Design and Implementation of Multi-tenant Vehicle Monitoring Architecture Based on Microservices and Spark Streaming 基于微服务和Spark Streaming的多租户车辆监控架构设计与实现

Aiming at reducing the costs for customers and making full use of software and hardware resources, this article propose a vehicle monitoring cloud architecture for multi-tenant in this paper which could provide customers with rent-and-use cloud services. This architecture is based on the springcloud microservice framework, any microservice module could be packaged into docker images and managed by kubernetes. When the system concurrency increases or decreases, the container can be dynamically expanded and recycled to rationally allocate hardware resources to solve the bottleneck of service access load. This architecture also recommends kafka message queues to decouple front-end data collection components and back-end data processing components that could achieve greater throughput. The MapReduce programming model is used to group chaotic data sent by all tenants’ vehicle terminal by tenant id, and statistical analysis is performed on the data of each tenant.

An Algorithm for the Hole Filling of Motion Foreground Based on Superpixel Segmentation 基于超像素分割的运动前景补孔算法

For mainstream sports foreground extraction algorithm in complex scenarios to extract the prospect of movement target image problems is empty, this chapter to the extraction of the prospect areas and the prospects of a nearby empty area between nature has made the thorough analysis, put forward a kind of based on feature fusion of pixel segmentation combined with a significant test of hole filling algorithm. Since the SLIC superpixel segmentation has little difference in the color features of pixels, the moving foreground pixels will be divided into unified superpixel, resulting in the uneven interior of the region. This algorithm cleverly introduces the LBP texture feature, which can be better segmented according to the contour information of the moving foreground image. Finally, with the combination of saliency moving foreground target image filling, a more ideal moving foreground image is obtained.
针对主流运动前景提取算法在复杂场景下提取运动目标前景图像中存在的空白问题,本章对提取的前景区域与前景附近的空白区域之间的性质做了深入的分析,提出了一种基于特征融合的像素分割相结合的孔洞填充算法。由于SLIC超像素分割在像素的颜色特征上差别不大,因此运动的前景像素会被分割成统一的超像素,导致区域内部不均匀。该算法巧妙地引入了LBP纹理特征,可以根据运动前景图像的轮廓信息进行更好的分割。最后,结合显著性运动前景目标图像填充,得到较为理想的运动前景图像。

Classifying Quality Grading and Size of Allium Cepa Using Digital Image Processing Algorithms 用数字图像处理算法对葱的质量分级和大小进行分类

This study introduced the system that can classify the size, color, and texture of the onion based on Philippine National Standard (PNS) using image processing methods such as Gaussian Blur, Canny Edge, Erosion, Dilation, Contouring, Color Masking, Pixel per metric ratio, RGB, and Blob. The Blob algorithm can detect the texture of the onion according to its grade; Grade A(Grade 1), Grade B (Grade 2), Grade C (Combination of Grade 1 and Grade 2), and Reject. The researcher conducted series of experimental testing to compare the quality grading using manual and automatic classification of bulb onion. The statistical method used for this study is T-test to compare the manual sorting and automated sorting. The t-values for red onion based on local standards is 0.1284, while the yellow onion is 0.0178. The results are less than the critical value of 2.01. It means that the null hypothesis is accepted. Over all, the system can determine the size, color, and texture bulbs of onion using image algorithms.

Data Glove Design and Virtual Hand Simulation Based on Single-chip Microcomputer 基于单片机的数据手套设计与虚拟手仿真

With the gradual development of virtual reality (VR) technology, users have increasingly higher demand for system interaction. The human-computer interaction (HMI) by means of data glove is a widely used interaction means in the current days. In this paper, a type of single-chip microcomputer based low cost data glove is designed for figure posture acquisition. Also, a programmable control virtual hand model is designed for simulation. And they are used for building a basic HMI system. In terms of hardware, the system adopts a single-chip microcomputer as the core of data processing and collects, processes and transmits hand posture data together with peripheral data acquisition circuit. In terms of software, mapping is established between the practical and virtual hand postures based on the strap-down navigation algorithm and the 3D skeletal animation algorithm, for the purpose of basic interactive application of data gloves.

