Henkel AG & Co KgaA has further strengthened its Adhesive Technologies business by acquiring a supplier of protective coating and sealing technology based in the USA. The move follows its recent acquisition of another US firm that specialises in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) composite technology.
