One of the international issues that are of much concern is the problem of Not in Employment, Education, or Training or what is called NEET. The large number of youths in the NEET group indirectly illustrates the magnitude of the potential lost by the state, including failures in the education system, the job market, and its interconnections. This study tried to identify individual characteristics and macro conditions in which the individual lived against the probability of individuals entering the NEET group (NEET status) in the West Sulawesi region. Using Sakernas data in August of West Sulawesi Province in 2017 with logistics regression analysis and cluster analysis methods, this study revealed that youth with NEET status tend to occur in women aged 20-24 years, not finished elementary school, and have married. In addition, the results of the cluster analysis showed that the highest NEET rates in West Sulawesi were in districts with the highest expectations of school length and real income per capita compared to other groups / clusters and had the lowest open unemployment rate and poverty indicators (P0, P1, and P2) compared to other groups.

This research is useful in assessing the influence of human resource competence, community participation, government internal control system, and accessibility of financial reports have an impact on village fund management accountability. The research uses quantitive data. The population in this research is 7 sub-districts with 50 villages. The sample of this research is 168 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. This research reveals that human resource competence, community participation, government internal control system, and accessibility of financial reports positively impact village fund management accountability.

This study aimed to: (1) determine the effect of interest rates and government spending on investment in Indonesia, (2) determine the effect of investment on exports in Indonesia, (3) determine the effect of interest rates and government spending on net exports through investment in Indonesia. The method of analysis used is a structural equation model. By using structural equation model analysis and analysis results show that: (1) Interest rates and government spending while investing significant effect on the form of relationship, interest rates have a negative influence, while government spending is positive on investment, (2) Based on the analysis obtained that investment has positive and significant impact on net exports, (3) the interest rate and government spending have a significant effect indirectly through the investment of net exports. Based on the form of relationship, whereas a negative interest rate effect of government spending has a positive effect.

This study aims to examine the effect of experiential marketing and brand image on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this study using the sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling where the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that the experiential marketing variable had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, the brand image variable had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, the experiential marketing variable had a positive effect on consumer loyalty, the brand image variable had a negative effect on consumer loyalty, and the consumer satisfaction variable had a positive effect on consumer loyalty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Cabang Karossa Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, menggunakan rumus slovin maka ditarik sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kesimpuan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 0,05 sehingga variabel tersebut mampu menerangkan dengan baik dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.
