Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh profesionalisme, motivasi kerja dan pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh (metode sensus), seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme, motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta dengan hasil pengujian F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (18,892 2,783) dan diperoleh nilai signifikansi (0,000 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,722 atau 72,2% bahwa kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh profesionalisme, motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi untuk sisanya 27,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the intellectual capital and foreign ownership and firm size on financial performance. This research was conducted at consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019 The method used in this research is purposive sampling with a total sample of 33 companies.. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source is in the form of company annual report and company annual financial reports. The data analysis tools used were descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The results showed: (1) intellectual capital had a significant positive effect on financial performance, (2) foreign ownership had no significant negative effect on financial performance, and (3) firm size had a significant negative effect on financial performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengidentifikasi indeks williamson berdasarkan kepulauan di indonesia.2) menganalisis hubungan ketimpangan pembangunan terhadap kesempatan kerja, kemiskinan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan investasi berdasarkan kepulauan di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis indeks williamson dan analisis  korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Sumatera, Pulau Nusa Tenggara, dan Pulau Papua masuk kategori dengan ketimpangan tinggi. Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Kalimantan masuk kategori ketimpangan sangat tinggi. Pulau Sulawesi masukkategori ketimpangan mendekati merata. Pulau Maluku masuk dalam kategori sangat merata. Ketimpangan pembangunan antar pulau di Indonesia memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja, kemiskinan, indeks pembangunan manusia, dan investasi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah menciptakan pembangunan infrastruktur yang merata di Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to see how promotion, product quality, and pricing affected purchase decisions and customer stisdaction at Jacko Bakery in Tarakan (Case study in the city of Tarakan). This research took a quantitative approach and relied on survey methods. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and the sampling method was non-probability sampling. The people of Tarakan who had purchased and consumed Jacko Bakerty bread products were the sample in this study with a total sample of 170 people. Path analysis with SPSS version 16 was utilized as the analytical method. The findings of this study showed that promotion variables had a negative and insignificant effect whereas product quality and price had a positive and substantial effect on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction on Jacko Bakery in Tarakan.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, image, service on passenger decisions to use Garuda Indonesia airline. This research was conducted on Garuda Indonesia passengers. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study were all service users of the Garuda Indonesia airline. The research method used was purposive sampling method with 100 respondents. To get data by giving online questionnaires to respondents, namely Garuda Indonesia passengers about prices, images, services and decisions. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS release 16.0 for windows. The test results show that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions by 0.005, while the image variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions by 0.042 in using Garuda Indonesia airline and the service variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions by 0.022 in using Garuda Indonesia airline. . Price, image and service variables are able to explain the passenger decision variables by 55.9% and the remaining 44.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
