The Indonesian government has taken a policy due to the stipulation of Covid 19 as a pandemic, one of the government's policies is the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). Following up on instructions from the President of Indonesia regarding working from home, studying from home, and worshiping at home. This is an effort to break the chain of Covid 19. The Bekasi City Government issued a Circular Letter for the Mayor of Bekasi Number 800/2072/BKKPD Year 2020. The National Unity and Political Agency of Bekasi City is one of the agencies that are required to work from home, but not all of them work at home, some are still working in the office. This article aims to find out how the performance of employees of the Bekasi City National Unity and Political Agency towards the work from home policy. In examining these problems, researchers used research methods with a qualitative approach. The results of this article show that the overall performance of employees on the work from home policy at the National Unity and Political Agency of Bekasi City is quite good.

This paper is analyze the extent of opportunistic behavior which is proxied by free cash flow and profitability and leverage as a monitoring mechanism can effect earnings management in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019. The research model is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously FCF, ROA, and DER have the ability to influence earnings management in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. Partially FCF and ROA have a positive and significant effect on earnings management, and DER has no effect on earnings management. This paper is recomended for stakeholders to obtain financial information.

The increasingly fierce competition demands service actors, especially in the field of education, one of which is STTKD Yogyakarta to maximize their performance. One of the challenges is how to make a decision to choose educational products offered by STTKD Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine: word of mouth marketing influences study decisions at STTKD Yogyakarta. This research design is a survey research. The sample in this study were students studying at STTKD Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 145. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. From the results of the validity test, it can be seen that for the word of mouth marketing variable, all questions are valid. Meanwhile, for the reliability test, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is 0.857. The value of the reliability coefficient obtained looks quite large so that it shows reliable. This is evidenced by the t count of 5.831 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.550.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CR (Current Ratio), NPM (Net Profit Margin) dan DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) terhadap Financial Distress pada perusahaan Subsektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Financial Distress diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan Altman Z-Score. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Secara parsial CR (Current Ratio) dan NPM (Net Profit Margin) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Financial Distress pada perusahaan Subsektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019. 2). DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Financial Distress pada perusahaan Subsektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019. 3) CR (Current Ratio), NPM (Net Profit Margin) dan DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan subsektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2019.
