The present research is focused on correct and erroneous use of punctuation marks and compares boys and girls in terms of the use of punctuation marks. It mainly focused on finding out the proficiency of the students in the use of punctuation marks in English writing. In order to fulfill these objectives, 40 students of class XI (20 boys and 20 girls) from GVN Secondary schools of Banke District, Nepalgunj, Nepal were given test items related to the guided writing. To select school, the researcher used judgmental non-random sampling procedure and to choose students, random sampling procedures were used. The researcher found that fullstop has the highest frequency (i.e. 34.42%) and slash has the lowest frequency (i.e. 1.02%) of the total use. Article visualizations:

Problem-Based Learning is understood as a student-centred approach to teaching and learning that complements psychological and social-constructivist learning models and theories. The literature points to the fact that PBL, as a case-based platform, is highly applicable to teacher education and professional development. Social-constructivist learning invites prospective teachers to participate thoughtfully in inquiry-based problems and analysis that have genuine implications on student and classroom issues. This paper, therefore, discusses a unique PBL model used in a professional teacher education program in a mid-sized university in Ontario, Canada. The combination of case-study, on-line communication, and the focus on students’ metacognitive skills and processes increases students’ control of their learning and engages them in meaningful and functional activities. The unique PBL model is a process of inquiry that creates spaces for prospective teachers to investigate, discuss, and negotiate the multiple and pertinent complexities and perspectives related to teachers’ practice.

MOOC has a great influence on current teaching and learning. At present, there are many problems in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the functions and advantages of MOOC and analyzes the feasibility of applying MOOC to the teaching of college students’ entrepreneurship educational courses, the realization of sharing course resources and teaching design through MOOC platform. Therefore, the teaching effect of college entrepreneurship education can be improved. Meanwhile, the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students can be improved.

The traditional undergraduate education of the teacher centered mode has not been able to meet the social high-end requirement. The auxiliary teaching virtual instrument technology was introduced as the "three-in-one" mode in the electric drive control program. Focusing on the studentcentered classroom atmosphere, the teacher carried out the teaching and implementation around the current business needs for college student’s occupation. At the same time, the extracurricular science and technology competitions were integrated into the class teaching. By means of "do", the textbook knowledge would be transformed into practice of "live" knowledge and the two aspects of knowledge and practical ability of the students were promoted. At last, the innovation ability, practice ability and knowledge master’s degree of the students were improved obviously, which laid a good foundation for students to be familiar with their future work.
