The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment and HR competence on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Kaptel district office of Merauke Regency. By using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with spss 22. The results of the t-test variable X1 Organizational Commitment are 5.628 and the variable X2 HR Competence is 3.598 with f-test results of 19.838 and R-square of 0.586. Analysis of the research results that there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment and HR Competence on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Kaptel District office of Merauke Regency.

The study aims to test the effects of financial difficulties, litigation risks and profitability on accounting conservatime. The study took a sample from a mining company listed at the Indonesia stock exchange in 2017-2019. The method of sampling taking is an impressive. sample. Data collection was taken from the website www.idx. Co. id. 12 samples were treated using linear regeresi analytic methods. Research shows that the rates of financial hardship have a negative and significant impact on accounting conservatism, risk of litigation have a positive and significant impact on accounting conservatism and profitability have a positive and significant impact on accounting conservatism.

Village funds allocation is a government program in accelerating development. The program is expected to improve the welfare of residents in remote rural areas. In addition to being allocated for development, the program is also expected to be carried out by empowering and increasing rural human resources. Based on this, research on the evaluation of village funds is needed. This study is intended to evaluate all components in the implementation of the village fund program. This evaluation research uses the CIPP evaluation model. CIPP evaluation model stands for Context, Input, Process and Product. The selection of the CIPP evaluation model is based on the subjectivity of the researcher because the CIPP evaluation model is a comprehensive framework to direct the implementation of formative evaluation and summative evaluation of program objects, projects, personnel, products, institutions and systems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study are expected to be input for stakeholders regarding the recommendations for the final results of the study. Based on the results of the evaluation research, a score of 77.78% was obtained for Context evaluation. 87, 51% for input evaluation. 71.42% for Process evaluation and 87.51% for Product evaluation. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the program be continued with several improvements and refinements.

Today, the measurement of company performance is very important for management to evaluate the company's performance and plan future goals. Various information is collected so that the work carried out can be controlled and accounted for. This is done to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes of the company. The purpose of the study is to determine whether liquidity has an effect on financial performance, to determine the effect of firm size on financial performance and to determine the effect of good corporate governance on financial performance. The research method used is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial statements for the 2018-2020 time period and the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in the basic and chemical industry sub-sector with a total sample of 23 samples. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 software. The results of research using SPSS obtained results that liquidity and Institutional Ownership have no effect on financial performance, while firm size affects financial performance.
