When I presented this clinical case in the Congress of the FAHMA (Federación de Asociaciones Médicas Homeopáticas Argentinas) in 2008, I was based that the improvement had been produced by the enzymatic similarity of poisons of Lachesis and Loxosceles Laeta and in the homeopathic symptoms that shared. The Dr. Sankaran focuses the study of different medicines in the different kingdoms and describes the sensations in each of them. It seems interesting to continue with the study of this remedy and to continue contributing new experiences from the different homeopathic approaches.

Pneumonia is a nosological entity frequently found both in primary and hospital care. This disease, which can sometimes be very serious, is also often found in homeopathic medicine. As homeopathic doctors, we cannot ignore the necessity of considering patient individuality, above all, even in such a typified disease. Several clinical cases will be presented in this article that focus on the particular vital moment in which the patient starts showing the typical symptoms of pneumonia. Due to the length restrictions of the article, it will not be able to present the many other relevant aspects of each individual case in addition to this existential moment referred to above. The article will finally deal with the importance of suppression, the treatment of acute symptoms and the importance of exacerbation as related to symptomatic and vitality wholeness.

Introduction and objectives
Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) is mainly observed in primary care and its prevalence could be as high as 5%. This retrospective study has the aim of evaluating the results obtained with the therapeutic method based on a pluralist homeopathic approach.
Material and methods
An observational study was conducted on a cohort of 220 patients, treated by a pluralist homeopathic doctor. A review was carried out on 460 medical records, from which were selected the 220 who fulfilled the criteria required by the DSM-IV-TR to establish the diagnosis of GAD. As regards the homeopathic medications indicated, in all cases the patient was prescribed the temperament medication. When considered necessary, a complementary medication such as, a neurovegetative regulation medication, a causality medication, a terrain medication, or a constitution medication was prescribed. Some criteria were defined that grouped the patients according to the response to treatment. According to this response they were grouped into levels of cure, or lack of response. A specific data base was designed for all of this.
Results
The mean age of the patients studied was 38 years, 78% of which were women. Only 16% of the patients had an associated general illness. The time of onset of the symptoms was more than 12 months in 45% of cases. Almost one-third (31%) of the cases were taking conventional treatment (anxiolytics and/or antidepressants) when they came to the clinic. Temperament Medication (or the principal medication or background remedy) of the patient was prescribed in all 220 cases. The start of improvement was observed in 73% of cases (158 patients) in the first follow-up visit, which was 30 days after the initial visit. The patients were considered cured, due to disappearance of symptoms, in 157 (71%) of the cases treated. In 124 (56.37%) of the cases, the follow-up was less than 2 years, and in 84 (38.18%) it was between 2 and 6 years. In 9 (4%) of cases the follow was greater than 10 years. The cure using homeopathic treatment was significantly associated with: a younger age, a lower time since onset of symptoms, and with the absence of a conventional pharmacological treatment prior to consulting the homeopath.
Conclusions
This retrospective review demonstrates that the treatment applied could be effective in the treatment of GAD. It may cover both the somatic manifestations of the anxiety and the deeper fundamental unease that affects the individual.

A portable homeopathic first-aid kit, made by the Schwabe Pharmaceuticals Company as prescribed by Dr. Comet Fargas (1855-1919), is presented. The kit is part of the museum collection of the Museo Municipal de Náutica del Masnou, Barcelona. It was originally made up of 12 small jars of which 10 remain with their original content. The kit also includes Dr. Comet Fargas's original handwritten prescription that includes the medications in the kit, their usage and dosage. The kit was made around the late 19th early 20th century, the period when Dr. Comet worked as homeopathic doctor.

Attending the Loxosceles Laeta pathogenesis athenaeum by Dr. Cámpora and his team contributed to this producing this study and to the prescribing of Loxosceles Laeta to other patients, based on the pathogenetic symptoms so far found by Dr. Cámpora. Medical records include no long or short-term outcome, but the aim of this paper is to contribute to the Loxosceles Laeta data for clinical research by other homeopaths. A comparison is also presented on the symptoms already attributed to Loxosceles and other arachnids, such as Aranea Diadema, Aranea Ixobola, Theridium, Tarantula, Latrodectus Mactans, and Mygale Lasiodora. Four medical records especially selected for this paper will be described.
Materials and methods: medical records provided by Dr. Detinis and taken from patients seen at our association. The materials for this paper are based on Loxosceles Laeta pathogenesis.

Objectives
To characterise the epidemiological and clinical profile of patients attending a primary care (PC) unit due to anxiety disorder (AD), determine the therapeutic management in real clinical practice, and evaluate the short-term effect of the most frequent combination therapies, including homeopathy.
Patients and methods
Epidemiological, prospective, and multicentre study involving clinical data from 110 patients under supervision of 15 PC physicians who were familiar with the use of homeopathic agents. The clinical evaluation was established by Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Anxiety Visual Analogue Scale, and Clinical Global Impression of Change Scale, over 60 days of follow-up.
Results
The patient with AD was predominantly female. Two-thirds experienced generalized AD or panic disorder, and almost 20% had psychological comorbidities. The treatment with several drugs was more frequent than monotherapy, consisting mainly in the combination of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, benzodiazepines, and a complex homeopathic drug (27.3%). The clinical evaluation was favourable, defined by a statically significant decrease in anxiety, but with no differences between the combinations of treatments.
Conclusions
PC physicians who are familiar with the use of homeopathic agents already use them as a complementary therapeutic option in the management of AD. According to the favourable clinical results achieved with single as well as combined therapy, this clinical practice should be integrated into the management of AD in PC.