Vertical Variation of Hg Content without Transport Source 无运输源的汞含量垂直变化

The investigation data on Hg in Jiaozhou Bay in May, August and October 1992 showed the horizontal and vertical changes of Hg content and the difference of Hg content between the surface and bottom layers in the Jiaozhou Baymouth. By these data, it was shown that the magnitude and time of Hg content in transportation affected the Hg content change of the surface and bottom layers and subsidence area. The results showed that in May, August and October, there was no source of Hg content in the south and west of the bay mouth, and in the southwest, center and southeast of the bay. The settlement of Hg content in the surface layer did not depend on the Hg content transported from sources, but only depended on the Hg content in the surface layer of waters. On the spatial scale, according to the results from subtracting Hg content in the surface and bottom, the Hg content in the waters accounted for more than half, the Hg content sediment accounted for one third, and the Hg content distributed uniformly accounted for one tenth. As a result, the Hg content is abundant in the water body, without forming large deposits. On the time scale, from May to October, in the central waters of Jiaozhou Bay and the coastal waters in the southeast of the bay, during the change process of Hg content in the surface and bottom layer, it appeared that the Hg content was consistent in the surface and bottom layer. At this time, the Hg content presented the homogeneity in the water body.

A Prediction Model of Urban Rail Transit Noise 城市轨道交通噪声预测模型研究

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, subway has become the preferred choice for residents to travel, but its noise pollution is becoming increasingly serious. At present, there is a lack of effective model to predict the noise of train operation in China. In this paper, a noise prediction model of urban rail transit is proposed. Based on the existing model, the parameters are modified and improved, and the influence of environmental factors on noise and its prediction method are verified. The author also puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce traffic noise and how to construct subway lines in different periods. In this paper, a noise prediction model is established, which can predict the noise of rail transit, and some effective methods to reduce the noise are put forward.

Prediction of Downstream BOD based on Light Gradient Boosting Machine Method 基于光梯度增强机法的下游生物需氧量预测

The problem of water pollution has been one of the most concerned problems in the world. There are three consecutive stations of the state water monitoring system. The data of each station in the data set is measured equally from upstream to downstream by the distance between stations as the id increase and the data are BOD monthly averages. The number of observations on stations is different (from 2004 to 2020). Exploratory information investigation was utilized to identify connections in the information and assess information reliance. In recent years, with the rise of artificial intelligence, more and more scholars use machine learning to solve the problem of water pollution. Both light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM) and extreme gradient boosting (XGB) use gradient boosting algorithm. XGB and LightGBM are used in this paper to build a model for predicting downstream BOD concentration and even recover some historical data that was lost. The result shows that the LightGBM determines a high accuracy model by training and testing, and LightGBM is more stable than XGB.

Most traditional multi-legged rescue equipment uses semi-autonomous control, which is not flexible and maneuverable. In addition, conditions such as long-distance communication and environmental particularity make it difficult to achieve real-time control of rescue equipment. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the autonomous behavior ability of rescue equipment. Environmental awareness is a prerequisite for rescue equipment to walk independently. Only with extremely strong environmental awareness ability can rescue equipment correctly plan the movement route and avoid unnecessary danger. Aiming at the situation of complex terrain in the wild, a method for constructing semantic terrain is proposed. The triangulated network is used to connect the scattered point clouds into regular surfaces, and then the basic features of the surface are used to classify the terrain to forma semantic terrain recognizable by rescue equipment. We performed 3D reconstruction on the point cloud data set that we built. Experiments show that this method is fast, and the construction of million points only takes 2.5s, which can basically achieve real-time performance and can meet the effect of real-time autonomous movement of rescue equipment.
