Determining the motion resistance force to belt on load bearing structure of a tubular belt conveyor 管状带式输送机承载结构对输送带运动阻力的确定

The purpose of the work is to investigation of the influence of the main parameters of a tubular belt conveyor on the resistance of the belt movement on the idler of conveyor. Research methods . To solve these problems, methods of thin elastic shell theory and loose material mechanics were use. The results. The analysis of the design features of industrial conveyors shows that the resistance force to belt movement on tube conveyor idlers is greater than that of a belt conveyor with a trough belt, due to the influence of the resistance force component caused by the deformation of the cargo. The mathematical model of resistance to the movement of the belt on idlers tubular belt conveyor has been developing. The analytical dependence of the belt resistance forces on the idlers on the conveyor parameters, belt and cargo properties, as well as on the degree of belt filling with cargo was obtained. Results for the calculation of the resistance coefficient to belt movement as a function of the degree of filling at different belt tensions, roller radii and the coefficient of internal friction of the cargo are given. It found that with increasing degree of filling of tubular belt conveyor, belt tension and radius of rollers, coefficient of resistance to belt movement decreases, and with increasing coefficient of internal friction of bulk cargo and cylindrical stiffness of the belt, on the contrary, increases. Scientific novelty. Based on the theory of thin elastic cylindrical shells and loose material mechanics, a mathematical model of the resistance to belt movement on the idlers of a tubular belt conveyor is develop for the first time. Analytical dependencies of resistance force to belt movement on tube conveyor idlers on main parameters of conveyor, belt and bulk cargo properties are established. The practical significance. The results of the investigations make it possible, depending on the basic parameters of the conveyor, the properties of the belt and the bulk material to be transporting, to determine the resistance to belt movement on the idlers of a tubular belt conveyor. This reduces drive power by selecting the parameters of idlers and belt.

Substantiation of efficiency of use of carbon-fiber reinforcedplastic fasteners for mining products in Western Donbass mines 顿巴斯西部矿区矿产品碳纤维增强塑料紧固件使用效率的验证

Purpose. To analyze the possibility of using support made of composite materials and evaluate its prospects for mine workings in coal mines. Conduct a comparative analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of carbon fiber and metal support, as well as compare their features. Determine the possibility of using a new composite lining for mine workings in the conditions of mines in the Western Donbas. Research methodology. An analysis of fastening materials was carried out and a general assessment was obtained, thanks to the physical and mechanical properties. An analysis of the stress-strain state of the possible use of an arched composite fastening of a circular cross section was carried out and the expediency of its use for a fastening system in difficult mining and geological conditions was determined. Research results. A detailed comparative analysis of the stress-strain state of a layered mass after the passage of a mine working was carried out using a new material in the fastening system. As a result of the study, it was concluded that in order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of rock pressure around the working, it is better to use a new composite fastening. The advantages and dis-advantages of the innovative lining for the mine workings of coal mines in the Western Donbas are assessed. A limiting factor has been identified that today has a negative impact on the widespread use of this material, namely the high cost of carbon fibers. It was concluded that when using a composite lining of a circular cross section, it is possible to achieve an increase in the rate of workings, a decrease in the labor intensity of work and an improvement in the working conditions of miners in difficult mining and geological conditions. Scientific novelty. The regularities of the stress-strain state of a layered massif with an arched composite lining are determined in relation to the possible use of working support in zones of uneven distribution of rock pressure. Practical value. According to the results of the study, it was found that when using an arched composite lining, it is possible to achieve an increase in productivity, ensure the reliability of support for the goaf and improve the working conditions of miners.

Results of research of innovative potential of coal mines in conditions of diversification 多元化条件下煤矿创新潜力研究成果

Purpose is to propose a new methodological approach to complex assessment of coal-mining enter-prises basing on the evaluation of technological schemes from the viewpoint of their susceptibility to innovations. Methodology . To solve the specified problems, a complex method has been used. The method in-volves geometrical interpretation of a task of determining boundary parameters of technological those parts of a mine field where the effect will show its maximum. Modelling of such problems is based on a system of constraints without any requirements for providing the planned mine loading, obligatory in the past. Originality . Analysis of the indices of efficiency of coal-mining technological schemes and account-ing of the developed factual system of indices have helped elaborate recommendations concerning the use of optimality criteria in the organizational tasks of assessment of the potential of technological scheme of mines. Consequently, the carried out research has resulted in a new system as for innovation management in a mining complex. Practical implications . The proposed approaches can be used for complex assessment of coal mines that will help determine a level of state support as well as predict a level of development and concentration of mining operations in space. All that will allow effective managing for the main production resources to increase the potential of technological mining schemes and reduce a level of unprofita-bility of state coal mines.

