With methods of the principal component analysis and the cluster analysis, the employment structure features and spatial distribution of 139 counties (cities and districts at county level) in Shandong province were explored. And 8 spatial models were given: serial-concentric circles, discontinuous-concentric circles, jumpable-concentric circles, mixed-concentric circles, polycentric- concentric circles, center-revolved-concentric, double-centres and belt-concentric. Finally the mechanism of the provincial border-regions is determined from 5 aspects: natural conditions, core city, transportation and the relation between cities.

On the basis of “China Path” of two-stage transformation in rural-urban labor mobility, the issue of peasant workers' citizenization is put forward. The second generation peasant workers are a special mobility group, which is not only remarkably different from that of the first generation peasant workers both in socioeconomic and personal characteristics, but also eager to be citizenized. This article firstly poses the proposition of peasant workers' citizenization and its implications, and then probes into the features and process of the second generation peasant workers' citizenization, and analyses the challenges that will be faced with in the progress of the second generation peasant workers' citizenization. Relevant suggestions for smooth progress of the second generation peasant workers' citizenization are raised in the last part.

The migration of rural migrant workers has new characteristics and results in problems in China's “urban diseases” caused by the bad order of migration with a huge number and a high degree of concentration, low level of collective action, marginality in social status, unfair treatment, difficult integration of the new generation, and new return trend of rural migrants. Countermeasures should be taken to develop medium-sized and small cities, integrate the labor market of the city and countryside, provide necessary public services and social security, provide vocational training, guide the rural migrant workers to return rationally, and help the new generation live in harmony with urban residents.

The basis of the legal protection of resource security is its relative laws, which have four main characteristics. They are foundational, divergent, comprehensive and of long-term social benefits in view. The coordination mechanism of the legal protection of resource security with its relative laws meets the needs of the sustainable development of the economy, society and environment. It also facilitates and is facilitated by the modern transformation of the legal system in China, and upholds the legal system as a logically self-perfecting entity. Furthermore, this coordination bears scientific feasibility

Modern economics is a market economic theory and a necessary knowledge for people to understand market economy. However, when modern economic science puts in a “great economic system”, modern economic science seems to be little convincing and even deviates from the science of sustainable development. This shows that modern economic science has relativity, and must be transformed by the idea of sustainable development.

To establish a complete villagers' social security system is one of the important steps in constructing new socialist villages. Theoretically speaking, establishing villagers' social security system is the need of welfare, social production and management of macro-demand. Nowadays, China has the ability to bear the expense of establishing villagers' social security system. As far as the existing state of rural areas is concerned, the function of land and family security is weakening, the social security need of peasant workers in cities in urbanization is increasing, and the rural population is aging. All these urgently need perfecting villagers' social security. Considering the existing state of China, currently four principles and three emphases should be maintained.
