to the breaking criterion. The values of SSM wet track abrasion were determined. It was found that the addition of PhCR-F allows to improve the adhesion properties of the thin-layer coatings.

. 1 The influence of the electrolysis parameters on the process of VT6 titanium alloy oxidizing in oxalic acid solutions is presented. It is shown that the nature of cell voltage-time curves for the alloy samples depends on the current density used. The interference-colored oxide films are formed on the surface of the alloy at the anodic current density above 0.5 A ∙ dm -2 . The maximal thickness and the oxide film color are determined by the cell voltage and do not depend on other electrolysis parameters. The results of oxidation in oxalic and sulfuric acids solutions made it possible to establish the similarity of cell voltage-time dependencies and the time of oxide film formation with maximal thickness for these electrolysis conditions.

Gas Nature Effect on the Destruction of Various Microorganisms Under Cavitation Action 气体性质对空化作用下各种微生物的破坏作用

The disinfection of water from Diplococcus, S.lutea, B.cereus, and Ps.fluorescens bacteria types and the yeast Sacch.cerevisiae via the joint action of gas/US has been investigated. The investigated microorganisms were identified in natural water and wastewater in dominant amounts. The relative ranges of effective cell destruction by combined gas/US action have been established. The most efficient microorganism destruction has been obtained using Ar/US compared to Не/US, СО2/US and О2/US and is accounted for by those gas properties able to affect sonochemical activity.