Purprose. Improving the quality of iron oxide by grinding it and removing chlorine-containing impurities. Development of the technological scheme for the decision of these questions with use of vortex devices and definition of optimum parameters of its work. The originality. The dependences of the degree of removal of chlorine-containing substances from iron oxide on the heat treatment temperature in the vortex apparatus are established. Practical implications. The main operating parameters of drying are determined, with these parameters will be active removal of harmful impurities of iron oxide concentrate, which will improve its quality and increase the range of products.

Purpose. Analyze possible designs of an experimental facility for measuring the movement resistance force of the brush along a filter mesh of an industrial filter. Identify and justify the advantages and disadvantages of the specified facility designs. Justify the optimal design of the experimental facility for the physical experiments, which will provide the possibility of studying the friction force of the brush on the filter mesh, the influence of the parameters of the grid and the brush on the friction force and provide the least impact on the studied parameters. The methods. Analytical computations and computer modellings methods in SOLIDWORKS software were used to aim the goal. Objectives of the study on the experimental facility. A list of technical requirements for the experimental facility. Description of possible designs of experimental facilities, their advantages and disadvantages, justification of the efficient design of the experimental facility. Carrying out computer experiments in SOLIDWORKS software using the SOLIDWORKS Motion add-on to check and prove the assumed uneven errors, and not the expediency of the design of the experimental setup. Identification and justification of the rational design of the experimental facility. Findings. The article contains results of analytical and computer studies that has the practical im-portance to identify an effective experimental facility for the studying the cleaning process of the filter mesh with the brush cleaner. Three variants of experimental facility are described, among which the optimal experimental installation is revealed and substantiated, which provides an opportunity to study the necessary forces and parameters. The justification results have the practical implementation. Practical implementation. Described experimental facility designs allows to choose the most efficient design for research of the filter mesh cleaning up by the brush cleaner. The results of research can be used to conduct a physical experiment.

Analyze possible designs of an experimental facility for measuring the movement resistance force of the brush along a filter mesh of an industrial filter. Identify and justify the advantages and disadvantages of the specified facility designs. Justify the optimal design of the experimental facility for the physical experiments, which will provide the possibility of studying the friction force of the brush on the filter mesh, the influence of the parameters of the grid and the brush on the friction force and provide the least impact on the studied parameters. The methods. Analytical computations and computer modellings methods in SOLIDWORKS software were used to aim the goal. Objectives of the study on the experimental facility. A list of technical requirements for the experimental facility. Description of possible designs of experimental facilities, their advantages and disadvantages, justification of the efficient design of the experimental facility. Carrying out computer experiments in SOLIDWORKS software using the SOLIDWORKS Motion add-on to check and prove the assumed uneven errors, and not the expediency of the design of the experimental setup. Identification and justification of the rational design of the experimental facility. Findings. The article contains results of analytical and computer studies that has the practical im-portance to identify an effective experimental facility for the studying the cleaning process of the filter mesh with the brush cleaner. Three variants of experimental facility are described, among which the optimal experimental installation is revealed and substantiated, which provides an opportunity to study the necessary forces and parameters. The justification results have the practical implementation. Practical implementation. Described experimental facility designs allows to choose the most efficient design for research of the filter mesh cleaning up by the brush cleaner. Purpose. The aim of the work is to assess the possibilities of manufacturing large diameter pipes for main pipelines, analysis of requirements for pipe billet in terms of chemical composition and mechanical properties, as well as prospects for heat treatment to improve mechanical and operational properties of main pipelines. An overview of the requirements for sheet metal for the manufacture of large diameter pipes, as well as the features of heat treatment to remove the final stresses. Peculiarities of weld heat treatment and influence of temperature on mechanical properties and structure of both base metal and welding zone are considered. The methods. The methodological basis of the study included analysis, comparison and systematization. To achieve the goal of research and solving the tasks used a set of modern research methods and developments of world manufacturers. For large diameter pipes it is better to use the periodic method of induction heat treatment, which will provide flexibility in the implementation of heat treatment modes. Findings. Systematized requirements for the quality and chemical composition of materials for pipe blanks. Determination the influence of haulage distance of raw materials on road dump trucks output 确定原材料运输距离对公路自卸车产量的影响

