The friction coefficient identification of dry clutch is a precondition for precise model-based dry clutch control. Recursive Least Square with forgetting factors is adopted to identify the friction coefficient of dry clutch during vehicle starting-up process. Because the accuracy of the engine damp coefficient affects friction coefficient identification of the clutch, it is necessary to identify the clutch friction coefficient and engine damp coefficient simultaneously. Through model simulation, it is shown that accurate and fast identification can be achieved no matter what initial values were chosen. It is also verified that the identification performance is good enough for different launch maneuvers with different throttle operations.

The difficulties of aircraft type recognition methods are introduced and the necessity of multi-classifier fusion decision method is discussed. The some kinds of invariants: Hu moments, Affine moments, Zernike moments, Wavelet moments, are used for constructing four SVM classifiers. Based on the above four classifiers, an adaptive-weight regularization method is proposed for improving aircraft type classification performance. Experiments are shown that, the recognition rate by the proposed method in this paper is better than any classifier of the above four classifiers, the fixed-weight multi-classifier fusion method and the majority multi-classifier fusion method.

This paper concerns with the dynamics of TH equations both in the time domain and in the true anomaly domain. Based on the homogeneous solutions of TH equations, a state transition matrix for the TH equations in the true anomaly domain is obtained. The state transition matrix applies to any eccentric orbit. Through the state transition matrix, the sampleddata descriptions are obtained for both the TH equations and the dimensionless equations. In order to evaluate the sampleddata description presented in this paper, a discrete time model constructed by the state transition matrix derived by Melton is introduced. At last simulations present the errors between these sampled-data descriptions.

A typical constrained mixed-integer nonlinear program: truss sizing and shape optimization under multi-loading cases and complex constraints is investigated in this work. A laconic adaptive penalty function is employed to handle the structural stress and local buckling constraints. The Covariance Matrix Adaptation Evolution Strategy (CMA-ES) is adopted to update the structural design variables. The effectiveness and efficiency of proposed hybrid algorithm is verified by a benchmark tower optimization problem. Numerical results indicate that the performance indicators of present work are better than those shown in the literature.

In this paper, we present some remarks on frequency weighted balanced truncation technique based on Schur-decomposition idea. In particular we show that two frequency weighted balanced truncation techniques [7], [9] based on Schur-decomposition idea are special cases of a more general technique introduced recently in [10], [11].

In this paper, a new method for music symbol classification named Combined Neural Network (CNN) is proposed. Tests are conducted on more than 9000 music symbols from both real and scanned music sheets, which show that the proposed technique offers superior classification capability. At the same time, the performance of the new network is compared with the single Neural Network (NN) classifier using the same music scores. The average classification accuracy increased more than ten percent, reaching 98.82%.

This paper addresses the beam pattern analysis in uncertain environment. Assuming that beamforming is achieved along one given receiver direction, the beam pattern is controlled via the sensor distribution to make different goals. Given two different applications, we show that the sensor nodes are located in a straight line perpendicular to the receiver direction, different distance between the sensors contributes towards separate purposes, respectively. Simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of our approach.

A new attitude and orbit control system (AOCS) software architecture is presented in this paper by using the concept of software bus. According to the analysis of the function flow and data flow of AOCS, its software components are partitioned clearly under the rule of function cohesion and data cohesion, and each component data interaction standard interface is determined as well. Based on such kind of partition, a series of software components with single function are developed to build a component library, which is used for function configuration of AOCS software. Finally, using this library, desired AOCS software can be integrated to follow the mission requirement. During the integration, the software bus is chosen as the communication style of the software architecture to dispatch and manage the components of the software.

A SINS/CNS/GNSS integrated navigation scheme is researched for advanced upper stage in this paper. First of all, the composition of the integrated navigation is introduced. Then, the error model of the integration system in launch inertial frame was established. especially the misalignments of star tracker are inputted as system states, and also the federated filter algorithm is used to estimate the state errors of the integrated navigation system. Finally, simulations results show that the SINS/CNS/GNSS integrated navigation can provide navigation parameters with high accuracy, which can meet the accuracy requirements of advanced upper stage.