Purpose. Establishment the dependence of dump trucks productivity on the haulage distance of building materials from quarries during the new roads construction. Research methodology. The analytical method of researches was used in theoretical generalizations and formulation of research findings. The graphical method was used to visually compare the results of the study at the haulage building materials for the construction of roadbeds over different distances. Calculation-constructive and comparative methods made it possible to determine the influence of distance on the haulage of a given volume of building materials on the productivity and quantity of trucks. The results. It has been established that the dependence of the dump trucks productivity on the distance of haulage is a power law at the haulage of building materials from quarries for the road bed construction. It has been established that the main difference between the proposed method for cal-culating the dump trucks productivity from the existing ones is the consideration the factor of change in the speed of the vehicle in different sections of the route from the quarry to the construction site. The established results will further allow to determine the effective distance of recyclable materials haulage from ore pits for road construction in comparison with the use of sand from quarries of non-metallic minerals. Scientific novelty. The performance dependence of dump trucks during the construction of the new road bed with a certain volume of building sand transported from the quarry has been established. It was determined that with an increase in the transportation distance by 16 times from 10 to 160 km, the productivity of the Ford Trucks 4142D dump truck decreases by 8.7 times from 202.1 to 23.5 thousand tons / year, and Ford Trucks 3542D by 8.6 times from 250.2 to 29.1 thousand tons/year. Practical value. The conducted researches allow to establish the required number of dump trucks for the construction of a road bed using accompany sand from the ore pits. The established parameters can be used in the development of a methodology for determining the economically viable distance for haulage recyclables from ore pits to improve the efficiency of resource-saving technologies at the roads construction.

On the correspondence of hilt's rule to metamorphic transformations of coal seams 论希尔特规律与煤层变质作用的对应关系

Purpose . Prove the compliance of Hilt's rule for all coal seams, if instead of the release of volatile matter yield to determine the degree of metamorphism, indicators are used that directly characterize changes in the composition of the organic mass. Methodology . Provides for consideration of experimental data, on the basis of which deviations from the Hilt's rule were established for the seams of ten mines using the indicator of volatile matter yield ( V daf ). Comparing the geometric arrangement of coal seams and their metamorphic characteristics, respectively, in indicators of V daf and С о , it is possible to analyze the compliance of each coal seam with the Hilt rule. Findings. With the help of the indicator of the release of volatile matter yield, it is not possible to reveal the picture of metamorphic transformations of coal seams. One indicator of metamorphic transformations of coal seams cannot single-handedly and comprehensively characterize simultaneously changes in both the composition and properties of coals. The elemental content of carbon in the organic mass is one of the more informative indicators in determining the hazardous properties of coal seams compared to the release of volatile matter yield. Compliance with the Hilt rule, established by the volatile matter yield and carbon content, is, according to both indicators, random. The absolute maximum non-compliance with the Hilt rule for the release of volatile matter yield is 7.84%, and the relative one is 23.08%. The maximum absolute and relative deviations from the Hilt rule for carbon content do not exceed 4%, which is largely due to sampling in different parts of the mine fields. Moisture, together with the release of volatile substances and carbon content, is an indicator of metamorphic transformations of coal seams, including determining their dangerous properties. The content of mineral impurities for individual coal seams is random. When developing regulatory documents for the safe conduct of mining operations, in addition to the indicators of metamorphic transformations that characterize the composition and properties of coal, it is necessary to consider the mining-geological and mining-technical conditions for mining coal seams. Originality . For the first time it has been established that the discrepancy between the metamorphic transformations of coal mine seams and the Hilt rule is eliminated if the carbon content in the organic mass is used instead of the indicator of the release of volatile matter yield. In this case, the absolute and relative deviations from the Hilt rule do not exceed 4%, which corresponds to the accuracy of determining the carbon content in different parts of the mine field. Practical implications . The research results make it possible to develop proposals for improving the regulatory framework in terms of predicting the manifestation of hazardous properties of coal seams during mining operations.
